I recently leased an apartment at The Pines and wanted to share my experience. The leasing staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. They answered all my questions promptly and made the application process smooth. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport, shopping and dining options. It’s a great neighborhood with a welcoming vibe. My apartment was in excellent condition upon move in. Everything was clean and functional, which made settling in a breeze.

Great Living Experience

The office personnel and maintenance crew is very professional and courteous. Any issue I've had got resolved in a timely manner. If I wasn't moving closer to my job, I would still here. The plus side is your close to the mall and major highways.

Great Place To Live

Leasing Office is friendly. Complex is clean and maintenance is always available even on weekends, if there is an emergency. Overall, The Pines at Palos Verdes are a good place to live and near a lot of places and pretty quiet for the most part.

Perfect place to call home for a peaceful family living

My husband, two kids and I lived at The Pines for almost 5 years. Let me just say we loved every year of it. We were really part of a real family there but. An opportunity to purchase a home was presented to us so and we took it. It was a very bitter sweet good bye. ?? But every year that we live there my kids were safe happy and so were we. Friendly quiet community everyone always so happy to help. And you just grow into a family it's not like other apartments where you don't talk to your neighbor or don't know anything about anyone here you fit in you're always welcome and you are truly valued as a person you're not just another resident. Debbie & Diane are two of the most sweetest ladies you will ever meet. They are there to help you in any way you may need. The schools are great my kids fit right in. You have the trail / park at your disposal we loved going to the pond feeding the ducks short walk. Beautiful scenery nice to sit out in your patio or by the pool and enjoy a quiet afternoon no chaos no mess just peaceful living. Any friends or family I know moving into the area The Pines is the first place I recommend them to move. We had a beautiful 5 years there and we'll never forget the Pines! Love you guys!

For almost 16 years The Pines has been my Home Sweet Home. Neighbors are involved in watching out for the community as is The Staff. The office is very Helpful and Always present if there is a need, we are a community. The property is located in a residental area which gives it a different feel , less busy and more homey . We are close to shopping, schools, parks and main roads which creates convenience but is still quiet and little traffic. When I come home I find my little piece of Heaven, with everything around me changing The Pines is my constant PEACE.

Absolutely the best in Mesquite

My wife of 53 years have lived in 7 apartments from West Virginia to Biloxi and none are as good as the Pines. Diane and Debbie treat us like family and if you have a problem it’s taking care of ln 24 hours and normally the same day. The grounds are immaculate and lots of pine trees throughout! If you like to swim or just lay out the pool is always clean and with plenty of chairs. I could go on and on but I’m running out of space . Kroger and Wal-Mart and every restaurant you could imagine. are just around the corner .Before you make up your mind check out the the Pines Palos Verdes Tell them Butch sent you !!!

Great community to live in

I've lived here for 4 years and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I toured a few apartments and applied to a couple before finding The Pines. The impeccable customer service from Diane and Debbie at the leasing office made me forfeit those applications and on the spot i decided on signing a lease. Safe to say, I did not regret that decision. This is a nice, quiet and safe community that caters to the needs of its residents, plus its in a great neighborhood. From the staff to the maintenance team, its felt like one big family and every minimal issue I've ever had has been worked out swiftly, I mean within a day or less. It's clear that this is a community that works to ensure the satisfaction of all residents. I have no complaints whatsoever.

5/5 stars--I've been a renter here since 2014 and will be as long as they will have my son and I :). Excellent service, always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. The staff are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live.. easily accessible...to anything you made need such as schools, stores, walking park and even a great mall! From the Landscaping and upkeep of the property anytime I have a request from the maintenance staff is superb in getting the job done each and every time I've needed their assistance. On a scale of 1 to 10 they get at 10 every time in my book. I would recommend The Pines Of Palos Verdes to anyone looking for a nice beautiful and quiet environment to live. Melisa & son Tonias

Best Staff, Best Apartments, Best Location

This is, hands down, the best complex I have ever lived in, I plan to renew my lease repeatedly.You are in a prime location, within walking distance of shopping and other activities, as well as public transit. The units, are spacious, with crown molding, large bathrooms, a fireplace and plenty of storage. The pool is a work of art. The grounds are very well maintained. However, none of that matters if you don't have the right staff, but this complex does, Diane, is one of the most personable, knowledgeable, and professional management staff that I have ever had the honor and pleasure of meeting. Unfortunately, I have not met Debbie, but I would be willing to bet, she is as great as Diane is. At this point, I can not imagine living anywhere else.

I'm in "LOVE" with my future apartment home.

Wow, I found my new home. I will be moving in February,2023. Leased due to the Customer service from Ms. Diane and manager, Debby. She's sweet . My floor plan is huge. Everything is brand new. Good area. Close to my job. I love the scenery and Diane is fantastic!! I will get a new home with a nice view. Omgosh, and a huge park, down the road. I can get a pet...yay, to walk my chub off. Ha. I love the office. Very cozy. I will see yal next year. ??

A wonderful place to call home!

We have lived here for almost 2 years, and I am so happy we found this quaint complex. Carefully maintained, nicely landscaped, quiet, safe, and convenient location. The office and maintenance staff are amazing and very attentive to their residents. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and all staff have placed such emphasis on attention to detail and communication. I have lived in many apartments and this staff is by far the BEST!! They have recently completed renovations on the outside of the buildings, and I believe they have been updating units as they become available. The residents are friendly, the pool area is beautiful with colorful flowers, clean and never overcrowded. Walking distance to Palos Verdes Lake Park/Mesquite Heritage Trail and close to multiple grocery stores and not too far from Town East Mall.

Home Sweet Home!

A great and convenient location to live that is quiet, safe, carefully maintained and nicely landscaped. Communication and attention to detail are emphasized by all of the staff. Maintenance requests as well as resident needs are acted on quickly and follow up is done to make sure that everything has been taken care of properly. The feeling of belonging to a close knit community is strong - staff and residents watch out for each other. Zero reservations about highly recommending living here - truly home sweet home!

Beautiful property and landscaping

I’ve lived in the Pines for 8+ years now. It’s a quaint “small” property that I prefer over the massive complexes they build now. The pool is always beautiful no matter the time of year. Colorful flowers and landscaping always make it so inviting and the trees are a nice touch. Maintance is very quick to respond when I need them, Fernando is the BEST!! I think they’ve recently replaced the roof, paint the buildings often and are always willing to remodel or give options for changing the countertops or appliances when needed (especially with long term residence!) Debby and Diane are always a friendly face in the office and helpful when anything needs to be addressed. I feel like I’ve been in a nice quiet place in the middle of the city and love it here!

Mesquite Apartment Gem

Pines of Palos Verdes is a hidden gem! I’ve lived here almost 2 years and I couldn’t be more pleased with this apartment community. Parking is always good. Work orders are handled quickly. Grounds are kept landscaped and clean. Pool is never crowded (even on weekends). Apt complex is quiet. Location is great. Office staff is helpful and friendly. One of my packages was delivered to the wrong apartment, I showed the Apt Mngr the delivery picture and she was able to locate it the same day. How awesome is that??!! Pines of Palos Verdes is highly recommended!

Perfect place

A nice quiet complex and neighborhood, the tenants wave when passing by in the parking lot, any maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and one thing that stuck out to me is when my ac went out and the part wasnt available they brought in a window unit to keep me cool until they got the part to fix it. Never had that happen before at the other apts ive lived at which is why ive been here so long, they take care of their people

I been living here now for 3 years and I have to say that the maintenance guys or so great, it doesn’t take them long at all to do there job. I really love Mrs . Debbie & Mrs Diane they are the most caring people I’ve ever seen. I just appreciate everything that they do.
