The building is nice, but rent in the area is very expensive and I've found the building is unwilling to seriously negotiate on price and continue to say, "there's nothing we can do." Very little flexibilty which is disappointing for loyal tenants.

Very convenient location to the metro, staff is easy to work with, front desk staff are very nice. Majority of people living at the apartment are young so the weekends can be a little noisy, but it's not too bad.

Lived in this apartment complex for 2 years and the experience that I had was purely amazing. Although my apartment did not face the Washington dc skyline we had the pleasure to be able to view many sunsets.

Smooth move in, very clean building and apartment. Large workout facility, nice pool, pretty courtyard. The sunroom is amazing! Great to have the extra space. Parking spaces can be tight and fill up in the early evening

I have had nothing but positive experiences at the Meridian. I was a bit nervous reading other reviews online but took everything with a grain of salt and decided this was the best fit for me. Staff have all been friendly, price is a bit more than I was wanting to pay, but fair. So far noise hasn't been any worse than any other apartment I've lived in. Maintenance has been very prompt, professional, and friendly. We even got a newly renovated unit which was a major perk. As someone who is new to the area, I've been extremely pleased with my unit and experience at the meridian.

Meridian at Courthouse Commons is a good community for young professionals moving into the D.C. area. The complex is a short walk from the Court House meteo station, making transportation into the district quick and easy. The leading staff is friendly and the concierge is very helpful when they are available.

It's been okay I think it could better for the reasons I stated earlier. Like making sure the heat and appliances work properly. For me renewing will come down to what changes are made to my rent if there are any.

Overall it is a good and decent community. I have been living here for three years now, going on the fourth. Initially, there were fewer maintenance issues but as time goes by, there are more. I definitely notice that the speed at which and the quality of maintenance services have worsened. On many cases, maintenance tickets are automatically labeled as "complete" even without the necessary services performed and I had to submit further requests or so to escalate the situation. It does make me think about moving out now.

Overall a very good experience staying at Meridian Courthouse. It is newly renovated, it is a good location, and lots of friendly people live here. There have been a couple issues with bugs, our washer is extremely loud which is "normal", and parking can be a pain.

Good starter community for the price and location, although it does draw a younger crowd that cram 3 people in to 2 bedroom units. Weekends could have some late night parties depending on your floor. Rent does increase every year, although not drastically. Depending on your unit, the views can be outstanding. Gym is small and typically busy. Front desk staff is awesome, as is the maintenance staff. The building has been making an effort to host more social events.

Good location, easy access to services and amenities. Service staff are good to work with and are responsive to request. Significant increase in common area traffic, noise and worn, dirty carpets in common areas due to allowing dogs into apartment. I understand why the change in policy as it provides for a larger potential pool of lessees. That said, it has impacted the apartment dwellers who do not have pets.

When we came to view the community, Lisa was our leasing agent. She was very nice, polite and a pleasure to work with. We just moved in, spent a couple of nights and left again for 2 weeks, but the move in was easy and painless.

It is a pleasant apartment, nothing fancy. The building has mostly young, 20-ish tenants and the noise level is pretty high. The staff has been great. I have had a couple maintenance items handled perfectly. Overall facility very nice.

Staff is very friendly and courteous. Amenities in the community are well maintained. The building is clean and safe. The move in process and rental process were efficient. However, I don't like the fact that the management office provides Arlington County access to the garage to scope out which vehicles have Arlington County sticker and which don't. It is private property and being in cahoots with the county doesn't serve you well.

I never thought I'd be lucky enough to live in a place this nice. It's central to EVERYTHING, the staff is so quick, helpful, and friendly, the pool/gym/monthly events are so amazing, and there's an herb garden right downstairs which makes it so convenient to spruce up dinner! I love that I never have to leave this place with a convenient store on site too. I truly cannot say enough good things about it and I'm so glad I chose to live here! My view is to die for and makes leaving my apartment everyday so hard.

Note: I moved into the apartment in 2018, but that wasn't listed as an option above. The facilities seem nice and the location is great, especially with Courthouse station being so close. I like that the building puts on social events - it's a good way to meet fellow residents.

Good experience. The buildings are well maintained and the apartments are beautiful. I've loved living here, and renewed my lease for a second term. It's expensive, though, and parking spaces can be limited (though I've never not found a spot eventually).

I am still pretty new, buy so far every one seems friendly. I have multiple friends who also live in the same build and from what they have told me, this is a great environment to be, especially for someone as young as me.

The building has been great and the amenities and location are very attractive. With services like free coffee in the lobby, clubhouse, pool, putting green, gym, and being pet friendly, it's a great value. The apartments were recently renovated prior to moving in, and that has been nice to have a clean and "new" feeling apartment.

Safe neighborhood and staff is very helpful. Maintenance comes in a timely manner and front office is competent. I enjoy the monthly community events however, wish there were more. They offer free fitness classes Mon-Thurs. Updated units and the glass enclosed balcony make this apartment complex unique and good bang for your buck per square footage compared to other apartments around the area. Sometimes during the weekends the neighbors can get loud and can seem like a college dorm. There are many young professionals here and less families. Metro is within walking distance and there is also and AMC theater perfect for local date nights. Convenient location and updated appliances. Staff keeps the building clean and no issues with rodents or insects.

Poor heat, hot water. Rude cleaning staff. Property is not smoke free and attracts smokers. Too many people around smoking. Should become smoke free property and stop people from smoking on the property and outside the doors.Incredible lack of hot water.

Great location, great front desk staff and service, okay leasing office. Building makes a big effort to build community with happy hours, etc. A good place to live if you are under the age of 35. Affordable compared to many options in the area.
