SAFETY HAZARD
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! They allow their contractors to block hallways and staircases. When brought to their attention that they didn’t even send out a notice, they showed no remorse or concern. They do not care about you at all. All they care about is money. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Everything is great. Good management and a great facility. Any time we had a maintenance issue it was taken care of in a timely manner. The grounds are well maintained and the common areas are clean. The apartment is very functional and comfortable.

Overall the experience has been positive. The employees are nice and usually helpful. My biggest grievance with the property is the garage. It has really tight spaces and it's confusing to navigate. Some signage would be very helpful.

The view from my apartment is amazing and the new renovations are great. Staff always courteous and helpful. Vehicle secure and no issues in 3 years. Close to Downtown DC, monuments, golf courses and military bases to include CG HQ, JBAB, and Fort Meyer.

Overall good moving in experience and clean apartment with plenty of amenities on the property. Surrounding area is close to bars/entertainment and restaurants. Neighborhood feels safe as well. Has key fob access to garage which is nice too

Been great so far. There are a lot of great amenities that didn't know I wanted! All the staff has been helpful and friendly, on top of the building being really clean and quite. Only gripe is just parking can be difficult to find/park in sometimes.

I really enjoy my stay in this community. But I need to think about finding a lower rent as I will be living alone at the end of the current lease. I particularly like the fitness center with the spinning room. The community center is indeed fantastic. The staff are very nice and always available for any request. The building is well located. Everything is at walking distance!!!

I have only lived here for a few days but I am overall SO impressed with everything thus far. The apartment was clean and updated when I moved in. Parking is very convenient and affordable. I am very happy with my decision to move here.

Nice community and amenities. Easy to communicate with the management and all maintenance requests are addressed immediately. Good location-- close to grocery stores and the metro. Would recommend for young professionals.

I love this apartment complex! All the amenities are great and me and my boyfriend love using the grills on the plaza. Everyone keeps them clean and are usually open most of the time. All staff is very professional, responsive and friendly.

Meridian Courthouse provides an excellent package for renters looking for a safe, exciting community. There are great amenities, very accommodating staff, and the apartments are newly designed and maintained.

Good location, but the walls are thin and the lobby smells. People are always smoking weed and the rent is high for the small amount of square footage. The common areas need to be redecorated with more modern decor.

I really like the community aspect and the amenities. Everything is easily accessible location wise and pretty quiet. Pool is very nice as well as the people. Lots of different floor plans to choose from depending on what you're looking for.

Overall, the experience has been nice. The apartment is nice and everything works well. The bedroom and closet are a bit small but it's ok. I enjoy living here. It's a nice location. The rent is a bit high.

It has been been great living here! I moved from DC into Arlington for the neighborhood's laid back feel, and for the renovated apartment building. Nice apartment, quiet area. Great staff, from leasing office to front desk to maintenance.

Apartments are beautiful. They are new and so clean. There are great views of DC thar no one would pass up. Amenities are great? gym, pool, hangout areas. I love how walkable the area is. I highly recommend Courthouse Meridian!

My experience at Meridian at Courthouse Commons has been lovely so far. The staff were helpful with getting us moved in (despite the freight elevator being down), and the residents are warm and inviting.

I love living at meridian. Management is doing great job with bringing community together. Some of the appliances are a little bit outdated, but not critically. Maintenance is usually helpful, but sometimes there is not much they can do due to the a little outdated appliances. I would also strongly recommend investing into blackout curtains.

So far it has been positive, the leasing office was very communicative and helpful through the lease/move in process. The amenities are nice but sometimes are used to make it feel like I live in a college dorm/frat house

Good building, management and Maintanence staff. Great, fun events planned every month. Conman spaces like pool, rooftop and courtyard are very clean. Very inviting community and open spaces in the apartment complex. Apartment sizes are also big compared to other locations in the neighborhood.

Overall, it's been a pleasant experience. The walls are a little thin, but apartment overall is great and updated. Good value for what you're paying. Also, maintenance is extremely responsive with any issues.

The community has made me feel welcome and the monthly events have allowed me to get to know the residents and staff better. The community room on my floor has also been a nice area for me to get to know others in the community.
