Great place to live!
I lived at the pines back in 94-95 and I am moving back there in 12 days. The management there has been nothing but super nice to me and my family. I was glad to see that it is the same manager working there now as when I lived there before. That speaks volumes about her and the apartments!

Jekyl and Hyde
That is how the office staff is, very nice when your visit. But ask a question or for an explanation, and the evil side comes out. They verbally assaulted my 12 yr old daughter. They will talk to you wike you are a child. Very demeening!!

Outrageous water bills staff is unwilling to answer questions and will not answer phones or return phone calls by messages left on machine. Pool was filthy all summer and parking lot is always wet and is now growing moss.

NIce Apartment, horrible management and maintenace
The apartments are in a good location, next to some good schools, not too far away from anything, the grounds are very well kept. However, I have had nothing but trouble with the management from day 1. Outrageous water bills, they will not fix a leak despite numerous requests. The manager has been very rude, and will look you in the eye and lie. Have reported problems to her personally, gone back to discuss them again, she says "First I have ever heard of it." Have asked for her supervisor several times, she refuses to give out that information. Nice apartments, very quiet, but I can not recommend them with the current staff running the place.

Nice Place!
This apt. complex is in a neighborhood with mostly houses and alot of trees. They have a good staff that takes care of your concerns. Maintenance is done in a timely manner. I have enjoyed my stay here for 3 years. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

RESPONSE TO CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT!!1
This woman was my neighbor. She works for an attorney, even they could not get her out of her lease BECAUSE HER CLAIMS ARE LUDICROUS!! I have lived at the Pines many years. Maintenace have been in my apartment several times. They fixed my problem, cleaned up any mess and left me a door tag. I find all the staff here to be very courteous and helpful. My home is very large with beautiful trees outside every window. And for the most part my neighbors are friendly and SANE!!

My daughter and I ahve BLACK hair and there was blond hair in my hair brush!! Utilities used... A/C set on 70 while I had it on 75 or even 80 at times to keep the bill down... back door was left unlocked MANY times by maint. storage building open (never used since i moved in) I cant get out of my lease so if any one knows a way to get out let me know!!! Overall a great apartment complex
I have lived at the Pines twice and have always found friendly and caring administration and maintenance workers a couple of the good qualities. It's also a great neighborhood.

Nice, quite and safe family oriented community with long term neighbors. Unlike the brand new apartments with the hustle and bustle of traffic and such. The Pines provides me and my family with a warm comfortable enviroment that we like to call home.

Over $100.00 water bills, and Children Not Welcome!!!
My experience here was awful. I was plagued with notices/lease violations on my door every week. Someone there apparently watched out the window at our every move. My daughter had a friend that took their dog for a walk and stopped by to visit, they stood outside the door and talked, what do you know, I had a notice the next day that I had an unauthorized pet in my apartment. The next week I had a notice that I was not watching my watching my child, which was totally insane. The next week I got another notice posted on my door because I was somehow parked wrong, from the description given, I was blocking the breezeway, mind you, in order to have blocked our breezeway I would have had to run up over the curb and parked to do that. I got these notice of lease violations on a weekly basis. Basically what it boiled down to was I lived next door to someone who had no tolerance of children, because I believe I was very mindful, and respectful of others. My water bills were over $100. every month. The property was maintained very well, but someone must have annonymously complained on what seemed like a daily basis, after awhile it felt kind of creepy to know someone was watching our every move like that. When you live in apartments, this means you live amongst hundreds of people at any given time. We were not party people, or grungy people, at the time I was a working professional with 2 children. Instead of bowing to the unrealistic expectations of this habitual complainer with no tolerance for people, they should have asked them to leave, and left us alone. It stressed me out to the point I asked to be released from my lease, which they granted, and we moved. <br>If I could be guaranteed that we would not be harrassed, and the water bills were not so expensive I might consider living there again. It was a well kept property, quiet, and in a great neighborhood. When you add the price you will pay in in water and rent, you could live next door at the brand new apartments and probably come out about the same.
