Been ok. Management is alright. I like that everyone has dogs that they walk around. Had some bug problems. Got resolved okay. I'm just trying to reach the 200 character minimum at this point which is a very silly requirement holy cow. Oh well.

The overall apartment is very nice; however, the leasing process is very inefficient, and I had a poor experience working with the leasing agent. With the amount of money you are paying, there should be a higher standard level of service. Finally, the parking rules seem a bit draconian.

The office staff needs to be more responsive and less incompetent. The fixtures in the building could be made more modern. I wish there was a rooftop pool. Concierge and maintenance staff are pretty responsive overall. The location and neighborhood are excellent.

I have not yet been at this apartment for long enough. However, the ratings of the community are very positive and I have friends in the area who have suggested it to me. Based on my limited experience, it is a great place to live and very safe...

It was alright but I feel like I over paid for parking when most places charge $70-90 per parking spot per month. Staff was very good at responding to request but somethings within the lease agreement were not covered. Hire proficient people.

I love living at the Meridian! The gardens are beautiful, there is a wonderful outdoors area and everyone is so helpful. Love the people who sit at the front desks- they are always very helpful and friendly! Also metro accessibility is awesome.

The apartment complex is well maintained and the apartments are a good value for the cost. The location is wonderful and close enough to the city that it's easy to go out. The apartment itself is spacious enough and has been upgraded recently.

Rent compared to other area apartments is pretty good, but still expensive when living alone. Location is good for Metro access and restaurants, but not great for convenience or grocery store. Grounds are well kept. Younger crowd can get a bit loud on weekends, but nothing terrible. The pool is incredibly lacking. It's small and always packed on weekends. Will also have to pay for guests. Really? We're already paying top dollar for rent/amenities and you're pinching more pennies (or $5/guest w/ minimum purchase of 5 passes) out of us? Parking is whatever. $100/month is a bit much, but not terrible for the area. Maintenance is quite responsive, which is nice when the AC goes out in the summer. Office staff didn't seem concerned about providing an overview of the property. Pushed the paperwork and then said "welcome and good luck." If you're paying the money to live in the area, make use of all amenities offered. Gym. Rooftop deck. Party room. Basketball court. Get your money's worth.

So far I have had a very good experience at the Meridian Courthouse Commons. Staff were helpful in getting me into a great apartment. The amenities in the building are great, especially the 14th floor clubroom, excellent for studying. The pool, gym, basketball courts are all convenient. There is one person who works the front desk (lady, unknown name who works evenings) who seems to always have a sour look on her face and not often friendly. May want to have a chat with her about that!

This apartment complex has been great to live in. It's located in a convenient location and the prices are affordable. Almost everyone turns the sunroom into another bedroom. There are also a lot of amenities such as a pool, gym, basketball court, and racquetball court.

I moved in a week ago, and so far I love it here! Everything is brand new and the place is perfect and clean. I love the location and how it is near the metro which makes my commute to work extremely convenient. I am now walking distance from so many restaurants too!

Apartment had serious maintenance issues upon my move-in. I was not offered a walk through of apartment prior to move-in to check for any issues, instead I was just handed the keys. When I began moving into the apartment I started discovering a number of significant issues.(Unclean, no hot water in shower, electric issues, bugs). I contacted management and still have not received a response.

So far, this community has been wonderful. My unit was brand new and clean, staff has been helpful and friendly, and the amenities are wonderful. I chose this apartment community because of the value I received and the attentiveness of the staff during my decision-making process. They were always happy to show me different floorplans, and they had the most up-to-date information on pricing. Very happy!

the leasing office has been unprofessional in the way that they handle customer service and commitment to residents. They allowed my car to be towed for 2 weeks without even letting me know that this has occurred. Completely did not take responsibility of making me aware and said "they receive 100s of emails a day" as an excuse to why in our email correspondence this was not mentioned. This to me says that they are not an advocate to the residents and makes me 1. question renewing my lease, 2. unlikely to recommend to a friend. one of the biggest value drivers of choosing a complex such as the meridian over an individual lease is to have an office that can handle things such as this situation and they completely have failed to do so. I am hoping to see how this can be resolved but think that customer service needs to be improved.

The tenants are kinda young and get sorta loud on the weekend, but never anything excessive. Rooms have marble countertops and stainless steel appliances if you care about that for some reason. Grounds are nice, putt putt in the plaza along with 4 BBQ grills with propane refilled by the building daily. Close to the metro, Golds gym, ~10 minutes walking from Whole Foods and Claredon.

Great community where the ground of the apartments are well maintained, with plenty of access to amenities. The front desk, leasing office and other associates who work in the apartment complex are all very friendly and always able to help

Great so far.The maintenance staff is fantastic and very responsive. My unit was just renovated before we moved in, so the apartment was a great deal for us. Guests are very impressed with both the quality and affordability of the unit. Thumps up!

The leasing agents were less than helpful and unfriendly. It was an extreme headache to get accurate information when we were inquiring about our lease. After we were residents though, the issues did not continue. Maintenance is timely and our requests are always handled the next day. The concierges are friendly and helpful as well.

It's a great community. It's clean, the staff is very helpful, and it is safe. The metro is just a block away and has easy access to the interstates. The features are up to date. There is a basketball court that all residents have access to and honestly that was a major selling point. All and all a great place to live, couldn't be happier

The apartment and community is nice, concierges are very friendly and helpful. Leading staff can be very rude and unprofessional and not helpful often times. Not sure it's worth the price you pay to live here unless you are offered a special which occasionally happens based on time of year.

I moved into a newly renovated apartment at the Meridian last year and it is really beautiful. Plenty of closet space and a great modern kitchen. It is also less than 2 blocks to the metro, a 25 min walk to DC, 10 min walk to Clarendon. But, as one would expect for this location, it is not cheap. Still, its a good options for people with roommates with the dens ( which are generally pretty spacious). The community(from what I can tell) is mostly made up of young professionals between 22 to 30. On the weekends, like most places in Arlington, there are always lots of people going out but I've only had one incident of noise problems. Overall, great location, pretty and spacious apartments, expect steep rents ( but thats the price of Arlington living. )

My experience with this apartment complex was great from the moment I walked through the front doors. The staff were both attentive and friendly. The community and atmosphere of this complex is warm and I would highly recommend it to a friend.

Thanks! I really enjoyed being a part of this community. I hope that others are able to enjoy living at the Meridian at Courthouse Commons as much as I did.INTERESTING THAT WE ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER 200 CHARACTERS IN ORDER TO FINISH THIS SURVEY. SEEMS MANIPULATIVE. WHY CAN'T YOU BE SATISFIED WITH MY SHORTER ANSWERS?

It's more expensive than I'd like but it's clean and professionally run. Maintenance is quick and gets stuff done, the staff is easy to work with, and it's close to both the metro and the best bagel shop in the area. The only complaints I've heard are things like "sometimes you can hear people talking loud at night if they walk down the hall." But such is big buildings.

I love living in the Meridian. It's supremely affordable. After hearing all of the nightmarish experiences of friends in the DC area, my roommate and I are grateful about where we live. Our apartment is wonderful, our neighbors courteous, and any maintenance request is answered in no time.
