Great Place to Live

The Pines of Palos Verdes is a great place to live. I've renewed my lease for the fourth time and love the peace and quiet of this community. Debbie and Diane are great at managing this property and their maintenance team are truly exceptional. The property is always nice and clean. It's also close to Town East Mall and other major stores.

Great Place

This community is a great place to be. It's close to everything and for the most part, it's a quiet community that's tucked off in a neighborhood. Schools are close by as well. Also, the office staff and maintenance crew are good as well. It's overall a great place to live.

A Fantastic Place to live

This has been one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in. The apartments are very nice. The grounds are kept nicely and clean. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are also very caring. I unfortunately will be moving away soon but I 100% recommend moving here. It is a great experience.

Best Apartments in Mesquite!

We found these apartments after looking around for months and we are glad we did! Not only is the location perfect with an elementary school for our son right up the hill, a beautiful park at the end of the road and town east 5 minutes away but the apartments themselves are an ambiance of their own. Our apartment has everything we could have wanted, an updated interior, new carpets, beautiful lighting and best of all they are quiet. You can go out any time of day or night and not hear road noise or even the close by intersection, the area overall feels safe and is beautiful. The best part of it all has been Diane, who went above and beyond to assist us in our search. Not only was she always attentive to our inquiries but she always called back with updates and kept us in the loop. We look forward to our stay here and could not be happier with our choice!

I love it here

This is the best apartment I've ever lived in. Diane and Debby provide top-tier customer service and are always quick to respond if any issues arise. The maintenance team is respectful, efficient, and resolves problems promptly. I also appreciate how clean and quiet the complex is, with plenty of parking available. This Is Where Its At

I’ve lived here for a good while, for personal reasons I was considering moving. After I talked to Diane I changed my mind and decided to stay. Debby and Diane are both so welcoming. I can talk to them about anything. They’re always open, willing to help, and they ACTUALLY listen your concerns and address any of your concerns. Maintenance concerns are a “No Hassle” deal. There’s absolutely no need to worry about anything being fixed in a timely fashion. A great team like this is very hard to come by.

Maintenance

My air conditioner quit cooling yesterday afternoon. I called the office and Diane had maintenance there in 15 minutes. My lead maintenance man had it fixed in 30 minutes. My former apartment it could have been 2 days. I have lived here for 2 years and the Debbie and Diane have always been wonderful to me. I have never had a maintenance call that was not answered within an hour and resolved that day. Best apartment I've lived in.

Peaceful Living & Excellent Office Support

ve been living at Pines of Palos Verdes for about 3 and a half years, going on 4, and its been a great experience. The community is peaceful, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the property is well-kept. I especially want to thank Diana from the office management team she has always been helpful, professional, and attentive whenever Ive needed assistance. Her support has made my stay here even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the care and responsiveness from the staff. Highly recommend!

Home sweet home

The Pines has been my home for 12 years. It's very unusual to have the same neighbors for more than 10 years and everyone looks out for each other. You can always stop in and have a cup of coffee a drink or some water and a little bit of conversation and a few laughs. Debby Diane and Edwin are always eager to help. We are community more like a family

Great Place

I’ve been living here at Pinehurst for several years and let me tell you, it’s a nice place to call home. It’s quite, clean, the maintenance request are done in a timely manner. Frank has been here the longest, cool guy. Patricia is such a beautiful person, she’s friendly and easy to talk to, always smiling. I love it here.

Great place to live

Been a resident since 2019. This complex is situated in a beautiful neighborhood and it is in walking distance to park. Grounds are well kept and maintenance is quick to repair any issues. Office staff is amazing and very friendly.

Love Living at the Pines of Palos Verdes!

We LOVE living at the Pines of Palos Verdes!!! Everything here gives us the feeling of a real home community and has since the first time we drove into the complex. Management is A-ONE, always happy to take care of our needs and make us feel valued and appreciated for living here. The grounds are kept up regularly and the pool is a calming place to hang out in the summer. The apartment unit is as nice as it was ten years ago when we moved in, with everything in working order. We love it here!

3 Year Resident

Since living here, I haven't had a single issue. Maintainence is always timely. No trash loose about the grounds. Children have fun here. There are schools within reasonable distance. As an adult, though Mesquite is going through road construction, I have always been able to find an alternative route. Expenses are reasonably priced. I scouted this place long before I made the decision to move here and has stayed reasonable. Reasonably quiet area on any given day. This is my experience.

Best apartments ever!

Many events are help to keep a sense of community and engagement, (waffle bar, donuts at the door, coffee & hot chocolate, etc) which is a welcome addition to the day-to-day grind. Any time I see workers at the complex or go into the front office, I’m always greeted with a warm smile and a happy-to-help attitude. Can’t imagine a better place to live. ??

We love living at the Pines of Palos Verdes! This is an outstanding community and continues to be a peaceful area of town. Great community!

Very affordable and very kind leasing staff

The ladies at the front office are always very kind and easy to talk to, especially Diane. It's also very affordable considering the quality of the complex, which feels very cozy tucked away inside a neighborhood with plenty of trees and grassy areas for walks!

Never Want to Leave!

I’ve lived here a year and a half and Diane has always been so friendly and willing to help any way she can. I asked to move to a different unit and she kept me updated every step of the way regarding when it would be ready, when I could move, and walked me through every step of the transfer. Five Stars!!

It is a lovely and quiet neighborhood. I like how everyone is so close knit and we have a very good community. They are very good about pest control and repairs, especially answering any questions I had during the move in process which was very easy. I am very glad to call the Pines of Palos Verdes my home!
