I have had nothing short of great experiences at The Pines! The compound is always clean and the staff is exceptional pleasure. I have lived here for three years and I have always enjoyed my residency. Not only is it a clean complex but it is also quiet.

The best place to live

I love this place. I have been living here for a few years and this is by far the best apartment complex I’ve stayed with. It’s quiet, clean and the staff are so friendly! They are always willing to help you out! I would 100% recommend these apartments.

Our Home

We moved here in 2012 and it was truly the best move we have ever made. We have lived in 3 other apartments before moving here and this has been our favorite...and our home. I feel safe here. The office staff is exceptional. Any problems (which are very few) they have taken care of right away. We sincerely could not be happier.

My family and I lived at The Pines for 4 years. both of our girls loved the townhome we rented and loved the pool. The office staff was the best we could ever ask for, very understanding from the 1st yr we moved in up until our last day. Always made our life easier when it came to answering any questions and getting any wear and tear issues solved in a timely manner. The property was always kept very clean and felt very safe.

Great place to live.

Nice complex that is maintained, clean & nicely landscaped. The pool is clean & safe. The apartments are updated with nice floorplans. Great location accessible to major freeways schools, grocery stores & restaurants.

Office Staff and Maintenance are EXCELLENT!!! I am writing to say how pleased we are with the Office Staff and Maintenance - they are awesome. Recently, we had some trouble with the dish washer - within a day, they installed a new washer for us. We had a slight problem with the plug for our built-in microwave oven, and it was immediately repaied with a new plug for the unit. We also wanted to buy a water purifier for our drinking water and requested that the Maintenance man please remove the water spout for us so we could install the water unit. He not only came and took off the the spout, he installed the unit for us - he told us he looked at the directions so he could do that for us. Whenever we call the Office, the Staff is friendly, accommodating and quick - usually within the same day unless they had to order a part - even then it was maybe the next day - if it was an emergency (in which case they were here immediately, and sometimes in severe weather). We LOVE living here and would recommend this apt complex to anyone!!!

The Pines of Palos Verdes is the most friendliest, quiet community I have experienced! There several spacious floor plans to choose from. The office staff are very professional & strive to be available for all of their residents' needs.

This property has been one of the best so much so that I have decided to keep renewing my lease year after year. The community is great, everyone gets along very well and nothing but friendly interactions. If you have pets you should definitely look into staying here, you can't go outside without seeing someone with a furry friend which just adds even more to pleasant atmosphere that the Pines of Palos Verdes exudes. Don't even get me started on the lovely women in the front office ----------------, they are the most down to earth pleasant people who will work with you no matter what your situation is, all while being understanding and caring that they get you taken care of. So if you're looking for a place to stay then look no further cause you found the place to be at the Pines of Palos Verdes!

We’ve lived here for almost 5 years and we’re so glad we did. Because of my job we had to live in apartments all over the country but none came close to the Pines. ---------------- make you feel like family. The grounds are always well maintained and beautiful. My two children asked if we were going to buy a house and I told them we didn’t need to because we already found a home ! Before you commit to another Apt. check out the Pines..

My experience while living at the pines has been nothing but excellent. The office staff and maintenence staff both are very attentive. I have nothing but nice things to say about how I have been treated in the 5years I have lived here. They go over and above by any means to make sure their residents are taking care of and are happy with the outcome. Anytime you call expect the issue to resolved promptly. Mr West and Fernando are the greatest maintenace crew around they will get you fixed up within hours or no longer than a day and thats only if a part needs to be ordered.....Team work in a complex deserves recognition!!! Ms Debbie, Ms Diane and Mr West and Fernando you ALL are pretty awesome...Keep up the good work My son and I love it here and dont plan on leaving anytime soon <3 Thank you Melisa M Stephenson

This is by far the best apartment community I've lived in. The staff really sets the tone for the quality of people who live here. Everyone from the front office to the maintenance staff know & respect you. The grounds are beautifully manicured. It's a bit of an oasis & I truly enjoy it! Any maintenence issue I've encountered have been fixed within 24 - 48 hours. During the pandemic both Debbie & Diane have checked on me to make sure I was good. Not sure how many other complex' management staff are that concerned about their tenants. I am so glad I moved here 3 years ago. I have no intentions on moving until I find a house.

I have resided at The Pines Of Palos Verdes for over 3 years and I'm still enjoying the community. The staff members are always courteous and greet the residents with a smile. Our leasing office staff, Ms. Diane and Ms. Debbie work diligently each day to go above & beyond to make sure the residents are informed about community events, Covid 19 updates, new staff members, resident birthdays, safety precautions, & new resident referrals. Both residents and staff members take pride in keeping The Pines one of Mesquite's sought out places to live. I really like living here. The office is always welcoming and accommodating. Maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely manner. The area is quite, I've never had an issue with anyone. The pool area is well taken care off and my kids really enjoy it. I really don't have any complaints about living here.

My son and I have loved living here! Our unit is modern and updated, there have never been any major maintenance issues. The common areas ( pool, lounge) are great to have, and they are never crowded. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous, and they are good at communicating with residents when there is a weather emergency, building maintenance issue, or social event . The location is fantastic, too. We are within a 10 minute walking trail, 3 major grocery stores and probably 10-20 restaurants. If our circumstances did not force us to move, I would absolutely continue to live right here.......Renewing lease for the 5th time.....Thank you Ms Diane and Ms Debbie for making the Pines of Palos an absolute great experience living here... Even when Covid hit this past year you all made the living experience still amazing and managable........You ladies are Awesome and the maintenance crew is amazing as well... Melisa Stephenson

I have been living here since August 2020 with my small family. We love how neat the grounds and pool are kept. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The apartment came with new appliances and key less entry which is a plus. The area is quiet except when people are enjoying the outdoors and walking their dogs. I love that there is a park at walking distance. Definitely, renewing for next year.

We have lived here previously and the reason we moved back here is because the staff is friendly and attentive to the residents. We have lived here for about 3 years this time, The staff is always timely in taking care of our maintenance requests. The property is quiet and well maintained. We are moving to a new home soon. While we are excited about moving to a house we will miss living here.

My experience at The Pines at Palos Verdes has been a pleasant one. The property is always well maintained. The staff in the office are pleasant and always friendly. If there is a problem in the apartment/homes, maintenance is fairly quick to fix the problem. Overall, the property is very nice, quiet, clean and glad to call it home.

This is, in my honest opinion, without a doubt, one of the best, if not the best property in the DFW area. The prices for renting are unbelievable, especially considering how spacious and well kept the apartments are. The apartments are all soundproof and the appliances all function as though they were brand new. The location is 15-20 minutes from both uptown and downtown, which is perfect if you're a social individual. The management teams from the maintenance individuals to the property managers are all extremely approachable and are full of individuals with good character. All my neighbors are cordial and overall friendly individuals also, which makes it easy to come and go without fear or apprehension. As a result of all this, people rarely move out, and for good reason. The leases are usually always taken, so if by chance you get the opportunity to move in, I highly recommend you take it. 5/5 stars.

The managers, Debbie and Diane are wonderful,they are like family. Maintenance workers do a great job. If I need them for anything, they are there immediately.. I am an older Tennant, but I have always felt very safe. I have really nice neighbors and we all watch out for each other and help each other out ,several neighbors that I have met, have been here for years because they are all so happy here. I highly recommend The Pines of Palos Verdes..

I moved into The Pines Of Palos Verdes in 2013-10/01/2020. My 7 years at The Pines were wonderful. Property is always well maintained. Any issue I ever had with the apartment was fixed the same day unless a part needed to be ordered. Debbie and Diane are the best office managers, Wes the maintenance man does an awesome job at fixing whatever needed to be fix. My reason for moving after 7 years was because I bought a home, if it wasn't for that i would still be living there. I highly recommend that The Pine of Palos Verdes as your next home. Living at the Pines makes you feel like you live in a house. Thank you Debbie and Diane for being so great with me. I miss you guys :-) Happy Thanksgiving!
