Things seem to break fairly often but maintenance is very fast and fixes things correctly the first time. The people who work at the front desk are nice and generally helpful. The area is quiet. Would be nice if they kept people off the outside areas who obviously do not live here.

So far it has been pretty good. The leasing process was simple and the staff was helpful. My only complaint would be that there is no designated are for dogs with in the complex. Aside from that the place is good for what DC metro area.

Our experience has been great, we love the location. Our neighbors are quiet and respectful, the front desk provides amazing service even helping us look around the property when our cat went missing. Maintenance requests have been taken care of with quick turnaround time. My only complaint is that they really need to redraw the lines in the parking garage, they are completely out of whack (posts in the middle of defined spots wasting space elsewhere) and because of this people disregard a lot of parking rules and it's a bit of a mess

Very convenient location, close to the metro but not on a main street so it's not loud. Staff is kind and helpful. Apartments are pretty updated (stainless steel appliances, granite countertops & hardwood floors in the living room area). However, walls are thin so if you have noisy neighbors it can be frustrating. Amenities are good, but pool gets very crowded & doesn't get much afternoon light.

Management does not represent tenants and very rude once you become a tenant. Poor messaging to tenants. Difficult to get mail and deliveries. They are not trustworthy. This company removed multiple residents bikes during the winter without residents knowledge. Bikes are in the required location and all bikes are registered with Arlington Police department. In less than 4 months my locks were cut and my bike was donated without notification. Most current residents will not even know until they go to ride their bike this summer and find out it is gone. Company also refused to inform residents where they donated these bikes.

Young community and great location close to the Courthouse metro stop. Very affordable given the location. Maintenance requests were completely promptly and the recently renovated rooms are a huge plus.

OK. Carpet is dirty. Air is stale inside and the gym is dirty. We mainly think the building is dated for the price. We would rather look around for something newer and with better aminities. Main complaint is the dirty air and carpets

I had my car towed this morning. The leasing office and the towing company claimed that I did not have my sticker visible which turned out to be false. When I left my car in the evening, I made sure that the sticker was visible. It was also visible on pictures that they took. It is not clearly readable on pictures that are taken far away, but it is perfectly readable when you look from the outside of the car. I'm disappointed by the whole situation and how the leasing office handled it. When I was picking up the sticker, I was told to make it visible, which I did. I was not told that I'm obliged to stick it to the window. Now the leasing office claims that it is written in their rules that I have to do stick it to the window and that they could have given me something to stick the sticker without sticking it to the window if I asked. It is not clear why I was not offered this when I was paying for the parking and why I was not told how I should display it. I'm very disappointed by the entire situation: wasted 2 hours of my time (and wages) arguing with the leasing office and the towing company, 20$ for Uber, and had to pay 100$ of towing fees (the towing company offered a discount 50% which is also strange). Even though I feel robbed, of course, at the end of the day it's not about money, but about the experience, which was very unpleasant. I would expect better communication from the leasing office and a better treatment given that I pay ~$2000 of rent.

All around a good experience in an excellent location of Arlington. All members of the team were very responsive and maintenance usually fixed things same day. This is a great building and would highly recommend to anyone.

The apartment complex is great. A convenience store in the building, great concierge and maintenance staff. A lot of great doggos around to brighten up your day! I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone.

The Meridian at Courthouse has been a great apartment complex. It is in an ideal location that is walkable and close to public transit. It has great views and you can even see the Washington monument from one of the courtyards. The club rooms offer great views of Arlington and DC. The staff are incredibly helpful and very friendly. The units are spacious compared to other apartment buildings in the area and they are nicely updated.

i have been living at the Meridian Courthouse for 2 years. The ammenitites are definitely run down, but they are making an effort to slowly improve the common spaces. From a monthly rent perspective, this is the best deal in the DMV. Almost all units have a den whcih can serve as a bedroom, or just an extra common space - this is what keeps us at the buidling. There are a ton of dogs in this budiling (which can either be good or bad depending on the person). The front desk staff are etiher really great or really awful, there's no inbetween. Overall, I would reccomend living here.

Great building from what I know so far. I just moved in one week ago so only time will tell. I like that the building hosts server all resident events and the neighborhood is very good. Also, late concierge hours is great.

Could not recommend this place less. On first glance it seems okay, but they nickel and dime you for everything, including a $500 "move in fee." Had various problems with bugs since moving in, despite keeping my place clean. They charge $100/month for parking in a garage with insanely small spots and no cameras or security measures seemingly taken. Came down one morning to find someone hit my car leaving a lot of damage and no note, the security cameras they say they have at the entrance of the garage "happened to be down." The manager in the leasing office was extremely rude when I reached out to inquire if they could help me, saying it's "not their burden." apparently all they care about is getting people to sign a lease, not renew one. When moving in, the hallway was flooded and had loud machines running right outside my door/maintenance work going on for weeks. Various electrical sockets didn't work when I moved in.

Meridian at Courthouse is an amazing living community with a lot to offer. We moved Jan 2018 into a full renovated unit with all new flooring, carpet, counter tops/cabinets and appliances. The shared/public spaces are always clean and the staff is super friendly. We live in a one bedroom on the lobby level and the noise levels are not an issue at all. Another plus is having Amazon Hub and package acceptance at the front desk! Great community, great price!

I appreciate the courteous, professional, and supportive attitude of the leasing office and maintenance staff. The young professional community of people makes the apartment a very exciting and vibrant place to live in.
