I recently moved into this community during the pandemic. The staff was very helpful and patient while working with me during this time. Very quiet community, close to the highway, Wal-Mart, the mall. I was nervous moving during these unprecedented times, but I must say I was impressed by the maintenance and all parties involved in the cleanliness of my apt. They have addressed any and every one of my concerns in a timely manner. I feel like I made the right choice.

I love my apartment. Things are completed in a timely manner and I can always count on it to be done. Quiet and feel safe that I don't have to worry and I have nice neighbors. Choose Pines as a place to live.

I enjoy Living here, the office staff is very helpful. The maintenance is there when ever I need them immediately. The office checks on me from time to time to make sure I'm doing Ok. Very quite place to live. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Great place to live.

Since the moment I called the front office looking for a home until the day I moved in the experience at the Pines of Palos Verdes has been nothing but great. Diane and Debbie in the office are the two most amazing people that you could have representing this community and during the COViD 19 pandemic they have been nothing but understanding and helpful. Community is quiet, people are great, maientance is on top of everything. If you're looking for a home look no further cause you've already found it.

I had visited the pines apartments. Due to the COVID-19 the ladies returned my call right away. Both Debby & Diane, were prompted at returning my call. I wanted to lease a 3 bedroom apartment with them. Had they had a 3 bedroom, I would've leased with them. Nice and quiet community in an ideal location. CC

My son and I have loved living here! Our unit is modern and updated, there have never been any major maintenance issues. The common areas ( pool, lounge) are great to have, and they are never crowded. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous, and they are good at communicating with residents when there is a weather emergency, building maintenance issue, or social event . The location is fantastic, too. We are within a 10 minute walking trail, 3 major grocery stores and probably 10-20 restaurants. If our circumstances did not force us to move, I would absolutely continue to live right here.......Renewing lease for the 4th time.....Thank you Ms Diane and Ms Debbie for making the Pines of Palos an absolute great experience living here... I love this community because of the staff at The Pines. The ladies in the office greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions. AS I looked around the property, I couldn't help but notice how beautiful the pool and grounds were. That tells me your staff and maintenance really care about their company and their residents. I would highly recommend this complex, and when I am ready to make a decision I will return. Again, thanks to Debbie and everyone for making me feel like resident already:) God Bless, Randy. S

Amazing staff they always make you feel like family. You really get the sense of living in your own home. The area is really is always kept clean and safe. Always quiet and kid friendly too! I Love the elementary and Jr. High schools here for my kids. It really is a fantastic place to live. We just Love living at The Pines Of Palos Verdes!

Loved it when I lived there, would be first choice if I were to move back to area. Staff are friendly an helpful. Very quiet and private which is, in my opinion, not common in apartments style residences. Job often requires moving so it's possible may be heading back to the area.

I wouldn't want to raise my family anywhere else! Debbie and Diane are excellent office staff, and help to provide a safe, well-maintained, and clean complex for the residents. I've been here since 2017, and plan to be here for many more years to come!

Debbie and Diane are the two main office ladies and they are both so sweet and accommodating! We just referred a friend to live here so they took $200 off our rent the month they moved in which was awesome. Maintenance is always so quick, we put in a complaint that our kitchen sink didn't really have any water pressure and when we got home from work the next day we had a whole new faucet and they installed a sprayer attachment as well. (Plus our amazing maintenance man, Fernando, just came back and is working here again.) This is a great place to live, the square footage is amazing for the price compared to literally any other place we've looked at in the DFW area before. It's super quiet, there's a park within walking distance that has exercise equipment around it, plus we are less than 5 minutes away from grocery stores and the Town East Center by the mall. Highly recommend.

Diane and Debbie are extremely friendly and very helpful. I have lived in these apartments for almost 3 years and have really loved it. It is very close to everything and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet.

Recently moved to these apartments and all I can say is that both my daughter and I love it! It's so quiet and peaceful! They are in a good residential area with a park that's walking distance. We're very pleased with our new place.

This is, hands down, the best complex I have ever lived in, I plan to renew my lease repeatedly.You are in a prime location, within walking distance of shopping and other activities, as well as public transit. The units, are spacious, with crown molding, large bathrooms, a fireplace and plenty of storage. The pool is a work of art. The grounds are very well maintained. However, none of that matters if you don't have the right staff, but this complex does, Diane, is one of the most personable, knowledgeable, and professional management staff that I have ever had the honor and pleasure of meeting. Unfortunately, I have not met Debbie, but I would be willing to bet, she is as great as Diane is. At this point, I can not imagine living anywhere else.

I have been living in the Pines for years and it's a great place to live. The apartment are big, the complex is quiet, and the staff is great. Anything you want is just right around the corner, schools, shopping, resturant's within a mile or two. I would highly recommend the Pines. Great place to live.

I will not be renewing my lease when it is up in December I have had nothing but problems with my neighbors he is always coming and going and bring in different woman all hours one of the girls even came back and told me while I was out walking my dogs he isn't even allowed to live here if you go according to the lease we all have to sign. This place is not in his name and he has a huge rap sheet including felonies I chose this place for its safety but looks like they don't care about that this young girl also told me the office staff and the management company are aware of this issue I guess you can't trust anyone there days I thought the staff was so nice and truly cared for our safety wrong again I suppose living near the rear of the complex it's easier to hide I can't believe the wool has been pulled over our eyes for so long

I worked with Diane to get moved in to my apartment and she is awesome. She went above and beyond to get my apartment ready for my move in. They staff did an outstanding job on my apartment, I couldn't be happier. I have also met Debbie and she was great as well. The apartment, location and staff and grounds are wonderful...thank you!!

I'm hoping to move here soon and visited a former resident (he passed away last year) many times. I heard from him about office and maintenance staff and have toured the property. Staff person very personable and knowlegable. There was some happy sounds of kids at play in the pools yet the sound didn't carry beyond the pool area. Plenty of parking and people met were friendly.

I love living here! Since 2014, the Staff's already exceptional level of excellence has increased. I cannot say how much I appreciate everything they do. Prompt and professional services are given; the welfare of residents has proven to be a before thought, to include monitoring the property; confirming buildings and surroundings are maintained; seeing that new carpet and flooring is installed with perfection; staying very late evenings and opening early mornings and have always gone the extra mile for my convenience. My tenue here has been nothing but wonderful. Their kindness and thoughtfulness will never be forgotten and ever so appreciated. Best managed apartments I've ever lived in. Front office and maintenance are responsive and very pleasant to work with. They go above and beyond. The community is quiet, good neighbors. Close to an elementary school, park, and running trail. Also convenient to multiple grocery stores, and Interstate 30. Pines of Palos Verdes was a really enjoyable place to live.

This is the first community that make me and my kids feel special and welcome. The staff is mindful of all my needs and take action to resolve any issues I may have. I'm greeted with a joy and appreciation. Funny thing is, I see that they treat all their residents the same way. Don't plan on leaving any time soon.

I would just like to let anyone looking for an apartment to know that The Pines at Palos Verdes are by far the best apartments that i have ever live in and i've lived in alot all over the metroplex. It's a great location and it's very quite here. Also, the managment staff Debbie and Diane are the best. They go out of their way to make sure you are taking care of. I just love,love, love it here and you will to.
