This is my second time to live at this property. It is just as nice as it was years ago. The staff is always wonderful and make sure that their tenants are comfortable. My plan is to stay a year and pursue toward purchasing a home. But the way it looks, I just may be staying longer, and maybe getting a two bedroom. In all this is truly a excellent property to call home. I would recommend the Pines.

A great place to live. We are on our second yearly lease and aren't moving for anything. Very quiet. Never hear neighbors nor children in summer. Like it because we are close to major freeways and shopping. Park and hiking trail near by. Elementary school in walking distance. Office and maintenance staff are great. Get things fixed in a very timely fashion. A great place to live.

I have lived in the Pines of Palos Verdes for two and a half years. I hate to leave because this place is definetly a place to call home. I love that it is tucked away in a small complex. I am only leaving due to work. The staff is outstanding. They are very attentive, they engage with the residence and are always there to help. I have never lived in an area so well kept and quiet. I have no complaints as far as noise, crime, or maintenance. The maintenance man is Fernando and he is such a huge help and he responds quickly. I love the fact that Debbie and Diane are very nice and make me feel very comfortable. I really do not want to leave because I love it here but I know for sure if I ever have to move back to the mesquite area I know where to go!! The neighbors are friendly mostly older residents so noise is not an issue. I wish I could take Debbie with me she is so sweet. The staff remembers the residence and are able to engage in conversation with them which raises comfort levels.

This is a nice quiet, small complex tucked away in a nice residential area, and I love the pine trees. Staff are very attentive and friendly and look after their residents well. Provided a nice holiday party for us with plenty of food. Apartments and grounds are well maintained, and maintenance staff are very nice. Nice community here. Good neighbors. Haven't had any issues in the 7 months I've been here.

This is a really great apartment complex! Most of my neighbors seem to be older so it's nice and quiet. When I moved in, Diane in the front office was very helpful and even let me pay the pet fee a few weeks after my initial move-in. The complex is surrounded by pine trees, there is ample parking (no garages though), the pool area is well-kept and has a hot tub and the maintenance staff is incredibly responsive to even minor issues. My apartment had been completely redone before I moved in; new stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, carpet, paint and countertops! For the price, I haven't seen a complex that even comes close.

I love these apartments. I can not imagine myself living anywhere else! The staff is amazing! They are friendly and are always there when you need them. The people that live here are amazing as well. It's like living in a small town where everyone is willing to help each other, even if it's to borrow a cup of sugar. When I moved in it was just my parents and I unloading the trailor, I had two resident offer to help and one resident introduced her self and told me if I needed anything, even if it's a cup of sugar she was on the end! I was amazed. You can't get that at another apartment complex! Not to mention the first week after moving in I had a flat tire. Two different resident stopped and offered help. One even went inside his apartment and brought out the air compressor and filled my tire with air just so I could make it to the tire shop! You don't hardly see that any more! These apartments aloe try to get everyone involved and meet each other. The staff puts on Thanksgiving luncheon every year, along with a Christmas party! I am thankful my friend referred me here! I couldn't ask for a better place to live.

The staff really fought for me when my last complex in another city refused to fax proof that I had been a renter there. The staff were real bulldogs; they could have decided it was too much trouble, pocketed my app fee and moved on, but they didn't. Instead, they "motivated" the lazy staff at my prior apartment to perform their simple duty. It's very quiet here, for an apartment. The windows are thin, and some outside noise is heard on occasion, but the staff does a great job of preventing residents from standing around outside drinking and partying. The walls are not thin, and I don't hear any of my neighbors personal conversations, unlike the other apartment I've lived in. Overall, it's quite calm and peaceful here and the location is close to all kinds of food and entertainment (Including fishing). Having relocated from another city, I also did my due diligence on the crime in the area, and found this to be one of the safest areas in Mesquite. I have heard great things about the maintenance team, but have not required their services, as of yet. I can say that they are friendly people, however. Our first year lease has expired and we have renewed.

The Pines is tops in Mesquite...Great office personnel, awesome maintenance and response time to issues, the staff seems to care for their residents and the Community. My apt was clean and looked better than I expected when I moved in. I Love the residential feel of the area and the park nearby is improving with workout equipment, disc golf, walking trail, fishing pond and tennis courts. I feel much better than any where I've been in Mesquite, I m a happy camper.

I have lived in The Pines for 9 years. The staff, Debbie and Diane are awesome. They recently went above and beyond by helping me transfer into a beautiful newly remodled spacious one bedroom apartment. They are always friendly and eager to help and so is the maintenance team. The Pines is a great place to call home.

I've been a Resident since July and couldn't be happier here. Debbi and Diane helped me find an amazing, affordable, spacious 2 bedroom home. I looked all over east Dallas for a space that wasn't set up for roommates and in a desirable area, they had the perfect place for me. This is a quiet, family community, very conveniently located and I have great neighbors. The Office and Maintenance staff are second to none. #happyathome db

I just recently moved in and so far I love it! My apartment looks amazing. The office staff is always so friendly and very professional. This is one of the quietest properties I have ever lived on, I seriously wonder if anyone else actually lives here with me. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live. CJ

I am a new resident here at The Pines of Palos Verdes and I already love living here. The grounds are kept very clean and it is always so quiet and peaceful. Also I've met a couple of my neighbors and they are very nice and welcoming. Before moving here I thought I wanted a newer apt home but these have been well maintained. Diane in the office is always friendly and outgoing and I can tell she cares about my needs. I plan on calling The Pines my home for a while.

I lived at The Pines for a year and am moving back next month. I cannot say enough good things about Debby, Diane and Fernando. They are wonderful and go above and beyond to see that things are right and you are comfortable. I feel more at home there than I have felt anywhere since I lost my husband 6 years ago. I can hardly wait to get back to there and see the friends I mad when I lived there before!

I have lived at the Pines for 3 years now and the staff as well as the maintenance have been nothing but helpful to me and my family. Debby works with you and handles your concerns swiftly and the maintenance staff usually responds in minutes to fix any issues you may have with the apartments. The price of the apartments is great compared to surrounding housing and on top of that the grounds are kept neat and clean cut every week. I have lived on both sides of the complex and found that the neighbors are nice and never make to much noise. Parking for me has never been a problem and the location of the apartments arnt that bad at all. There are several schools near by and a park just 1 mile down the road for the kids. If you're looking for an apartment to live in for a little while or even just one year take 30 minutes of your time to stop by and see the staff and grounds for yourself. Take tour of the apartments and their layouts and find one that works for you.

I moved in here a year ago, haven't had any problems so far. It's my first apartment so I don't have much to compare it to, but I really don't have any complaints! Staff is always friendly, work orders fulfilled within a week, neighbors seem nice too. Couldn't be happier.

I am coming up on a year living here and Debbie has been very gracious and helpful the few times I have needed her. She worked with me through trouble spots and anything that was needed was done quickly. Many bad experiences with various apartment complexes but the staff genuinely care and that goes a long way.

My name is Marilyn, a new tenant of The Pines Of Palos Verdes. All KUDO'S, goes out to Diane and Debbie that took wonderful care of my moving needs. Upon meeting Diane first, that was so humble and concerned of my needs and timelines, she displayed a person that was genuine and giving great customer service. Then, Debbie, was just as gracious. They teamed and completed all of my paperwork in record time, they were patient with me and provided information and details that I may have not known even to ask. They made sure my apartment home was totally ready for the new family me. I am so grateful to be here and already love the environment and my new home. Thank you Diane and Debbie for doing your job so well!

I moved from here a couple months back and would never go back. The office smells horrible- the manager smokes in the office which is extemely unprofessional. Durring the afternoon no one is in the office and maintenance requests were completed when they felt like it... It is a small complex so there is no reason to not have a service request completed in a timely manner. My final move out notice was ridiculous I by accident left one thing in the unit and was charged $40 for them to carry it to the trash which is right outside my unit. When needing to get rental history verified this one issue was mentioned. I was never late with rent and occupied the unit for 13 months. I was pregnant while there and parking was never available- my neighbors left trash bags outside the door and was always laying outside with barely any clothing on or playing loud music. The unit on top of me had people in and out all hours and smoked marijuana on the stairs in front of children. I was so glad to move from this place...

My husband & I have been living at this apartment complex for 6 months. We love it here. The one bedroom & one bath apartment is spacious with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The staff is wonderful and responds quickly to our needs. My husband & I are retired and of the more mature age, so responding quickly to our apartment needs is much appreciated. I was surprised how quiet the apartment complex is. The neighbors are very nice. The staff is personable and always eager to help with any moving or apartment problem you may have. I give The Pines of Palos Verdes an excellent rating and would certainly recommend it to others.
