Overall I have really enjoyed living in the Meridian for almost two years. Great location, solid staff and maintenance team, and I like my apartment. Sometimes can hear occasional loud noise from neighbors or their dogs, but it is very rare.

I had a lovely tour of the community and I can see that it is a great place to live. The views were out of this world and the amenities very thoughtful. The leasing agent was incredibly responsive and I highly recommend adding this as a stop if you are looking in the area.

I've never lived somewhere that felt more clean and safe. The community gatherings are pleasant to attend and I take advantage of other amenities. My window view is gorgeous and I'll always remember it

The apartment maintenance team is very helpful and prompt. I had a maintenance emergency in the middle of the night with my apartment plumbing and they rushed to control the situation and remediate. The turnaround was about a week however my overall experience was good

It's been good. I have enjoyed living here. The apartment is clean, and service is provided well. However, figuring out the mail was really challenging. Someone left our Amazon package just sitting in the lobby

My experience when touring and filling out my information was very clear and enjoyable. I've had some bad experiences with rude leasing offices in larger cities like Miami. I was and still am nervous when it comes to the rental process after all the application fees or apartments I missed out on because of lack of clear information. Applying for meridian didn't feel like a sale or like I was a nuisance. The place spoke for itself and hector in the leasing office answered all my questions simple or stupid it was refreshing.

The process was super easy to apply for the apartment community. Within 2 weeks we knew that we were approved. Emma our leasing agent was very helpful with the process and since moving in it has been great. Any maintenance issue has been handled quickly and swiftly. It is very quiet in our home and barely hear the neighbors around us.

It's a good apartment but we just moved in and the apartment has a chemical odor that management has not solved yet. They seem really nice but not helpful. I don't know what else to say. I hope they can resolve the issues soon.

The apartment itself is very spacious and decent value for the money. But the common areas lack good amenities, gym is a little dark, the front desk persons are not very helpful. Overall, the community is great, the apartment is great value for the money, but the common areas and amenities need major renovation

Great apartment complex! A little older than others in the area so more affordable and still well maintained. Spacious apartments with fantastic sunroom and lots of light. Only feedback is that windows are old and let in a lot of heat/cold depending on season which requires a lot of AC or extra space heaters. Bathrooms could also use a bit of an upgrade but they're fully functional. Great common areas with gym and outdoor pool, family and pet friendly.

Nice Stay, Nice Amenities 9/10

Me and my roommate moved in a few weeks ago and everything seems okay. No real issues in the apartment and everything looked as the website presented. I will say most of our encounters with the staff were fine and friendly except with the girl ----. She can come off very condescending and as if we are slow. Everything else is okay though.

The units are really nice. Maitenence is fast. Leasing Office is friendly and helpful (particularly Hayley). The interior of the building in Phase II (outside the units) is bad in that it always looks dirty and smells. If you are moving in, that's the best tip I can give you that you can't tell online. Phase I looks pretty and doesn't smell. Gorgeous outside area and club room but there are a lot of rules. Friendly people. They do not restrict dog breeds and this is the worst thing (there are pitbulls around here). I don't really like the influx of children (there were 0 in 2018, now there are quite a few.) Overall, I've been happy.

I've only been here a week but so far the community has been very welcoming and helpful. I really love the Cobu app and was surprised to see so many residents offering up great household items on the marketplace. Also I love the emphasis on local, small businesses, like the food trucks every week and the highlight on the instagram. It's been nice to learn of some new things in the area since I've moved from out of state.

A MUST SEE

I visited on a hectic Saturday, and the guy told me they couldn’t show me around. But guess what? Chane swooped in and saved the day! She squeezed me in, helped my roommate with a tour later, and kept in touch until we applied. She handled everything so smoothly and perfectly that we couldn’t help but rent. She made income qualifications super easy to understand and even gave us the exact amount we needed to qualify. I highly recommend her for all touring and application needs. She approved us in just 2-3 days for our June move-in, which was 3 months in advance! She’s an absolute gem!

Used to be a bargain when we moved in years ago, but since the market has gotten out of control, there are nicer apartments with better amenities and location for similar or less. Good community, but amenities are lackluster.
