Avana Sugarland Apartments are nice, professional and a quiet property to live at. Its a great family friendly complex and its close to restaurants, mall and other shopping! I have enjoyed staying on this side of town. Its easy accessible to 90 & 59S freeways.

Average experience as any request placed for maintenance is never done on time requested for pest control no one called back Corridor is dirty Many spiders cockroaches are found outside Should take for all these things

The apartment its self is cute and clean, especially for the price. The front desk people are very nice. However, the community as a whole needs work. There is a lot of trash everywhere, tons children screaming and running at all hours of the day (especially at night), you do not get a warning of when maintenance comes and when they do they bang on the door multiple times, get charged for pest control every month but pest control only (sometimes) comes when you put a request in but there are still a ton of wasp nests and parking is a joke.. if you come in late, you will not find a parking spot, and if you want a designated spot (covered) the price is too much.

Few things have to be better, get better rules for the trash. People need to understand that you have to put the trash inside of the container, not leave everything on the road or outside of the container.

It has been a great experience at Avana so far. Our maintenance requests are always done in a timely manner. The staff are helpful. We love the amazon hub. The streets can be a bit noisy at times with a lot of kids roaming around.

Trash concerns, trash area always full, terrible management (poor customer service and no call backs done when requested),and insufficient cleaning on the community And buildings. Fitness area with broken equipments.

Beautiful location to living in highway 6 and Voss road, in walking grocery store masjid, halal meat shop, restaurant and desi Sabzi waoo a good apartment to live with family and friends, I really recommend Avana SugarLand Appartment to all my friends.

Avana Sugar Land is a beautiful, family-friendly community near everything. It is Sugar Land, but not too pricey. A great place if you have children. If you are older and looking for a quiet place this is not it. Lots of bustling with children playing and neighbors gathering outside before the virus hit. Overall, great community.

I love this community because the staff is responsive and the amenities are well maintained. I work from home and find the package locker convenient. I would like the site to think about recycling, but that's the only request I have!

I lived at Avana and experienced it was worst, still I am struggling to get back my security deposit since April 27,2020. They gave us very hard time in this COVID situation. We left because they increased my rent from 1500$ to 2500$ in COVID lockdown and we gave proper written notice 2 months ago and then moved out but they are giving unacceptable excuses but not giving back security deposit.When I sent email or called them feel like I am calling some 3rd party and asking them and 3rd party giving me unacceptable excuses from last 3 months. They already rented the same apartment right after a week and didn't refund my security deposit. Giving excuses like we don't know, account depart should know , check will be sending ,it can takes 6months etc. I can share their emails and their shameful baseless excuses in it.

Been living here a good amount of time and have seen managers come and go but I pray this one stays! She seems to be the first one to care about the people who live here and takes good care of the apartments. The other people in the office are nice but I love talking to Miss. Angelica. I only call if she is there. My kids and I are happy and we will plan of staying a few more years until buying a home. The school is very good and we like the new pool alot. I will recoment the place to anyone.

Great roommate layout. Enjoyed the office staff, very helpful throughout my stay. Spacious pool & fitness space as well Great value for price. Neighbors keep to themselves. I used the car cleaning space often

I just moved out in May and I have to say I miss it. The new additions made it hard to leave. My patio faced the pool so I could occasionally hear some noise, but nothing unusual. The pet park was close to my place which made it convenient, especially in the winter months. The location was great and had easy access to highway 6 as well.

I have had the pleasure living here. The staff down to maintenance have been awesome. They are willing to help whenever they can. They have a smile on their faces. I haven't had any problems since living here. Thank God. The trash is a problem and can be help by the residents by doing their part. Thanks

Moving in was very seamless. The staff was always available to assist me with whatever i may have needed, they also went out of their way to assist me. I enjoy the fact that everything is really close to where I live, by that I mean super markets banks and entertainment.

I was so excited to move into this apartment bc the apartment we were shown was beautiful and was told our apartment would look like that bc they were renovating. When we moved into our apartment it was NOTHING like we were shown. They didnt even replace the light bulbs in the bathroom we literally have had only one that works. When we moved in our smoke detector was beeping loud and they said they would have the battery replaced it wasnt. It took us over a month to get our mailbox key. The apartment needed some light cleaning and the walls were not clean. The tenants who were here before us were here for over 9 years and our appliances could be older then that. Our fridge freezes everything so we have to put it below the lowest setting. The dishwasher is so old that it made a lot of noise so instead of fixing it they told us just to use it in rinse mode it wont make that noise. Well guess what it still made that noise so when he came back he said Just dont put a lot of dishes on the top rack. Why cant I just use my dishwasher like normal why cant they just give me one that actually works. We have no lights in any room aside from the bathrooms, kitchen and dining room. We were shown an apartment that had lights in every room but my request just keeps falling on deaf ears. You cant even call the office and speak to an actual person when you talk to the answering service they NEVER relay the info to the office. The trash situation is horrible and embarrassing why they wont install another dumpster or trash compactor idk. Im sorry for my rant Ive just been disappointed with the service I have received. I absolutely loved the property I was at before they were all so amazing so when I moved here I thought or rather hoped that I would have the same service and its just been disappointment after disappointment. Again, idk why I wrote all of this yall have responded to the other one I sent yall so Im sure it will be falling on more deaf ears.

It was an Ok experience. Not too good though. My major concern often i would find cat or dog litter on the stairs or corridors and this really use to put me off. There was no on sight cleaning personnel to ensure the cleanliness. Months would pass by and power cleaning would not take place

My experience has been good here since management have changed. They have shown me they truly care. They have renovated some apartments which look beautiful. I would definitely recommend my friends and colleagues to live here.

I have lived at Avana Sugar Land for over a year now and I absolutely LOVE it. The staff is so nice. They are ready to help whenever I have an issue. The maintenance team is amazing. Very professional and timely. The apartments are spacious with beautiful features. I love the arched doorways and the bright white cabinets. The gym and the pool have to be my favorite part of the community. Definitely would recommend.

I moved here when it was still Pebble Creek. I like all of the positive changes and appreciate all the effort and thought put into improving our experience. Convenient trash service, likable maintenance folks, and functional layout. I'll make this my home until I am ready to purchase a home.

I have enjoyed living at Avana Sugar Land. I've been here through the re-branding and construction, and I can honestly say the property looks gorgeous. The new manager is a delight, I've enjoyed getting to know her and the new team. Jose is always helpful, I appreciate his diligence. I will remain here until I transition into a new home.

I had very bad experience with this apartment and their management first I had face apartment break in then car window break then I vacated the apartment they deducted my full amount 850/- $. Security deposit be aware All new TENANTS IT WILL BE YOURS ALSO BAD NIGHTMARE ??????

I have been living here for 3 months now. I like the community the location is superb as you get everything right across the street. Maintenance staff is very cooperative. I never had any problem until now. The people within the community are very friendly and helpful.
