The apartment complex is great over all, but like all things there are a few minor issues. The package room is a great system when it works, but when it does not it is quite a pain. The office staff while helpful can be rude and impatient often having you wait on them to assist you, answer questions or get back to you in a timely manner. Lastly this is a dog friendly environment and not all of the residents clean up after their animals so there is often dog waste in the halls, elevator, or sidewalks. The apartment does their best to stay on top of this but it is certainly an inconvenience I did not anticipate when moving into this apartment. On a more positive note, the community amenities like the gym, pool and office are great. They are always well taken care of and a joy to use, the coffee machine is specifically popular when I have guest over. The maintenance staff is awesome and fulfil work orders within the week if not sooner. And everyone I have met living at the apartment is very nice and friendly.

I filled out the tour online but when I arrived I wasn't on the schedule. The lady in the front office stopped what she was doing to get my information and gave me a tour. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and answered my questions.

Staff is very welcoming; however, some areas of the building appear not to be well maintained. For instance, the repair of an elevator is taking more than 15 days. Also, public/commmon areas are available in a time frame that does not fit all customer's needs

Beautiful apartment home. Very clean and well kept. I wouldn't change anything other than the location of the apartment. There is nothing in the surrounding areas and would have to drive at least 15 min to a grocery store, eateries, etc.

The property was extremely beautiful! The inside was just as beautiful as the outside! Very spacious and breathtaking. The extremely tall ceilings were to die for and the gym was amazing as well. I could definitely see myself living here

I really love living at Vista Park Row. The staff is professional and always helpful. The building is clean both inside and out. The neighbors are considerate. I would highly recommend these apartment homes to anyone.

This is one of the Best Apartment Complexes here in the city of Houston. Great location to groceries, shopping, restaurants, gas stations, office complexes and parks. The complex is very neat and organized, great office staff and maintenance. Superb services when things break and need to be repaired or replaced. This apartment complex is very highly recommended if you're looking for a new home in the West Houston Area????

Incredibly kind and helpful staff. This community is quiet and secluded in its own way. Apartments are beautiful and they are pet friendly which is a huge plus! The property seems to keep up with their landscaping which adds so much to it feeling like home! 10/10 recommend Vista!

Overall good but had gone downhill since new ownership. Security is worse. Parking is worse. Strangers at the pool is worse. BBQ pits hardly work. Rent is outrageous. Late rent up charge is crazy. Manager and maintenance staff are awesome. Ownership sucks

Beautiful apartments in an exceptional community. Good neighbors and professional setting, very close to office and to shopping areas. The pool area is great for friends and gatherings. I so appreciate the office providing happy hours and gatherings.

Kierra was so kind during our tour. She made sure to give us all of the information that was needed. She went above and beyond for us and that's what we loved the most. After applying, we heard back from her the next business day and we were shocked how quick she was and there were no surprises when moving in.

The location is great and staff is professional and knowledgeable. I love the unit and the amenities! Definitely would recommend to a friend. The green space is perfect for dog owners. Neighbors have been courteous as well.

Such a wonderful staff, anytime I need assistance they are a huge help! Elizabeth has been wonderful! I would totally recommend them to anyone. I have not ever had any issues with living here. I love how quiet it is and secluded!

The complex itself is very environmentally friendly and the location is also very convenient to places. The parking lot is right in the center of all units. The rooms are good size and you can see a courtyard view from each window

Spirit Airlines of Apartments
It’s going to be long but most honest review ever. Don’t get my wrong, the apartments are beautiful. I have Vista to thank for my love of tall ceilings. There will be 15ft ceilings in my dream home. This review is to tell you how to navigate your stay. Because just like Spirit Airlines, it is cheaper to ride but you need to understand the cost. And if it’s too expensive to ride, just stay off. First and foremost, Don’t stay on the first floor. BUGS EVERYWHERE. I saw a spider big as my hand underneath my light one time. Millipedes on our ceilings and our walls in the master bedroom. Had them spray the next day, There were still millipedes on our ceiling and walls every time it rained. EVERY TIME. Snakes, armadillos and feral cats on our patio. There was also a raccoon loose for months. Legit almost stole our door dash order right from my wife’s hands, I wish I was making this up but I have video proof. It was insane. It terrorized the property so much it had tenants staying in their cars for 30 minutes before going home. Valet trash comes most of the time. BUT the times it doesn’t come, the leasing office will charge your for not putting up your trash. Also the pet fee is a (fee) not a deposit. THEY WILL tell you that. The apartment takes $350 from you for a pet fee. They will charge you the fee and when you leave they will charge you for any damages. You will be charged a total of $650 for one pet $25 a month depending on your lease and they will charge $600 for carpet replacement. $1250 for one pet, robber baron energy. They will charge your water bill when you are done. It is a bill 60 days behind and if there is something wrong with it. Oops. You should have noticed there was an issue before we sent the bill because we can’t do anything about it now that you are gone. They legit charged me more on the bill when I wasn’t in the apartment. Than they did when I was. Mind blown still from that interaction. Last but most important. Get everything in writing. By that I mean email everything. They have came to us with frivolous things. Harassing us. And we would prove them wrong every time there would be nothing. No response. No apology. They even accused us of not having renters insurance, even though I pay my renters insurance a year in advance. And when I came with my proof it is radio silence. This was proven my first day on property when I was accused of lying about my friends car getting hit by the the entrance gate, by the leasing manager herself. In person. Because she thought we were doing something nefarious and not him just helping us move in. Never followed up even though she threaten that the camera footage would prove her right. (It didn’t) All in all. The property has its pros. But for me the cons outweighs them. Leasing agents aren’t your friend on most properties but these employees get pleasure out of making sure you pay out of pocket for every thing they can throw at you. Even things you didn’t do. The apartment was very dirty when I moved in - turned my socks black. I had to deep clean all floors myself. Bugs are always a problem - more than any other placed I have lived - I have to spray myself, since the pest control service couldn't address it. If you have someone above you, you can hear neighbors above you walking at all times so if you want to go to sleep early, but your neighbors stay up, too bad. Staff is less than helpful. The gates and elevators are always broken.

It is an excellent place to live, an adequate architectural distribution internally as well as in the common areas, good natural light entering the apartments, well-maintained common areas, my only suggestion would be to find a way to control vehicles that exceed the limits of internal speed in the parking lots, but in conclusion this complex is the best we have lived in in 5 years that we have in Houston,

Great place to live! Vista at Park Row is a clean and calm place to live. Staff as always, very friendly and always at your service. Any service request I've put has been tended to in a very timely manner and more importantly, resolved. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful apartment home.

Very enjoyable with easy access to shopping, parks, medical, and I-10. I have thoroughly enjoyed my residency at Vista @Park Row. The staff is very friendly and have always received a rapid response if I had any maintenance that needed to be done, mainly filters for the refrigerator or lights for the microwave or stove. I feel safe in the gated community which has all the amenities you could ask for.

I liked where place it is located. It is so closed to the main streets and highways and still is quiet. Being surrounded by nature. The distribution by buildings and its relationship to activities. The pool area is separated to the tranquility area.
