I love The Meridian! Rent everywhere in Arlington is expensive, but this building gives you a great amount of space for what you're paying. Many of the amenities?especially the courtyard, pool, and entertainment room?are truly top-notch. There are lots of dogs in the building and a good mix of families and young professionals. Noise is rarely an issue.

Meridian at Courthouse Commons is a fantastic value for what you pay for this area. It's conventionally located near the metro, easy walking distance from DC, in a safe neighborhood, and has nice rooms and wonderful amenities. Additionally, the staff regularly organizes activities for the community to engage with one another. All in all, 5 stars!!

It was fine. Location is not great for me. I currently live just a couple minutes walk from several grocery stores so having the closest options being a Target in Roslyn or the Wholefoods in Clarendon is not very convenient

Been in three different apartments. All ok. Can't stand the dogs and the noise. You report noise and all you get from the staff is call the cops. Need a noise policy. This is a young folks place. Lots of beer and dogs.

The staff at my apartment building consistently fall short of expectations. They are often preoccupied with their personal devices, showing a glaring lack of professionalism and attentiveness. Requests for assistance are frequently met with disinterest or outright rudeness, making interactions with them more of a chore than a convenience. Their approach to service is not only disappointing but also adds an unnecessary layer of frustration to daily living in the building.

Easy move in process and I'm enjoying the space so far. It was also easy to reserve and use the freight elevator to move furniture. only downsides would be the tight parking spots and I can hear some noise from other units

Decent apartment homes and good square footage with addition of sunrooms. However, newer / more renovated buildings are nearby for about the same price. Parking fees are ridiculous and the garage is made up of extremely small spaces.

The Good: The actual building facilities are great. I often use the convenience store, gym and apartment events. The location feels safer than most of the area around. Having an Ace Hardware, the metro station, several restaurants and a movie theatre nearby is a blessing. The club room in the phase 1 building also has a remarkable view of DC. The bad: There is no noise protection in the apartments. I can hear every maintenance and construction project in the vicinity, every day. The garbage trucks often come at 7:30AM, make awfully loud beeping noises and dumpster slamming, which violently disrupt your sleep and shake your apartment. The outside noise protection is so non-existent than I can literally hear people all the way down at the sidewalk have normal conversations. Additionally, there is continuous water issues. I feel like my clothes washer or dishwasher floods like 2-3 times a year, or something else like the heat stops working or hot water stops working. Although the maintenance team is incredible here, so when there is an issue, they really fix it fast.

I have really enjoyed my time here. The leasing office is extremely competent and kind, the maintenance staff is responsive, and the neighbors are friendly. I think the price I pay for my apartment is completely reasonable, and I will be renewing my lease.

I love the convenience of living here and all of the amenities in the apartment. Unfortunately the area is just getting too expensive for me to remain here. I also have a very loud neighbor who constantly wakes me throughout the night

Good but walls are really thin and I can hear people in the next apartments- anything from music to talking to someone peeing! But I like the apartment itself. I had a really beautiful view which is why I chose it but a month later a huge crane showed up for construction and has been there ever since. Obviously, not the building's fault but disappointing bc I paid a lot extra to be in this specific apartment for the view.

Everything is great so far, leasing agent Hector got everything done in time and address our requests immediately. Parking B is awful, so I suggest don't use it, however parking a is roomy and you can park easily. Community is not new but in a fair shape, maybe some service for elevators can be done since they are not always closing doors. The view from the window is good and the other side facing the pool is good too, at least until it is open

The Meridian at Courthouse Commons is a great building with fast maintenance and attentive staff. Our unit itself has high quality finishes and a beautiful view. They have been extremely helpful and our rent has not been raised much in the two years we lived here.

The amenities are top tier here. Love the top room clubhouse and the grills outside. Everyone is quiet and respectful in the building. Staff are quick to handle issues in the apartment. Awesome location to get to Georgetown and DC quick.
