My apartment at Meridian was GORGEOUS! It was just the right size with a full wall of windows and view of many major DC Area sites. I felt completely safe and secure (located right near police headquarters) and appreciated the helpful management and concierge staff. It's easy walking to the metro and almost any business (grocery store, restaurants, drug stores, medical, dental) that I needed was also within easy walking distance. I enjoyed the pool and the convenient weight room. Maintenance was responsive to any issues of which there were few. It was my first time renting in the DCA and Meridian was recommended by a friend. Price might be seem a bit higher than others but for me it was worth it. And did I say I LOVE my apartment?

The apartment is beautiful; I especially love the sunrooms. The area is also fantastic with lots of walkable restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. The leasing office is pretty brusque once they get you to sign the lease, but the front desk staff who you'll likely be interacting with more (for packages, visitors, general questions) is fantastic.

Quality apartment building in a nice area that is quiet but near a lot of things to do. Newly renovated courtyard is beautiful and spacious. Sometimes the appliances in the apartment break down but I think that's to be expected anywhere. Great place to live if you are young!

If you have a pet please do NOT move here!! They are banned from all grounds on the premises and required to be "no more than 2-3 inches" away from you while being walked through the building. Also deposit is $500 and 50$/month for a pet that they will make you feel is not welcome here

The move in experience was great. Really enjoyed working with Lalia and the process was expedited so I could move in within one weekend from touring. The unit was clean and while the hallways/building are a little grungy the overall amenities and room are fine.

This building advertises that it is pet friendly but it is not. Tolerated over a year of construction noise (chainsaws, jackhammering, machinery) just to be told that pets cannot even walk down the sidewalk in the building's courtyard. You will pay this building $500 down and $50 per month just to have your neighbors record and report you & get you booted from the courtyard. The staff will treat you like an adolescent, presumably because so many residents are recent-grads. In most apartment buildings there is some amount of leeway within the rules for special circumstances. There is absolutely no room to breathe here. You parked half an inch over the yellow line in the garage? You are getting towed - no questions asked. You want to bring a single guest to the pool? They have to be on your lease. You want an extra key fob? Forget it. This is all not to mention the way the front desk will scowl at you if you forget your keys and need to be let in the front entrance; does not matter if you've been living in the building for 3+ years. They will not recognize you or remember your name. Great building if you want to sign a short-term lease. If you want to call this place home you should look elsewhere. Can't wait to move out.

Meridian at Courthouse Commons is a really well located community where we have met lovely people and made friends. The facilities are nice but often noise is a problem, particularly from social spaces, especially the courtyard, at night.

Meridian has been so much better than our previous property in the neighborhood! Pricing is better for a much better quality living space. The community events they have are great even during a pandemic they make it fun and engaging.

So far so good. I'm not engaged in the community as I prefer to just do my own thing and am a fairly quite person. I wish the garage clearance was greater as this affected the range of vehicle I recently purchased but this is something that can't be changed

Meridian at Courthouse Commons is a great apartment for young people in the DC area. The proximity to the metro makes it easy to commute into DC or around Northern Virginia. The amenities are also an added plus. Because of the youthful community and the allowance of dogs, it can be a bit loud.

I love this apartment complex. It's quite, always clean, and the staff is friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond and always thorough. My only complaint is the parking - the spaces are so tiny i have scratched two cars on the concrete pillars.

It is very well located, close to the Metro and bus and also very close to restaurants, and stores. It is a very safe area and easy to commute to Washington, DC. The street where it is located is very quiet and living here has been very nice

This community is in a great location. Walking distance to several different grocery stores, restaurants, parks. Also very close to DC and the Courthouse metro. Located on a dead end so I feel very safe.

The building is nice, the apartment is well designed, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The noise levels are unbelievable though. The constant construction outside and the noise from other apartments makes it very difficult to live here, especially for how expensive it is.

Overall a fair price for a great location. Management is lousy and they have a ridiculous salary expectation for renters or you have to sign with a guarantor. Seems like the units are built cheap so take that how you will. The Maintenance crew has always been very responsive and helpful though. The rooftop offers a nice view and the proximity to the metro is a great plus. Renters are mostly students and young professionals so weekend and summer nights can get noisy, and the walls between units are thin.

Convenient building in a great neighborhood, with generally responsive staff. Building population trends young (majority of residents are under 30), so there's occasional noise in the halls. Building management doesn't communicate well about maintenance on nearby apartments causing noise or disruption, which is a pain in the --- during work-from-home.

The amenities in this community are really what caused me to sign the lease. The big three include the gated parking garage, the sun rooms (which make for great home offices in these work-from-home periods), and the fact that there is no weight limit for pets. My big dog loves it here. The staff is particularly friendly, and maintenance is quick and responsive to any issues I have.

This apartment feels very luxurious, the units are incredibly well-maintained and kept up to date. The location is absolutely phenomenal, it honestly is one of the safest areas in Arlington. Great Metro access as well.
