Disappointed
I have been living here since four years now. I loved the community and neiborhood. We never had any problem before but since the new management has taken over everyone seems to be very unhappy and dissatisfied with the quality of service they provide. Its been about a month, we kept on encountering unleashed dogs. Its very unsafe for us and our kids because our kids play outside in the park and many times unleashed dogs without their owners were seen and some kids badly got injured trying to run away from the dogs. We have complained many times but management did not take any action and later on we found out that those dogs belong to one of the property manager! This is the only reason why our complaints are being ignored. I am sorry to say that the new manager is very rude and arrogant. When we complained about her dog, instead of saying sorry she right away said call the police! She is so insensitive! There are roaches in many apartments as well as snakes were found in residents balcony. None of the action has been taken. The quality of service is really bad now. I wouldn’t have stayed here anymore if i was not in contract with them… this complex is very unsafe now!!!!

Good families are living in apartments. Mostly they follow the rules laid down by the administration. Children often play football and cricket in evening. There may be a chance the ball can damage cars and windows.

Community is quiet but if anyone is on top of yo urge noise is horrible. Over all the apartment community is safe and great. Pool has been closed quite a few times since I’ve been here. See apartments before moving in them.

Roaches,Maintenance takes forever to do anything. Ready for my lease to be over so I can move. Front desk rarely answers, The appliances are made with cheap vinyl, bleach doesn’t even work to clean them. A plastic bag will literally get stuck to your counters.

I have been here for the 6 th year running now. All this while I enjoyed my peacefully located apartment. Staff is friendly and maintainence is quick: accessibility to the stores and restaurants around is walkable. All good. Tha k you.

Office staff including manager will never listen you. If you go to complain they try to blame you. Roches issue is major and office staff give least important to the issue. They don't know what to do. Office staff behave like your boss and current manager is the Super Boss. Location is very good. Needs a good management. Maintenance staff is good.

Avana Sugar Land is a great place to live, that’s why I moved here. Ample parking space. Car garage, Trees and nice landscaping. Children playground. Swimming pool. The facility is very clean and they even provides free car wash for the residents. I am loving it.

It’s a great apartment. Feels like a home and will be a great place to live until it’s time for a permanent home. It is a safe feeling community and a nice complex. Easy access to all things in Sugarland and Katy.

As a new resident in sugarland, Avana is one of the best things that happened, the location is awesome, very near to departmental stores, Truck foods, Mosque, Church & Fuel Stations. The apartments are very well made and have been kept well. The furnishing is super and appliances almost new. Any maintenance job is done within hours without me being bothered from office, which allows me to focus on my job. Denise & Susan are kind and cooperative. My stay at Avana so far has been seamless. Thanks

Its more than 7 months residing here and i love the location of the premises. Cleanliness inside the property, Guest waiting area is good but kids entertainment area needs some attention. Overall its a prefect place for living.

Been here 4 months. Only seen same people twice at most. Majority of office staff I have met has been rude and unhelpful. They say things will get done then it takes a month and multiple visits to office to get done.

Terrible management and maintenance team. They ignored all of my maintenance requests, even for simple things such as an air filter or a clogged drain. Eventually my AC went out due to the air filter issue. They would mark the request as completed but would never even step foot into my apartment.

Nothing is worth marketing the pool is inoperable, car wash don’t work , the gates, entry door to hub the business center is always occupied by kids playing games valet trash the guy comes after midnight which is another day, we’re paying for 30 days but get 15 days because of him coming 12am or later

It is good living in this community, management really works well to cope up the rising issues, but the only issue that needs urgent care is the security concerns, they must install cameras on each block and on their floor to fix this issue, Secondly, the power washes should b done on frequent basis too atleast once a month .

to be honest with u all I like the area close to my kids school very inconvenient but the management of this apartment are need to improve so many broken and it’s scary I heard lots of incidents here in the apartment specially for robbing. But I will give a points for the people working in the office but not a lot because whenever I called the office no one’s answering.

The staff and maintenance are professional. The maintenance team response very fast to the requests. Very good place to live, the property is located near many good restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to stay in an affordable and nice apartment.

Avana Sugar Land has been a wonderful place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone. Their management, staff, and maintenance team are all really good. They seem to genuinely care about the residents and do all they can to provide a good experience. The location is nice and the amenities are good. I’ve certainly enjoyed my time here.

It’s obvious that they don’t care about the people living here. They are completely incompetent, and so unprofessional. It’s almost like they don’t want to do their jobs. The park looks like ---- and they have no idea or clue, and if you try to tell them something they’ll just brush it off like it’s not their job to even care. Makes it hard living here honestly. We should have a friendly and caring environment that doesn’t just want to take our money

l avana apartment is located near marker area which is good, lovely , please make sure camera surveillance is installed near all buildings and floor. Maintenance services must be upto date,car seems to be insecure
