Seems like a nice apartment complex. I just moved in and have no complaints thus far. It's located in a great area being a short walk anywhere you want to go in Arlington while being real close to the highway.

It was a nice apartment with availability in a good area. We like it a lot so far but it is not really deeper than that. We are grateful it was brought up when we did all our filters to find our perfect apartment

It's a beautiful property in an excellent location. The apartments are nice, the maintenance staff is prompt and friendly, and the amenities are solid, though the rules surrounding use of the pool are a little odd.

The Community was very open and with the frequency of events allows you to meet new people at every event. The events themselves happen very often, occurring over several times a month. The events are all different and have thought put into them.

The meridian has been a lovely place to live. The apartments look new and the kitchens are very nicely finished. I also love the community events that the building puts on for holidays, etc. I also enjoy the courtyard, where residents can grill and swim in the summer.

It's a nice home with a nice courtyard and good appliances in each home. There are also community events and the staff with helpful and curious. There are some dogs that bark, and there are people who talk late at night in the courtyard, but even with these issues it is pretty quiet.

The Meridian staff are always very prompt and helpful. I could not be happier with the building and accommodations. There is a convenience store in the building which comes in handy for last minute supply runs

We love our apartment which is a 1 bedroom with a balcony and sunroom. All our requests are addressed in a timely manner. The front desk staff and maintenance staff are great and responsive. The community is cleaned everyday and there are a lot of activities for residents. So far our neighbors have been great.

The building is very ok. I love My unit. I do feel like it's a little pricey for the building not being a luxury building and the staff being very mediocre. They messed up our lease multiple times, didn't give a free month when we were supposed to. And Hayley is the leasing office was just very rude throughout the process. Other than that everything has been fine.

I've felt safe and enjoyed living here for the couple years I've been here. Neighbors have been friendly and the location is close enough to grocery stores, metro, and walking trails. I'd recommend the apartment to friends.

Good apartment overall. My #1 favorite part is that the maintenance staff is incredibly fast, handling everything with more urgency than is typical for a complex this size. I also love the free yoga classes. And rooms are quiet, no matter what your neighbors are doing, which is nice.

I feel completely comfortable here and everything is explained well in the welcome packets. It's clean, safe and a lot of places are with in walking distance. The courtyard is super convenient for l grilling!

Great! Good amenities for a valuable price. Wish the 2 bedrooms were a little cheaper, but that is more of a Washington, DC problem than this specific building's problem. Pool hours/dates should be extended though.

Amenities are great and recently renovated. The apartments can be spacious and are comparable to nearby apartments. The apartments are a little dated (popcorn ceiling) and I wish it had a tiny bit more storage.

Overall good experience, except for the fact that I have been a tenant for almost 3 years, had a late payment (6th day) that was waived during the first few months of my lease in 2021 and have been on time for 2 years now and am in a new lease cycle. I again in my 3rd year missed a payment last month and when I called the office to see if they would waive it, they refused because they only give one waive no matter how long you have been a tenant for and even if its under a different lease. Definitely puts a sour taste in your mouth for someone who has lived here for 3 years.

Meridian at courthouse commons is an amazing community! Creative resident events, safe, clean, great AC, large one bedrooms with sunroom & balcony, and very close to everything you need. Adequate parking available always in the garage but also have flexibility of attending DC events by metro.

The apartment seemed nice and in a good location but the gym seemed like it could be too small and the hours too limited for my girlfriend and myself. We liked that that all the one bedrooms had extra space with the sunrooms

AMazing community. The entire rental team to the maintenance team are outstanding. The property has outstanding facilities, from the pool, to the racketball courts, to the open courtyard and the gym. A highly recommended property to rent at.

Avoid at all costs
The building is old and unsanitary and the property management is horrible. We discovered we had cockroaches living under our dishwasher and wanted to move out of the apartment asap. The property management refused to let us terminate our lease ONE MONTH EARLY. Really horrible experience and hope this review helps someone else avoid what we went through living at the Meridian Courthouse Commons.

I like it so far! I have only been here less than a week so I don't really have much experience to share. When we had a maintenance issue it was resolved right away which was great. When we arrived the staff was helpful and the apartment itself was very clean. I have very high hopes for this next year!

Having maintenance workers fix my problems in a timely manner is great. One less thing for me to worry about. The amenities are and location are great as well. And having someone to receive packages is super helpful.

A hidden gem the Courthouse Meridian is perfectly positioned and walking distance from everything you need. Units are spacious and nice, great community spaces as well. Cons are very limited guest parking, bathtub and shower features are also pretty dated.
