I rate the apartment complex 2 of 5 stars because as nice, and cheap our apartment was. Having to pay $200 more for an updated version isn’t worth it. Especially when we already have to pay for carports when the parking is very limited.

Not so good. Work order is not complete in one visit.manager obit talks not solve the say we fix the problem but the problem was never maintenance team is also not experts..safety is not moth one or two burglary happens in the apartments.

Ok this apartment starting to get rob like since January until now. All the residents are afraid how can they live like this with their family. They all can’t leave anybody in the house neither outside the house. We all should hire a security gaurd at least to keep in touch with the police. Robberies are happening right now. I will kindly ask for your safety to rent a apartment which has good securit, because we are indulging for it.

Im not very please with my living situation at all. I have had issues from the time I even signed a lease. The apartment complex is EXTREMELY unorganized. I put in a maintenance request and it got canceled over a month ago for absolutely no reason.

Avana Sugarland is a beautiful and peaceful place to live, its family oriented, its safe, clean , quite and the management team is professional and always there you you need them. I been living almost three years here and a I dont have even one complaint . If you looking for an apartment in Sugarland, come to Avana Sugarland, this place is beautiful.

Overall pretty good experience minus the noise from upstairs neighbors which had become a very serious problem for us as we may try to move if possible. Other then that, its a nice apartment and we really like and appreciate the new management!

Good place to live. Need some more effort for cleaning and can be done with good communication with on site staff and head office. There is some good things as well specially for gardening. I also have noticed that restrooms are not open when we go for swimming. Swimming fountains are off and on. Last year once cop lady stopped by when we had get to gathering all my friends were shocked. She just walked in asking questions regarding where we live and she has authority from office people to ask questions. Which was embarrassing.

My apartment was not ready on the day I moved in, I was originally scheduled for 9am and didn’t receive keys until 4pm. My dryer was broken for the whole first month I was at Avana. Jaqueline at the office says she never has time to follow up with current residents regarding any service request. No one answers the phone anymore, which is weird because every time I go to the office it’s never busy. My rent is due today and it’s been almost a week since I’ve asked for an exact amount that is due and why I’m being charged twice for an early termination fee. Rent is due tomorrow and no one has followed up with me regarding how much I have to pay until my move out that is scheduled this month. The one day I have off I go to the office to ask for simple things, a copy of my ledger, my rent that is due, and a copy of my NTV signed and the leasing agent Jaqueline could not assist in any of those 3 items. That’s weird given that she’s the leasing agent on property. She should be trained to assist all residents on a Saturday, otherwise don’t have her scheduled for Saturdays. Plain and simple. Do not recommend this complex at all. The new manager Max seems the most helpful on property, when he decides to response.

The new management, office staff, and maintenance team are all friendly and professional and are all doing a good job. There have been many improvements in the community. Avana Sugar Land has very little drama, is conveniently located, and overall its a nice place to call home.

Compared to my last apartment Avana Sugar Land is a huge upgrade. These apartments are clean, peaceful, and comfortable. A lot of the people that live here are families and my neighbors are super friendly. I love the valet trash and the amenities. The staff is very friendly especially the new manager Max hes doing a much better job than the previous manager. I LOVE my apartment its so beautiful and whenever guests come over we get so many compliments. Weve only been here about six months and we are already planning on renewing our lease for another term. 10/10 recommend.

I've seen so many people come and go and at first I really liked the apartments. As the years have passed yes the outside appearance looks good but the apartments itself inside could be a lot better. Last minute notices about walk throughs, no one sprays for pests, trash is stacked super high which brings rodents. Car break-ins that are failed to be mentioned. You pay for amenities and they are never available for months at a time. If you have questions regarding lease agreements and call for understanding you're met with an I don't know verses let me research that and get back to you. Just because you haven't been working at a place for a long amount of time doesn't give you a reason to say I don't know. If you're a manager it's your job to know everything that is going on.

There was a female manager she was very nice but some she is not there anymore we asked the new manager said she left but the community is clean but is too much noise because of the Aztec coming and leave dog and sometimes the dog barks all night our lease expired so we are leaving because you guys raise the rent too

If you love your car this is not the place to move. Break ins happen very often. We woke up on Christmas Day to other residents tire/ rims gone. The trash is always a mess. Yet management always sends violations through emails about the trash which is out of our control. Stacey has the worse nasty attitude of all in the office. Maintenance never fixes anything

We downsize ourselves from 4 bedroom house to 2 bedroom apt due to COVID-19 which effects so many people since we move into avana community they give us a warm welcome and made our move so easy and comfortable the staff are so helpful they cheer you up listen to you carefully understand your issue and try there best to resolve any issues they strictly followes COVID rules there maintainance guy is very humble and hard worker I saw him busy all the time working and try to keep up tight the buildings surroundings our overall experience is very satisfiyed

Its a good community. Park needs to be updated. Security features like the front gates should be there for security. Maintenance is required a lot of times in a month but they respond quickly. Nèeds to be a little more.cleaner.

Love the staff. Management is awesome! Jose is very friendly and helpful, always completes the task with hard work! I just wish residents would clean up after their pets and management would power wash the breezeways. Many roaches and ants are seen. The walk across the halls is not pleasing
