My first apartment was on the first floor- I had a plumbing issue and asked to move immediately. I moved into a larger apartment and a different rate. This apartment is better overall but I feel like the community has gone downhill. The quality of people living here is not the best. You can see it in the parking garage- people littering all the time (why aren't trash cans provided ??) Countless break ins and shady people lingering around. Doesn't really give that "luxury living" feel or experience. Security is very poor. My car was broken into in 2020 - window broken- management did NOTHING. There have been other break-ins since then although I was not affected. I will not be renewing my lease.

I have lived in this community now for almost three years. The apartments and development are generally well maintained, based on the rent the apartment proves to be good value for money. The community is located close to Terry Hershey Park which is great for cycling / walking.

I moved here January and I absolutely love it here!!! The community is so quiet and well keep and the management team, and maintenance is exceptional. Angela has does an amazing job running this place. With all of the projects that have been going on she never misses a beat. The maintenance staff is amazing also Mr. Edwin, Santos , Carlos and Thelma do an amazing job as well. I plan to to live here for a long time.

My lightbulb went out, so I called the maintenance crew. In no time Santos was there fixing it quickly and orderly. He was very nice, professional, and respectful. I will not hesitate to call again. All of the staff here seems friendly and responsive which is very ensuring when coming to a new community of people.

The staff at Vista at Park Row has been accommodating since the application process. Dominique helped make the process of applying seamless when other communities made it a hassle. The community is beautiful and looking at it will make you want to apply. The parking garage is just what I was looking for in an apartment, the pool looks like something out of a resort, and Angela is the sweetest and most caring property manager I could have asked for.

The worst apartment community I could have chosen. Security is a huge issue at this complex. People are constantly tailgating each other through the gate, the gates break and are left open for days, weeks, even months at a time. There have been vehicle break ins and when talking to the property manager, Angela, she said, "you live in a large city. What did you expect?" She flat out said there would be no increase in security. No attempt to hire night security or install more cameras in the garage. She told me that it was most likely a resident that was breaking into the vehicles which just shows that they don't thoroughly vet the tenants living here. Fire alarms go off on multiple occasions, the walls are extremely thin and the complex forces you to pay $15/mo for "insurance" which is only a fee to cover the apartment in the event something happens. If you want your belongings to be insured, you have to get renters insurance ON TOP of the renters insurance they force you to pay for. There are so many apartment options in this area for the same price point. I have regretted moving into this apartment since day one. Save yourself the hassle and rent at a complex that cares about their tenants and takes the proper precautions to keep their residents and their property safe.

So far it has been great! The staff is very helpful/approachable and the apartment layout is very functional with good finishes. For how large this complex is I barely see or hear anyone else. This was a good choice for me!

The property is nice and the apartments are perfect, but there is only one thing that I do not like, when a visitor comes they cannot leave the property, someone must always come down with the remote control to leave, that is ridiculous, there should be a sensor in the exit so that the person can leave.

It's a great place to live! I highly recommend it. The pool and the garage are a great bonus. The courtyards are also very cool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has been very peaceful. No real complaints.

We love the ability to park on the 4th level where we live or take elevators if necessary. The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is excellent. Landscaping is very well maintained. Having the option for additional outside storage space is a big plus.

As of yet it has been good. But, I always have to go down personally to the leasing office to get any response from them. The leasing office seldom picks up the calls. I had a maintenance request for my ac but it is hard to get in touch with the leasing office to get the maintenance request completed.

Heights at Park Row is very well located, has very good admin and maintenance teams, and is relatively safer compared to other apartment complexes in the area. Apartments are spacious and well taken care of.

I have lived here since Nov 2019, and this is my second review that is not satisfactory. Management is not good at all, there is ALWAYS an excuse as to why it is not their fault or how busy they are to assist you in making things right. This latest issue, has sealed the deal for me, and I WILL NOT be renewing at the end of my lease this year. Unfortunately that is not until the end of Dec, but its a wrap for me. The apartments come equipped with alarms, however, when the electricity has gone out, there are times that it will cause the alarm to go off for no reason. On the morning of Memorial Day at 4:30 AM, it went off out of the blue, waking us up out of our dead sleep. I have a small dog as well, and this caused her to go wild with the sound. The sound was actually deafening. I tried to take the battery pack out of the back, but it did not stop it, so my other option was to take some of the wires out to stop the sound. I went into the office and spoke with the manager, to explain what happened. She looked at me and said, there is a switch in the master closet that will stop it. I looked at her and stated that I have never been told that, nor given any instructions of that, therefore I did not know. So today, I get a call from the Assistant Manager, telling me that the motherboard is messed up and I will have to pay for it. I explained to her that I had an issue with this and that I did not feel it was fair that I had to pay for it, as it was at 4:30 am. I was then told that I should have called the maintenance emergency line. So when I arrived home from work, I went in to speak with the Manager, who told me the same thing. I explained to her, that this was unacceptable, and that the sound was deafening and it was 4:30 AM. At that point, due to all the issues I have had here, I also told her I would be putting this review up, and will NOT be renewing my lease this year. So if you are in the market for an apartment, beware! The apartment layouts and finishes are beautiful, but the management is HORRIBLE.

Don’t live here! I’ve lived here for two years and management is so bad. My car got broken into, there’s always cars on blocks because the tires got stolen, and there’s always broken glass in the parking garage from the broken car windows. Management doesn’t care. When my family member posted a review giving them 3 stars and talking about the unsafe parking garage, Angela the property manager called me and told me to take it down and called me a liar because “it’s very safe.” She also called my family member and basically threatened her to take it down. She lied multiple times on the phone. There are bugs all over this building. Especially in the coffee machine. Just ask Randy and he’ll tell you that the office knows and the bugs like the chocolate. They “just keep coming back but people still drink it so” and was very annoyed when I asked him to put an out of order sign on it. When my car was towed two days after I got it IN GUEST PARKING Randy was extremely rude. He called me sweety and honey and laughed at me when I was frustrated. I’ve never been treated so rudely. They just care about money here. Don’t believe the good reviews, as several other reviews on here state residence are bribed to give good ones. Save yourself the trouble, it’s not worth the nice apartments to be treated like trash.
