Though rent is a bit expensive, I am pretty happy living at 1410 N Scott St. The fact that I don't really have complaints is a good thing; It's very good. I think that summarizes my experience of living at Meridian; Very Good.

This apartment building perfectly suited my needs at the time. When I moved, I didn't have a dog but now I do. I could honestly say if I would have already had a pet; I wouldn't have chose the Meridian. The building is not as pet friendly as they claim.

We love the Meridian - this is our second time renting a unit in the complex. The staff is friendly, maintenance is so speedy it's almost scary and the building/units can't be beat. We love the 1 bedroom with 2 sunrooms. It's truly like getting a 3 bedroom for the price of a 1!

I love this community, my neighbors are kind and say hi when passing by. I will renew my lease when the time comes. I will also recommend this community to my friends and colleagues. I wish the rent of the party room can be a bit cheaper.

We really like the apartments and the amenities. The maintenance is really good and efficient. Is pet & kids friendly. Great for families and also students. We really enjoy the grilling area. The gym is small but it's ok for small routines

We have only had a positive experience since moving in. Maintenance has responded to all issues within a day or two and fixed the problem ASAP. The building in clean and they have great community activities.

Friendly concierges, friendly maintenance staff, and friendly neighbors. Maintenance is quick to respond and very efficient. Packages have never been lost. Building is clean, and the ammenities are incredible! They just put new equipment in the gym and its truly lovely.

Great community and very helpful office staff who have been great at communicating. My apartment was clean without any damage when I moved in, which is a better experience than past apartments. The amenities are great in the community too.

We love the Meridian! The staff are are so nice and help us right away any time we have a question. Our neighbors are also so friendly and lots of people have dogs which we really enjoy. Also a great location in courthouse!

Dog friendly community, front desk staff are very nice and friendly, courtyard in the summer could be very noisy sometimes after hours, floor in the kitchen are not water proof and fixing two planks was charged of $350

Hector and Syed made my experience fun and relaxing. Not pushy yet informal and transparent. They provided all the details I needed to make this a smooth transition. So far I love it here! Although the reviews were a little all over the place. I dont hear my neighbors, nor do I have any issues. I love it here so far!

Living at the Meridian has been a pleasure. The Meridian offers so many amenities, group activities, and beautiful apartments. I have enjoyed my three years of Meridian life. The courthouse location could not be more convenient.

Great community and building amenities! I love the spacious apartment layout, especially with the sunrooms. The building staff and maintenance teams are extremely relatable and kind. I also appreciate the community events and fitness program.

It has been an incredibly welcome and friendly community - I love the amenities offered, and have particularly enjoyed the gym services. The pool was also incredible during the summer months, and cannot wait until it's open again.

I have lived here for two years and been satisfied with everything. The staff is friendly, maintenance is prompt and fixes everything, and the amenities are nice. The sunroom also adds a lot to the apartments.

Great price for the area. The overall space for what you rent is high quality. Updated kitchen and so forth. The Sun room really is a huge plus that adds a perfect office area for work at home people. Overall the amenities are great and well maintained

Unit great the building needs to be updated a bit more especially for the price. Common space rules are very strict and really don't allow residents to utilize the spaces freely at all. Management company is terrible.

This apartment is beautiful, however I don't think that it is the best value. After all of the fees, parking, and trash, I pay close to $2400 a month for a one bedroom apartment. The common areas have strict rules that limit their ability to be fun spaces meant for resident use.

Overall, I enjoy living in the community. I like the location and the amenities. My main concerns are with some structural issues of the building. The walls are incredibly thin, and noise travels easily. I live next to the gym, and hear people slamming their weights and slamming the side doors all day long. There is also very poor airflow in my unit, with a 10+ degree difference in parts of the unit (which is only a studio!). Overall, it's a little too pricey for the square footage and structural issues.

Good apartment for the price. The gym is passable (think on the better end of hotel gyms) and the other amenities/common spaces are nice and easily accessible by residents. The front desk is extremely helpful for resolving small issues and maintenance is responsive to small issues that happen in your apartment
