Perfect apartment

The only time I felt compelled to write a review is about this amazing apartment complex! We have been here now 5 months and we have had no problems or hiccups everything has been smooth and peaceful. My neighbors are the best, maintenance is stellar and Diane has been incredible to say the least. It truly feels like a community and I really enjoy my place how updated and clean it is. Best decision I have done in choosing this my home.

Quiet and Safe

We have lived here for almost a decade now and are only moving to a different city because my husband got a new job and it's 3 hours away. I wish we could bring our apartment with us! We love our neighbors and Debbie and Diane have always been so kind and helpful. The maintenance team is always on top of everything and we are truly going to miss living here. If you're looking for somewhere that is small, quiet, comfortable, and close to stores and everything this is 100% the place you want to pick.

My Home!

The two words that best describe my experience with The Pines of Palos is SAFE and FAMILY. This sincerely is MY HOME. I do feel very safe here and I do feel that this community and staff is like family. The staff here has always been very professional and they do take care of any major maintenance needs promptly. Quiet, pleasant neighborhood - lovely office staff and maintenance!

I moved into The Pines of Palos Verdes this year, and I have been very happy so far. The ladies at the office, Diane and Deb, are very friendly and helpful. Edwin and Edgar with maintenance are both efficient and kind. I have been very comfortable living here and I recommend these apartments if you are searching for a quiet, safe neighborhood.

Nice place to live

The apartment complex is a nice place to live; az well as the surrounding neighborhood. It is quiet, no noisy or disruptive neighbors. I appreciate the fact that the property staff ensures that the complex stays this way. The affordable rent and fees, friendly and prompt staff, are the main reasons we have been at this property for over 10 years. And we look forward to being here for many years to come.

Professional Staff, Peaceful Community, Great Experience

ve been living at Pines of Palos Verdes for close to four years, and it has honestly been one of the best renting experiences Ive had. The community is peaceful, family-friendly, and well-maintained. The grounds are always clean, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. Debby and Diana have been absolutely amazing throughout our time here. They are always helpful, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Anytime we had questions or needed assistance they gone above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Their professionalism and kindness have made a big difference for my family and me. It truly feels like home here. Im very grateful for our experience and would highly recommend Pines of Palos Verdes to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-managed community.

I moved in here a few weeks ago and so far I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. Diane at the front office is so sweet and really made sure everything went smoothly for my move. Every time I’ve had a question she’s answered it right away and even took care of some broken blinds I had at move in. The apartment itself is a great price and the perfect size for me and my son. So far I really enjoy living here and Diane is great!

The Silent Heartbeat of Mesquite

Its been a great pleasure living here at The Pines. So much love for u guys..Debbie and Diane..the love, care, and compassion u both have for these apartments and your resisents is unwavering and we have been so lucky to live in a place, I truly call home. Im gonna miss you two the most. Not to mention this small community of trust where neighbors look out for one another and show kindess. Maintenance responds in a timely manner as well, when needed and that's always a plus! Less than a block away is newly updated walking trail and fishing pond. Look no further for a quiet, peaceful residence in Mesquite.

Cozy apartments Nice Apartment Managers

The neighborhood is great all of the neighbors get along really well. I’ve been here a little over a year. We have never had any AC issues or plumbing. The office staff goes above and beyond and so does the maintenance staff. I love this place.

Love living here at the Pines of Palos Verdes!

This is a great place to call home. I never tire of the peace and quiet of our apartment complex. The neighbors take pride in their living spaces, everyone around us is respectful and friendly (or keeps to themselves) and there is a general feeling of home in driving or walking through the complex. The Management ensure that the grounds are always well-kept, clean and everything is orderly and in proper working condition. Anything you need done, the Management makes sure it is done in a timely manner and to the residents' satisfaction. A great place to live!!!

Headache free experience for the first time renting.

My wife and I where looking to finally have our own place and The Pines where definitely the right choice. I couldn’t be more happier with my experience Diane was such a great help and moving at the end of the year with all the stress of the season, moving out was not an additional stress. Love the Pines of Palos Verdes

We are happy to be renewing our lease and are so glad that we found these apartments last year, the pines is a very lowkey and quiet community. They are prompt with repairs and very flexible with everything else. The office staff have big hearts and are great at what they do, especially Diane. The maintenance staff are very nice and helpful, we always see them out and about and they will help out with anything you need. Highly recommend moving here, it’s a hidden gem! We love the location as it is close to a lot of the stores that I frequent, many grocery stores and the town east mall. The pines fits the needs of our family of 3 at a great price too.
