It’s great community I like living here office is always helpful , but like I complain and email for my washer and dryer they don’t reply me and in 14 months they didn’t charge my washer and dryer that’s I think is difficult for me other wise everything is good

I’ve lived here for over 6 years. The location is convenient, the community is generally quiet, and the amenities are decent. However, we’ve had ongoing maintenance issues, including a cockroach problem that has not been properly addressed despite multiple written requests. Our non-renovated unit has rusted cabinets, and we’ve even found roaches inside the refrigerator, which is very concerning from a health standpoint. Management response to these issues has been slow and unhelpful, with upgrades mainly offered at an extra cost. Overall, this community has potential, but maintenance and responsiveness need major improvement, especially for long-term residents

The two weeks living at the Avana Apartments have been highly disappointing due to the presence of cockroaches and trash left from the other residence and not to mention the constant noise from the apartment above me.

Avana is quiet close-knit community with great amenities i.e. club house, workstation, gym, pool and amazon locker. 3-bedroom apartment is spacious. Appliances are adequate and in good working order. Only downside... someone keeps vandalising the pedestrian gate lock compromising our security. Otherwise very secure and safe apartment.

The refused to fix the air conditioning problem the maintenance guy who call himself an ac tech tells me it's normal for houston to have no ac on third floor where thermostat stays at 78. They did replace downstairs unit 2 years ago I think now it's time to replace the upstairs unit but they would rather have us stay in heat because Carlos don't want to work and management don't want to work and management don't want to spend money to fix the problem

All in all the apartments are slightly above average. What could make them a better complex is to make sure that the units are fully prepared before leasing. With a close attention to the cleaning. Do away with spikes on the gates and get to repair request sooner.

The residents in the apartment above mine, #831, are extremely noisy. They stay awake throughout the night, constantly jumping and running around, which causes a lot of disturbance. Their behavior has made it very difficult for us to sleep. We have requested them several times to keep the noise down at night, but unfortunately, the situation has only worsened. The noise has increased, and it continues throughout the night. I do not understand why they stay up all night and make so much noise. I kindly request that you speak with them and find out the reason behind this behavior, and please take appropriate action to resolve this ongoing issue.

Avana is a good place because of locality, we don't need transport for the day to day task, everything is nearby. Issue is the maintenance, very delay in response and some times completely ignored. Security is the other concerned it should be more appropriate and monitored.

The community is a wonderful place to call home. Always clean and has plenty of parking spaces. It’s so diverse and interesting meeting people from around the world. The team in the office and outside the office are extremely hard workers. Always available to talk to assist as busy as they may seem. Observing how much work they put into their roles shows the upkeep of the community. The events is one of my family favorites we get to hang out and meet new neighbors. I’m so thrilled about the neighborhood watch, I had the same at my neighborhood just makes me feel that they care for us as people and not just tenants.
