Meridian courthouse has satisfactory amenities and an updated look that is in line with the price. The staff create a comfortable and safe community environment. My only caveat is that pest control has been an issue since my initial move in two years ago.

I've loved living here. I feel like I am in a safe, clean, friendly community. The staff is always super helpful. The maintenance requests and staff have been awesome and timely. I have only had a positive experience.

I don’t know where these good reviews are coming from because this place is mediocre at best. Good luck getting any of your issues addressed by the office staff it’s very clear they don’t step foot outside of their office to see the issues around the complex. They are beyond unprofessional and act like you are doing something wrong when asking for assistance. We are constantly mischarged for things and if you enjoy daily migraines this is the place for you! There is nonstop drilling everywhere all the time to the point where a different resident took the time to type something up and put in the elevator about it. DO NOT MOVE HERE. This is the most unprofessional complex I’ve ever lived in.

Courthouse Meridian has been an excellent apartment. I currently rent a studio, which is more spacious than other ones I've had, with lots of natural light. The complex also has great facilities, including multiple outdoor spaces which work well for hosting guests or simply sitting outside. It's a convenient short hop to the Court House metro as well!

I really like it here. Staff is nice and courtyard is a plus. It's also quiet. I just wish the rent wasn't so high or there was some more rent control to encourage more retention because I don't want to move. Thank you.

Overall I really like my apartment and community. The sunroom offers a some nice additional space to use as an office, though depending on which way your apartment is facing it can make the apartment really hot year round. They have nice community spaces, and most neighbors I have met are really nice. When my hot water heater broke they offered me access to a furnished apartment to use for showering and to work while maintenance was replacing the water heater, which was replaced within 24hrs. My 2 issues is how badly the hallways can smell, especially around the trash chutes and the parking spaces are small so it can be difficult to get out of the car when another is parked next to you.

Overall I've enjoyed living at the Meridian at Courthouse Commons, my specific apartment has given me no issues. I will say some of the amenities could use a remodel, namely the gym. The parking garage security absolutely needs to be reevaluated, as I had my vehicle stolen and have seen many others with their wheels stolen. Management overall has done a good job but when my car was stolen from the garage I never heard back from the community and no updates to security have been made.

Generally a good building. The maintenance work being done on the facade has really disrupted working from home but otherwise it has been a quiet community. My biggest frustration is incredibly steep rent increases.

The units at the Meridian offer amazing sunroom spaces, a well kept courtyard, fun events to meet your neighbors, day to day things run smoothly, and emergency maintenance is very responsive and helpful when you need them. It really is a pleasure living here!

I just moved in and so far it's been great living here? the apartment puts on lots of events for our commuity. It has great amenities and is in a prime location, walkable to lots of restaurants and bars.

So far everything has been great. The building is well maintained and apartments are nice and cozy. You can't beat the view of Washington DC! Amenities and community events are plenty. I'm happy I moved into Meridian.

It's a very open community of many different ages. Students & Families all the way to grandparents. The staff is available most of the time to help with anything on the premises yet distant enough to where you can have a good level of privacy if wanted

I have only lived in this community for a short time period but I already feel very much at home. Everything is walkable, the amenities are top notch, and the neighbors are incredibly friendly. I look forward to my continued time here.

It is very well run and maintained. It is clean and the Staff is very nice. All of the packages I have received since COVID have been delivered perfectly. The grounds are beautiful and it has a nice community spirit, including shared activities.

The apartment community is very comfortable living with great staff who are knowledgeable and always willing to help. One problem is that the garage parking space. If you come back late, you may not find a parking space. This is only the frustration that I have with the building.

The apartment is in a very good location in Courthouse. It is close to restaurants, the AMC movie theater, and a short walk from some shopping spaces. The pool is a big perk and the rooftop amenity spaces are some of the nicest in the area.

When looking for a new building to live in, I always want information regarding staff, community, green areas, location and price. Meridian courthouse has 5 stars on all of them. Not only the staff is always friendly and helpful, they always make you feel at home. The green areas are amazing and help you relax.

I really like living at Meridian. My apartment is very stylish, I am on the 11th floor so I have a great view of Georgetown, it is quiet and peaceful. I am excited to use the pool - only thing is that they do not let you bring a guest on weekends which is ridiculous.

Apartments are slightly older but larger than most in the area for similar prices. Parking garage is often crowded and can be hard to find a space that isn't blocked by pillars or other cars being over the lines at night.

This Meridian community at Courthouse Commons has exceptional amenities, management staff, concierge team, and friendly neighbors. Pet friendly with a dog park. The recurrring events for community residents are fun, diverse, and are often at no charge. The parking garage has mostly small spaces so I would not recommend a large car or truck. I have not lived here more than a year; however, the monthly rate likely goes up a bit when a lease is renewed.

No better bang for your buck in the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor. Centrally located and a 7ish minute walk to the orange/silver line means that you're in DC in 15 minutes or Tyson's in 30. The staff are attentive and the maintenance crew has been quick to help (even if it was us getting locked out of our apartment late in the night). Not to mention being next to basically any amenity you'd need.

Beautiful complex with plenty of amenities. Usually don't hear the neighbors which is appreciated. The parking garage is cramped, with many spaces marked compact which results in people parking poorly.

I really enjoy it here! The community is clean and welcoming. The amenities are great, the rent is a good price and you get a lot! Maintenance is quick and friendly and the location is great for Arlington living!
