I have enjoyed living in this apartment so far. The facilities are great with a pool, gym and great indoor and outdoor common spaces. The staff has always been extremely helpful and efficient. Highly recommend!

I have enjoyed living in the Meridian greatly. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, and it's a great location. The maintenance staff is quick to resolve requests and the front desk handles package pick up well:

Overall high quality living space with responsive staff and maintenance workers. I have felt safe here and overall grateful for amenities such as the gym and racquetball and basketball courts. The coffee on week days is also a huge bonus. I will say, however, the consistent and steep rent hikes on each lease renewal is ridiculous and ensures that my roommate and I will be looking elsewhere for our next living situation.

This is a great place to live with a very convenient location! The sunroom always for a ton of extra space in the apartment and it is all very modern. The noise level is low but still has enough younger people to make it a fun environment to live.

The community as a whole is wonderful, as is the quality of the apartments. However, THOROUGH documentation of any and all blemishes in the apartment is recommended; management is not inclined to believe tenants in disputes over damages.

This apartment is not just a place to live, it's a place to build a community. The staff is extremely nice and efficient. The apartments are very nice and updated to be fairly modern. The price is very well suited for the amenities and the location you get!

Apartment is clean and renovated. Lots of events held. Front desk staff is always welcoming and nice. Elevators are really fast, especially compared to my old apartment. Really makes a difference. We love living here!

The Meridien is a well maintained and very friendly community. I've only filed two or three service requests but all of them have been addressed quickly and effectively. I would say the unit prices are average, though we are getting a great deal on our unit on the lowest level and it is the reason we will continue to stay with the community.

I love this apartment complex and the staf members are very kind and lovely. Clean apartment and super service. I do recommend to other people. And also you do need to go lease office. You can do by the app everything

The building is nice and the area is safe. But it is overly expensive for the location, though the apartments are big. Parking is cheaper than DC but still expensive. The front desk people aren't the friendliest, but it is nice how late they are at the desk.

The spare sunroom in this building is great for extra space and sunlight. It allows you to have an extra bedroom or office etc. the door to the apartment itself is not good quality and I can hear most things outside to the hallway. I've learned to ignore it but they need to use better quality doors.

The location is excellent and the complex itself is well maintained coupled with friendly front desk staff. The general facilities (gym, lounges, etc.) are good, but given the number of pets in the building, adequate facilities for pets are deficient.

Wonderful front desk staff and maintenance staff. Great value for the price. The amenities are clean and well taken care of. There are also great resident events held often. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

Enjoy the community and residents. Apartment units are nice and clean. Plenty of amenities, including pool, gym, racketball courts, and club room provide everything I need. But the hallways and common areas are DISGUSTING. Carpets are old and look like they've never been cleaned, and hallways are very dimly lit. Elevators look the same way. Frequently people making noise in the courtyard late at night and early in morning. And parking garage has very small spots.

Really enjoy living at the Courthouse Meridian! Maintenance is great, floor plans are generous, and the units are updated. We've had a great experience so far and will likely resign when our lease is due for renewal.

I love living at the meridian! I have made friends here that I will have forever, it is clean, safe and a fun place to live. It is easily accessible to the metro and close to restaurants and bars. I don't plan on moving anytime soon!

I previously lived at the community from 2014 - 2017 and moved out to live in a different area with a roommate. When I was ready for a studio apartment, I found one in this community. I have been so extremely happy here. I am genuinely a happier, healthier person in my current apartment, and I feel extremely comfortable and safe. My parents are also thrilled by the safety of the community. I have nothing but positive things to say about the complex or the office staff, who are also all great to interact with.

So far, the apartment has worked well. Because the building is located on a quiet street, the apartment doesn't get a lot of street noise. I also don't hear neighbors. The building is relatively near to public transit and good shopping, and the amenities are what you'd want for a building at this price point (though I wish the gym were bigger).

Love the M?ridien! Great staff make it feel like home. I use the gym and the squash courts regularly. My unit is really nice and feels so trendy. I hope to stay for another few years! Not planning to move out any time soon.

Clean, nice apartments. Love the rooftops for lounging and seeing the views of the capital and Washington monument and planes coming into National airport. Front desk staff is friendly and maintenance is always fast.

Great apartment with a sunroom. The community is young professionals with a mix of a few families. Currently it is walking distance from my work, which is amazing. Good gym, has a pool, they are active with planning community events. Price is a little high but worth it for those who value the area, proximity to DC, and apartment size

Everyone is really nice and friendly. The move in was seamless and staff helped with setting up the loading dock. I like the events that the building offers throughout each month and it really creates a sense of community.
