Lizzie was great to work with in finding our perfect apartment! She really understood our needs and ensured they would all be met. I just wish this property allowed dogs, it would be the perfect place to live. The location is great, an d its awesome to walk to work daily.

Staff is always very helpful and efficient. I have never had to wait for a response. The building is in a great location and in a very safe environment. The first few months have gone smoothly with no complaints whatsoever. The young atmosphere was also something that I was excited about.

I have enjoyed living in the Meridian at Courthouse Commons since November. The location is fantastic and I have easy access to lots of things in this neighborhood. I have loved getting to use the rooftop the past few days since it's been so beautiful outside. I am looking forward to the pool opening as well.

The apartments themselves are fine and probably the best deal in the area for their size, but every single time we've interacted with the office staff or building management we've been extremely dissatisfied. We would not recommend this.

I really enjoy the Meridian at Courthouse! The staff is extremely pleasant and the amenities are wonderful. It's a little pricey, but worth the location. I share a 1 bedroom/1 den with a roommate and it's perfect for 2 working professionals.

The community is very young. In the past, there were lots of issues with noise, parties, and beer cans/bottles in the common areas on weekends. It's gotten better, but still too noisy. I also think there are *much* better deals to be had in terms of rent and utilities in the neighborhood. The key is to rent a condo, not an apartment.

I have been very happy living at The Meridian. The apartments are spacious and well-appointed for the most part, although the plumbing is not the most reliable. The staff at The Meridian is always friendly, courteous and very helpful, which is the main reason that I have been living here for nearly 10 years!

So, I have a different point of view than a lot of apartment seekers in that I am looking for handicap accessibility. On the whole, the experience has been great. The amenities are accessible, the staff are responsive and nice, and the apartments are great. Handicap access works for me here. Only the front doors on the Phase I building have access buttons BUT the other doors are not so hard to get through. All the doors in the apartment are wide enough and I can even turn my chair around in the smallest bathroom they have available. The kitchen is not amazing for access, but I would still take a look if interested. Additionally, they will swap out front loading washers and dryers that are usable. If you are interested and move in, please remember to ask staff for the key to the lift going to the roof. The view is amazing and I sincerely recommend you check it out!

I've had an excellent experience so far at the Meridian. Overall a great place to live at! The staff are very proactive in helping resolve potential issues. The environment is a great place to live for young professionals here in the DC/NOVA area.

I really like living in the Meridian. The apartments are clean, spacious, and mine has a lot of light with a balcony. The sun rooms are great for adding another roommate to cut costs. The maintenance staff and front desk are always very helpful. Free coffee in the weekday mornings, great pool, courtyard, community garden, 24/7 gym, and other perks! The leasing office is my least favorite part of living here, but I usually don't have to interact with them very often.

Having just moved into the community, I have little to say about our new home. The move in process (moving day with uhaul), was not ideal. Staff could have been now accommodating and helpful. The apartment itself is beautiful with brand new renovations - it's feels very clean with new fixtures and appliances.

The apartment building is very nice but the apartments can use some updates such as thicker windows during the winter time to not let cold air through the apartment. There are also no grocery stores very close, but otherwise the apartment is great.

I've only lived here for a little more than a month, but its really nice so far. There are plenty of young professionals and the staff is nice and helpful. The room itself was completely re-done before we moved-in and looked as if it were brand new. The ability to convert the sun room into a third bedroom is also a great attribute.

Not the best experience. Leasing staff is often unprofessional and company policies are absurd. Building is mostly younger people, so the entire leasing office thinks it's ok to be disrespectful to all residents. I would not recommend this building

I selected this location based on how near it is to my office and various bars and restaurants. Moving in was a smooth process and the office staff was extremely helpful and professional. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to live near the District but remain in Virginia.

For the most part, I have really enjoyed living at the Meridian. The access to the metro is ideal and its in a great location to get into the city. I live in the sunroom so it gets really cold or really warm sometimes but otherwise I don't mind. Maintenance is pretty quick when you need it. Sometimes we hear our neighbors but not much

It's basically a college dorm for the recently graduated. The location is great, the facilities are good, the neighbors are annoying. The neighborhood is expensive, but includes a number of good bars and restaurants, while being a reasonable distance (for better and worse) from the nightlife area of Clarendon.

So far so good! I have only been a resident for about 3 weeks now but I am enjoying my time there so far. I would have liked the leasing office to explain my lease in more detail at the beginning since I did a lease transfer and was not familiar with a lot of the policies.

We chose to move into this apartment building because of the various amenities offered as well as close proximity to DC and public transportation. We enjoy the convenience store, laundry service, fast elevators, and coffee during weekdays.

It has been a good experience so far with the community. All the neighbors are very nice and the workers seem to care about those that are moving in. The extra charges for move in fees such as the $400 are tough to also fathom. They could explain that a little better when you're searching for your apartment.

I recently moved in to the Meridian at Courthouse Commons and so far I am really enjoying it. The location is great, and it has all the amenities I need (pool, gym, parking, washer/dryer). My only complaint is that the hallways are a little noisy on the weekends.

I love this apartment complex. I haven't lived in an apartment for 20 years but this is truly a lovely experience. This is definitely the place for you if you need convenience and amenitites. There are a lot of young people living in the building. I do not recommend this setting for families with children.

I just moved here, so I don't have a ton of opinions. I do like it so far, however. That's all I have to say about the subject matter that you asked me to write about in this box and now I will finish this sentence by saying goodbye and have a good day.

Nice apartment, full of young people. Location is very convenient as you are very close to a bunch of stores, a metro station and Washington DC. Amenities are also great, and the maintenance staff is very helpful when anwering to requests. All around a good place to live
