pretty good amenities, friendly staff, good location, and definitely appreciate the convenience store/dry cleaner in the opposite Meridian building. wish the new courtyard was dog friendly though since the complex overall is, and I have a dog, but can't have her in the main outdoor space

Rude leasing staff, horrible layouts, constant maintenance issues. No real issues with neighbors, and maintenance and front desk staff is nice when it comes to picking up packages. It's really just the leasing consultants that made our move-in experience unpleasant. I have hated every minute of living here.

The apartments are better than the normal one bedroom with the sunroom addition - however, the sunrooms are not insulated and the walls are very thin. You can hear everything. Overall, the community is worth a slightly above average price.

The Meridien at Courthouse is a great apartment community. Pet-friendly and perfectly located close to fantastic restaurants, gyms, and the Metro. Highly recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to live/work in the Arlington/Roslyn area

Great building and cleanliness. I love this place! It's kid and pet friendly and has excellent amenities! Close to the city and tons of outdoor space! I can walk to the bars, restaurants, and groceries with ease!

The "community" as it's called has nice amenities and perks, the package service is great, and people are generally friendly. The apartments themselves (I've lived in two) are fine. The maintenance team is also good. Just pray you don't have a more complex issue because the management office is unhelpful, unfriendly, and does not care about you unless you are signing a lease.

I love this building. Maintenance is really fast, easy to pick up packages, I love my apartment. Rent increases after your lease is over, though. I wish there was the option to extend at the same price.

Beautiful community with great amenities in a wonderful location. Walls are thin and you can hear a lot between apartments and throughout your own. Leasing office can be annoying to deal with and unclear with what they need and when so just ask a lot of questions.

Less cabinet space than the average DC apartment, but if you have your own organizers the price is unbeatable for what you're getting. The apartment looks like a home, the community is clean, and the staff are prompt and attentive in their communication.

Apartments are newly renovated and finished very well. There are a lot of amenities and they don't get too crowded. The yoga studio and classes included are a highlight. People who live in the apartments are very nice and the buildings he residents are very pet friendly.

So far so good. The lightbulbs in our bathroom were all out and there was food left in the kitchen cabinet that was sort of gross. We were supposed to pick up keys at 9:00am (as discussed and agreed upon with the leasing office) and they were 20 minutes late.

It's a very safe community with a great community. However, the walls are paper thin so you may get to know them a little too well. I could hear a pin drop down the hall. That's only a minor exaggeration. Other than that, nice staff and great neighborhood.

Good value, decently modern. Quick maintenance response. Amenities are a little outdated, but there are all the basics. They have community events that are free. Parking garage is probably the worst part of the apartment. Sunroom is the best part of the apartment.

Great community with great staff. We've had no issues living here other than routine maintenance that comes with living in an apartment. We were referred here by a friend (current resident) and would highly recommend The Meridian to any friend looking for an apartment in Arlington!

The apartment is well laid out and has modern finishings. Building staff responds quickly to questions, issues and are welcoming and friendly. Building and grounds are well maintained. Also residents have access to beautiful entertaining spaces.

So far my experience has been great. This is because of helpful front desk associates and management team, as well as a clean and well maintained building. People are nice and well mannered and adhere to social distancing, which I also appreciate.

Responsive leasing office, maintenance staff, and front desk. The apartment building is clean and well kept, including the outdoor areas. There are a lot of community events throughout each month and weekly yoga classes. Any problems are quickly resolved. Overall a good place to live.

I really enjoy living in the Meridian! The amenities are exactly what I want, and the apartments are spacious and updated. The sunrooms, particularly, are a major factor in my choice to live here? they add space, sunshine, and a wow factor!

Great community and friendliness among residents. Front desk staff is always nice and helpful, leasing office as well. The common areas are kept clean although they could use updating. Packages are never an issue but there do seem to be a lot more than the front desk is able to handle (always piled up from multiple mail drops per day). Very dog friendly although there's not a fenced in dog area unfortunately.

Excellent neighborhood! Grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, metro station, bus station so near. The building is very quiet, and with excellent location. In some appartments the view is amaizin! try it!

Management at the apartment can be hit or miss, as we have had helpful workers there. However a number of the policies do not make sense. Additionally there is constant flooding on the 5th floor; there seems to be no effort from the owners or management to solve this issue, despite the constant inconvenience that it leaves for those living on the floor. Additionally there can be flooding in certain apartments due to this problem that they do not have a solution for remotely.

Maintenance has always been prompt, very polite and incredibly helpful! Even the emergency after-hours line has had a great attitude when they helped us at 2 in the morning. We appreciate everything they do for us.

It's been fine thus far, we are content with our living arrangement. Restaurants, bars, and movie theater are all within a 5 minute walk. The grocery stores are about a 15 minute walk. The community seems to be pretty safe and easy going.

Highly recommend this building! It is one of the more affordable luxury buildings in the area and you get a great apartment, amenities and community for the rent. The building also has monthly events for the residents.

Thus far, I've enjoyed living here. All aspects are great. No complaints. A quiet, well managed, friendly place to live. Yes, it's only been six months but I see no reason why this won't continue. I would highly recommend the Meridian.
