These apartments are terrible; never rent an apartment here. My family and I regretted moving here, maintenance never responds to the work orders, they enter your apartment without your permission and the staff is very rude. These apartments are always getting broken into, and they don't do anything to increase security, they don't even have any security; the gates are always open, even if you're not a resident. There is always so much noise, not a very safe place to live.

I don't usually write reviews but the public needs to be informed of how awful this place is. Maintenance takes at least 2 attempts and maybe a week or so to get complete. And the main problem is the residents themselves. Loud, noisy and rude ! Always letting their children run up and down the stairs in the buildings , on the streets where people are trying to drive, people assume the playground is some kind of an airport where they just drop off and pick up people and block the street ?. Why is this ok?. Parents just sit back and watch as their children throw rocks at windows (including mine) just complete trash. I cannot stress enough how happy I am to be leaving forever!!!!!!!!!!

I choose this community based on the affordable price, I also choose this because of their pet friendliness toward my German Shepard. The residents are somewhat friendly, lots of children always playing in the complex's playground. The teenagers tend to play in the street and take up parking spaces to talk. What has deterred me the most has been the residents littering around the complex, this is an ongoing issue in which the solution was to have management take time away from their jobs to pick up the litter. It is gross and unresponsible of the residents that are grown and should know better.

Insecurity at a very high rate. I won't recommend this place to new residents as the ones living here are now planning to move out once their lease is over. Manager is very rude if we talk to her about important stuff, the office stuff is helpless.

Since I moved in I have seen the communication is very poorly with the residents from the front office. If you call during anytime of the day no one answer the phone. I feel like the calls are being screened. If you go into the office as well if your told they will follow up they never do. You have to hunt them down like that's the only thing I have to do. I would like to see if this was their business what would they expect from their employees.

I just recently moved to a larger apartment in the complex and Yolonda was so helpful. She did a great job in taking care of everything for me. I love the area. I would recommend them to others. Make sure you go in and see Yolonda she is super sweet and will work with you.

Overall a great place to live. Just as with any apartment you will have a few negatives. My only negative is the noise sometimes gets a little crazy but it's mainly from siblings fighting after school outside (& that obviously has nothing to do with the apartment itself). Staff has been super helpful when needed. I noticed some reviews of break ins in the past, but the apartment is readily available for a security system, which I have, and that gives me the extra piece of mind while away or asleep at night. Overall, I enjoy living here

Worst place. I don't recommend at all. Many robberies have taken place in these apartments and the residents are not even informed. Work orders are done very late with ATTITUDE. Cannot give zero stars so had to give 1 star even which they don't deserve. The worst part is that the new management of this apartment is very complicated to deal with, they're helpless and non understandble.

Cant wait to leave the place I used to call my home. Things have turned around in a few months span. Break ins are a part of routine and Management dont even bother informing the residents about any incident. My maintenance issues have not been resolved for months. Now they are trying their best but sorry its too late and I' m moving out. My suggestion to new tenants, go with short term lease if you really want to live in this place, else you would be regretting for your entire lease terms (read reviews from current tenants).

I have lived in this community for over a year. At the beginning it was great but now all I can say is that I regret resigning my lease. Management is horrible, there is no communication and "I don't care" attitude. Cars and apartments are being broken into on a monthly basis now and there is no security for us at all. We pay a fee every month for security, maintenance, trash valet, and ground keeping; none of this is up to par. I never see security, maintenance was all fired and new people (or should I say ONE person) is now our maintenance crew, trash valet is a joke. Yes they come and gather the trash but it is dragged across the corridors and there is dry blood and liquids from other peoples trash, I do not know what is going on with the trash trucks emptying the compactor but there are times that it looks like a landfill for months at a time, and ground keeping is not great either. Most of the time the grounds are not cleaned, lawn is too loud and there is no spraying of insects throughout the complex. I have had it and recommend highly to keep away! **By the way, my AC has been broke since yesterday. Front office said they will have someone come (that was at 5:45 pm) and no one ever showed or called. My family and I had to sleep with it reading 76 in the apartment. With what we pay, which is not cheap at all, things should be better. Management and front office need to be all replaced!

In the past months overall condition of the complex have gone worst. 1. Apartment and car robberies are very common now. No ACTION from management. it is scary now. Apartments are being robed in during day also. 2. Somebody stole weights from Gym. 3. Gym condition is going down by day. Almost all equipment are defected now. 4. Main trash area is mess most of the time. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY. Please stay away from this place.

This is a great apartment to live at! The environment is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The dog park is a great amenity for all the animal lovers too - it is large and kept clean! The staff is great as well and the whole complex is clean and well kept!

If you do NOT have a guarantor and NOT a US citizen, their corporate office requires one month's rent as a security deposit. There are many apartments in this area which don't do this.

Every staff member is very professional and the maintenance crew responds to request in a very timely manner. It is very quiet, you get everything you pay for. Many amenities for what you pay for. Valet trash pick up is a plus for this complex and washer/dryer in-unit as well as car care facility is a big add-on. The staff responds to your inquiries in less than 1 day and address all the concerns that you may have. Everything is clearly explained to you from the very beginning and you have a choice to add things while you are there. They are very friendly and flexible about requests. I recommend this place to anyone. If you are thinking on living here, this is a great place.

While the buildings are starting to show their age a bit, it's very convenient to everything, family- and pet-friendly and the staff are very courteous and helpful (so long as you don't ask to them to step too far outside the rule box). The hospitality team led by D.J. try hard to build a sense of community and connection with various organized activities & events. The double-master floor plan was ideal for sharing. It's reasonably quiet for such a large complex and kept clean. The free car wash facilities are a treat. I really like the diversity of ages and cultures. There's a wonderful India-Pakistan grocer across the street as well as a variety of small, independent eateries all around (plus a Jack-in-the-Box). For nature lovers, Cullinan Park is just down the road. Only left because job took me out of state. Only real problem were the elephants upstairs...
