I have found it a safe, quiet and very nice place to live. Good amenities and location. We enjoy the pool, racquetball and basketball courts, and I also have been pleased with the response of maintenance when needed. Very satisfied overall, and so is my wife.

I've only lived here for 4 months, buts its been very nice so far. The staff have been very welcoming and the neighbors are really nice to us in the hallways and common areas. We do participate in the community activities.

The apartments are affordable, especially when compared to the apartments in the close vicinity. They are also spacious clean and comfortable. Having said that, the concierge and the office staff are extremely uncomfortable to deal with. If you could live without interacting with them. GREAT PLACE

The staff has been a wonderful help with showing us the apartment building and all the amenities. The move-in process was easy and everyone was very welcoming. The building and all the equipment and appliances are up to date so I feel like I never have to worry about anything. I can see myself living here for a long time.

It was easy to use however the user interface could be improved. I enjoy the place where I live however there are not many stores and restaurants nearby. Most of them are in Clarendon which is not too far of a walk but when it is cold it is not desirable to travel far.

I love the building and the area. The staff is so nice and helpful. The clubroom has amazing views of DC. I feel very comfortable in this apartment. The nearby coffee shops, shopping and groceries stores are the best. I would just need the clubroom to be open 24/7, or at least until midnight every day to make it perfect (I like to go there to work/study).

It's conveniently located near the metro and close enough to D.C. To not feel secluded. Amenities are nice and the apartment unit I live in has been renovated with nice hardwood floors in the living room and granite tops in the kitchen. For the price, the apartment has everything I need.

Front Desk staff should be reminded that customer service is part of their jobs - they should be friendly and helpful. Suggest improving communication via email to remind residents of issues, etc. Overall, I'm happy with my apartment and the community. I find that the Meridian is a great value for the money.

Great location, great building, great amenities, I am always receiving compliments from my guests. I would definitely recommend this building to anyone looking for an apartment in this price range. Possibly one of the best views of the city.

A great experience so far. I moved into a very modern, clean studio apartment. The storage space in the apartment is fantastic. The staff are very helpful and the facilities and upkeep of the building is great. Its location on a quiet-ish street adds to its appeal.

Pretty good value for the quality and amenities. The building really strives to connect residents with subsidized yoga classes, sponsored events, etc., and the maintenance and office staff are really responsive and friendly. I've really enjoyed living in this community, and would recommend it to others.

I was new to the Arlington area and wanted to find an apartment that was close to my favorite shops and restaurants. Meridian at Courthouse Commons is a 5 minute walking distance from the metro, and perfectly situated within walking distance to Clarendon and Rosslyn, with easy access to DC. Though it's an older building, they have gone through meticulous upgrades to make sure the finishings and appliances are up to date. It makes me feel like we're in a newer apartment building. To save money, Nest is an appliance used to cool and heat the apartments which can be controlled via an app which is a great feature.

The apartment building is nice, convenient and reasonably priced. The leasing staff are friendly but can be slow in communicating back to you. The front desk services are nice and convenient with the exception of one front desk employee who can have a bit of an attitude, which I guess is expected from most buildings.

I have enjoyed living here so much over the past year that I recently signed a new lease for a 13 month term. Overall the community is great, especially as a young adult, as most of my neighbors are close to me in age and we have lots in common. The pool, courtyard, and fitness center are great perks as well!

I have had a great experience at The Meridian at court house commons. The staff has been helpful, and the apartments are beautiful. The apartments are close to plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities. The metro stop is extremely convenient.

Living here has been a great transition from college. Great community, a ton of amenities, very helpful staff, and a wonderful area. I would highly recommend the Meridian to anyone moving to DC for the first time, or people who grew up in the DMV

I've been here 2 weeks. I was a bit concerned after reading some Yelp reviews, but my experience here has been positive so far. People complained about the parking, but it's pretty standard for the area - both in terms of cost and space. I drive a large SUV and haven't had trouble finding parking. Some people complained about the staff, but they have been exceedingly friendly and responsive to questions and maintenance. I've had a wonderful experience with the leasing staff and concierge. The gym is smaller, but I have been able to find space every time I've been. It is a pretty young crowd, and can get a bit loud on weekends depending on where you live, but like some people have said, that's what happens when you live in an apartment with sunrooms that people turn into bedrooms! The view from the clubroom is great, the rooms are very nice, the courtyard is nice, and there is a rooftop deck on Phase II which I am excited to try out. I would recommend the property.

I just moved in last month and by far everything is pretty good. I really enjoy the amenities here and the apartment itself. The only thing that I would complain is that the terrace is a little bit noise at weekends. The window seems not that sealed. But that's within acceptable limits.

Good layout and styling. The location is really fantastic. Close to downtown DC and walking distance to both Clarendon and Georgetown. Large apartments with great amenities. I would recommend this complex to a friend. Also now pet friendly.

We love the community so far; the staff has been excellent, our apartment was extremely clean (and newly renovated!) upon our move in, they were kind about our pets move-in, and the leasing staff was particularly helpful. Would recommend this community to everyone I know!

-Concierge: Better off with no one at the desk- rude, never AT the desk, not helpful -Parking: overpriced despite the building taking more and more spots away ($10 for guest/night). If you're a student or a guest that spends more than 1 night in a month there, you may be hounded by Arlington tax collectors (happened to my friend from PA) -Sunroom not A/C nor heat (Godspeed to whichever roommate gets that room) -Roof is never open despite what they claim hours to be (consistently locked all day almost every day). -Maintenance never fixed any of the issues we reported -Deposit was needed solely for "financial security" since we were young; not for damage. More than half of what was taken was due to damage that didn't even exist (took pics before moving) -Oh, you need to call anyone who works for the meridian that isn't a robot (even during business hours)? You'll be waiting for days so might as well go in person, because people at the meridian don't do phones. Buyer beware.

I lived in this building for two years in the past and now that I'm back to DC it was my obvious choice to move back in. High quality and standards, renewed units, friendly staff and great amenities. I would recommend it to anyone who works in DC but want to live in a more quiet and friendlier area.

I've only lived here for less than a week, but the building is beautiful and the amenities (in unit washer/dyer, gym, pool, club rooms) are great. The hallways seem to be messy (it looks like someone hasn't vacuumed mine in weeks) and it would be helpful if there was a concierge at the front desk in the morning on weekdays in case residents need assistance before going to work. I can also hear when people are outside of my room talking (it's really loud) which is not ideal.

Sometimes there are too many loud (drunk) kids in the hallways. That's beyond your guys' control though. Everything is really convenient; I just wish that guest parking was free and that there were a few more community events. Also the discount card doesn't really work anywhere (like A-Town bar & grill ) which are listed but not accepted by the retailer/restaurant.

Don't do it. Management is unresponsive, rude, and difficult. They often take < 3 days to respond to emails/phone calls and aren't helpful when they do. Also it's right next to a homeless shelter..
