The office staff has been attentive to our requests. Timeliness is usually not a problem. The grounds are kept beautifully. The maintenance along the hallways to our apartments needs attention. Tiles are noticeably cracking and chipped. The maintenance staff is very attentive.

I like being at Vista. Community events mixed with nice quiet settings. Staff is exceptionally helpful when asked, and the property is well maintained and cleaned. I feel safe and secure at Vista. I have recommended Vista to my co-workers.

So far so good. I just moved in so time will tell. It seems like a nice quiet place. I had a friend who lived here and, knowing how she is, if she liked it then it must be ok. That's why I chose to come here. I like the fact that I can park on the same floor as my unit. I like the quiet. And so far it seems safe.

Visited several times, Kierra was always friendly and professional and remembered my name when I showed up unannounced. Loved the spacious hallways and conditions of the overall complex. Conditions of the facility were better than most other complexes visit.

My experience started out well. It seems like once Cici left things went downhill. The manager, Angela, is difficult as is the leasing agent, Elizabeth. We can tell when corporate visitors are coming because floors get polished and wall washed. Otherwise the floors look dirty and wasps nests are everywhere. The dog park area stinks like no other. Not many car break ins but management does a poor job of letting residents know about incidents. I don't know the root cause of the issues but it's been going downhill over the 3 years I've lived here.

Not good, the lady in the leasing office was Very Sarcastic, not friendly at all. I love the apartment complex but i already knew before I did a walk through that I cannot live here, Because of how sarcastic the lady was to me, she acted like she didn't care and had no interest in me finding me a apartment.

The property was very beautiful and I like how the community is very quiet and peaceful. The apartment complex is secluded in their own little area and I like that a lot because there is not a lot of traffic in the area.

It was a great experience and the leasing agent was really nice and professional. We had a lot of questions and Elizabeth answered all of them. Community looks great, looks very safe and a nice place to live.

Living in these apartments is wonderful, I have lived here since 2017 and renovated again, I have not had the courage to leave, I love them, they are clean, the maintenance service is wonderful.??????????

Very great community to live. Been here for almost a year now and everything has been great. Office staff is very kind and maintenance staff is always quick to address the issue. I definitely recommend this community to those looking to stay in this area known as the Energy Corridor.

Very nice apartments just small things that are not great. They have alot of fees included in rent which is a little ridiculous added on top of your rent. You have to hound the front office to actually get something done. Other than those two things it is a very nice place to live Aj's great community.

The apartments have improved. Upon moving i had issues with tires being stolen and no security. That has been fixed. I would have loved to have wood floors and also a light fixture and fan in my living area and a light fixture in the bedroom area.

I loved my tour with Elizabeth, the apartments are beautiful, and the staff was attentive. I plan on moving in, within the next couple of weeks. I look forward to walking the trails, using the state of the art gym.

Is beautiful and clean very quiet even in the middle of the afternoon office staff was helpful but not inviting unit is very small. The ceilings are nice along with the lighting, but there's no Extra storage, bedrooms in units are very tiny! Will not hold the bed

Saw photos of tires being stolen, which is a concern, but the photos were not recent, and possibly the complex was under a different name and/or management, so I can excuse that concern, but it will remain in the back of my mind. As I do not know if any changes were made, but still it's something I can manage

I love tha the apartments are always clean, neighbors are friendly and always looking out for eachother, office staff is always on top of things when it comes to notifications about events or even gates not working also just making sure you know whats going on in the community.

Beautiful place and wonderful leasing agent, amenities are amazing and the gym oh my gosh wonderful, the pool is very nice I like the gym has a section with a boxing bag in it , treadmills are pristine

The apartment complex was beautiful. It was clean in the lobby. The amenities were great. I personally didn't like that the amenities close so early, but it was very nice. I also wasn't able to see the unit im interested in, so it was halfway a waste.

I absolutely love my new apartment. I love the ladies at the leasing office so far all of my neighbors seem friendly. I feel safe in my complex and it is very clean and I love that all the amenities here are functional 24/7!

Good experience except for the landscaping. Clean well maintained property. After hour problems though are not necessarily taken care of, Too much outages with "Waiting for parts" the same problems re-occur and the parts should be in stock.
