Friendly staff, clean amenities, great community for young professionals and young family's. Location can't be beat, fun bars, restaurants and shopping within a 15 minutes walk if not closer! It's really ideal.

The Meridian is a decent place to live in the Courthouse neighborhood. There are some neighbor issues but I don't think that's indicative of the livability of this community. The maintenance staff is incredible - very timely & respectful. The concierge staff is also great & personable. The leasing staff is okay - I recommend reading the details of your lease, as you would at any other complex. Sometimes I've had to fact check them. Also if you're from out of state I've experienced this building staff sharing your car details to Arlington county for registration purposes - a little frustrating especially if you're unaware of the law. I interact with the leasing staff maybe twice a year so I wouldn't say they're a reason to NOT move here. Overall, it's a good place to live - spacious, well maintained & not absurdly priced.

In my experience so far while living at the meridian at courthouse commons, the community is pretty active and welcoming. There are a host of events and planned activities that keep the residents engaged and involved with the possibility of a social life and fun interactions.

A nice community with events happening regularly. Maintenance is quick and efficient and the building is clean. There is no noise and the staff is courteous. Great area with theatre, restaurants and metro nearby.

It was very nice, it was just out of my price range and the apartment I was looking at was studio. I found a one bedroom elsewhere in my budget. The amenities were very nice though and I did consider the apartment for a while.

I am new to the complex but love it so far! The amenities are great and the maintenance staff is quick to respond. I like the Cobu and Butterfly apps which help keep in touch with the community and allow easy access for guests.

Moving in less than a month ago now and having had 3 flooding issues was not what I had hoped for in a new apartment. It was easy to file a maintenance request and thankfully they responded in a timely manner, however, it took 2 times to fix the issue which in turn left some belongings ruined.

Generally pretty good. Members of the community are not particularly friendly (I tend to get ignored when I say hello to people in the hallways and elevators), but I haven't had any serious issues with the unit or management. Notably, maintenance is very quick and effective when I make requests.

Good community and good staff. No problems so far. Close to Courthouse metro. Decent neighbors and community events offered. Parking can be hard with some of the smaller spaces and sometimes hard to find a spot late at night.

Maintenance is the best. They are super communicative with updates and work quickly and efficiently upon arrival. I'm impressed by the space and plethora of natural light in the apartment. I can hear neighbors in the hallway but never in my apartment.

The location is good and rent was reasonable when we started the lease; time will tell if it stays that way. We were blindsided by extremely loud exterior renovations that took up the majority of the duration of our lease. Made it incredibly hard to work from home. That's information that should have been disclosed before we signed. There were also interior hallway renovations, albeit shorter, that were also incredibly loud and done on short notice. The renovations upgraded the look inside from an old, dark, boring look to a new, dark, boring look. I.e. they were unnecessary. The building offers nice amenities, but the fitness room is a major weak point. Equipment is limited so you may have long wait times. And some equipment is old, worn, or broken.

Location is great, apartments are decent, maintenance is quick. There has been so much renovation going for the last 2 years, the noise is unbearable at times, not pleasant for working from home or studying. The rent has been increasing by 10 percent each year. Community events are nice.

Lovely community feeling is fostered by the events the apartment complex hosts. Many dogs in the surrounding area with dog parks within reasonable distance. Issues do pop up, but the apartment makes the effort to address these.
