Vista on Park Row is a clean, quiet and secluded area with walking trails in the woods. Each complex has its own gas grills. Sidewalks in the vicinity are clean, well maintained and Street intersections are beautiful with roses and flowers.

A very nice complex in a great area. Close access to freeway and major roads to the east and west. Surrounded by trees on 3 sides. Parking security is good. Staff is great and maintenance is quick to respond.

Bad Review Poor Customer Service from Staff

I recently visit Vista at Park Row while visiting a friend let me say this, please rent somewhere else. The manager was sending nasty messages thru her staff members to tell the person I was visiting that we could not be there. A ------- lady in the office who barley -------------- was rude as hell she was taking photos and videos of us this was unexpectable because I did not give anyone permission to take photos or video. This is the most racist property I have ever visit. She had her ---------------- (Two -----------------) do her dirty work and yes, I did tell the ------------ they were ----------------. This place is beautiful, but the staff is Horrible especially the ----------------.

Awesome . The move in process was very easy. I like the community a lot and specifically our unit location. We are next to the dumpster which is very convenient. Only complaint i have is our neighbors upstairs have very heavy feet

I do not recommend this community. I have been here 3 years and in that time have had packages stolen, my car broken into, seen cockroaches and other pests roaming the halls, smelled weed outside, had loud/unpleasant neighbors, people doing donuts and blocking the apartment entrance in front, unresponsive police/police unable to enter apartment complex, a/c going out 3 times, etc. The location and rental price used to make this apartment worth it, but now that rent has increased and I feel extremely unsafe here (plus all the other issues listed above), I will be leaving this complex for a more family friendly option. Beware!

I really don't care for the property manager or her leasing staff. They are forever having to hire new leasing agents! No one seems to last long. If they do it's not long before they are replaced with someone else. I really hate having to deal with them for anything! I usually just handle most issues on my own when possible than have to deal with anyone in the office.

I think the Parking Garage is an asset however there are not enough handicap spots and no verification by management that the card are using handicap placards that are in the residents name. There are no handicap bathrooms in any unit yet the Disability icon is on the website.

Lived here 2 years the gym has never had all the treadmills working at the same time. The safety of the park garage has gotten so much worse over the last 2 years. Cars have been stolen, broken into and tires/rims taken off the cars.

My experience with this property has turned into a nightmare. My AC unit has not cooled properly consistently since I've lived here. My dwelling has reached as high as 96 degrees w/no resolve from maintenance or management. After going back and forth, while the troubleshooted instead of repairing, Elizabeth (leasing agent) told me to come sit in the office while we awaited for a part to arrive and then maintenance did the repairs. I have been told by Elizabeth, Santos, and Angela that when the temperature raises in my dwelling like this that I have to turn the unit off for 30 minutes in order to reset the unit to begin cooling again. 30 minutes in Houston summer temps with the AC turned off/not working is unlivable. And this issue is not just happening during the dead heat of the day. It happens at 10 PM, 7 AM? whenever. Home is supposed to be your sanctuary. I am frustrated, exhausted, and am no longer enjoying the place I call home.

The complex is very quite and nice on the outside. However, there has been lots of auto theft and tire theft. Maintenance responds quickly to my request. The dog owners are not responsible they let their dogs crap everywhere and urinate in the elevators and hallways. I feel like the apartments are over priced, doesn't give me any bang for my buck. The pool is be best amenity at the property. The gym caters to people that only does cardio.

Lovely apartment

Mrs.Cecelia Vance is awesome! She made sure since I toured the community that I would apply and feel comfortable at the community. I had a hiccup but she have been understanding and had patience with me. The community is clean, quite and safe. I love the high ceiling , spacious balconies with storage and the kitchen setup. I hope the community can keep up this good work for the duration of my lease.

So far great place, ran into run minor issue on move in day with my unit but we were able to get it resolved fairly well. Unit is beautiful and the property is up-kept very well by staff. I haven't really seen any of the issues people have complained about online as of yet.

This apartment community is very luxury well kept up I recommend anybody to live here. The pool to the apartment it self, the hallways are always clean. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoy staying here!
