The leasing staff has been amazing and very accommodating with the different schedules of my roommates and myself. They have gone above and beyond to answer our questions and show us around. They had excellent recommendations for placement of furniture and were by far the nicest and most professional of all the leasing agents I have encountered.

I like the overall community but I have had bad experiences with both the office and the front desk staff. Losing copies of mail keys, emailing the wrong person to pick up packages. This creates a lack of trust. Plus our dishwasher has broken 3 times.

The experience has been good. Most of the staff have been nice, but sometimes the concierge can be rude and unreliable. It is not the way that I like to be treated, especially when they cannot keep track of the packages, This is by far my biggest complaint.

The apartment building is nice and clean. Front desk is very friendly. All the maintenance request is taken care of fairly quickly. Its a close transit to metro station courthouse. Beautiful yard and nice swimming pool. Overall, I am happy to find an apartment like that.

My experience in my more than 2 months here has been very good. The renovated apartments are well done, the building grounds and landscaping are beautiful and well maintained, and the staff is very helpful and attentive. They do a great job. And of course the location can't be beat. The only negative to report is the apartments can be a little noisy -- voices from the hallways and slamming of doors can be easily heard, and neighbors can be loud.

I have been living here for a year and a half and things have gone smoothly ever since. It has all the conveniences you need and the staff is very helpful. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who is interested in living in the D.C. area. Great place to live.

My experience was great. Courtney was very helpful and made moving in a breeze. We have just moved here from New Zealand and renting in Virginia was alot different to how it works in New Zealand but everything was explained to us. It only took us a couple of days to get everything sorted so we could move in.

It's been great. Jose and Juan have always been very responsive, and the people in the leasing office are great. I always get my packages on time, and have been very satisfied with the service. The only time I have been unhappy is with construction around my room, but not much can be done, so no worries!

The rent is high, but the location is great and very walkable. The amenities and built-in convenience store have been very helpful. The refurbished apartments look great, and the Nest thermostat is a very useful upgrade.

My experience at the Meridian has been convenient, comfortable and fun! Its location combined with its incredible amenities are exactly what I was looking for in an apartment community! The office staff is always responsive and the concierge team goes above and beyond to remember your name and ask how your day is going. The maintenance team also bends over backwards to ensure that their residents are living in the most comfortable and worry-free environment. Despite what the perception is regarding Arlington or this building in specific, this is a phenomenal place to call home whether you're a recent grad or a seasoned professional with a family. Thankful for my time here.

I love the newly renovated apartments and all the amenities. Being able to play squash at home is just one of the benefits that makes stay here. The only downside is the staff it the building. The leasing office staff is not very helpful and the concierges at times plain rude.

Very easy application process. The leasing office was very helpful and informative. Moving into the building was easy with the freight elevators. The gym and basketball court are great perks to the building. We're very happy about our decision to join the Meridian community.

Leasing office is terrible. They close at 6 pm and if you come any time after 5:00 pm they tell you they are closing soon and you need to come back a different day. It's so inconsiderate. --------- has told us this at least 3 times now and has tried rushing us out, if you actually need something done then they get very snippy and act as though you are causing them physical harm by asking them to do their jobs.

The apartments and building are nice, but I will be moving out at the end of my lease because 1) the neighbors and 2) the leasing staff. On the weekends the building is loud, noisy, and filled with drunk people who end up leaving beer cans in the lobby. The leasing staff is honestly awful and deeply unpleasant to work with. The front desk staff, maintenance staff, and everyone else have always been great.

The Meridian is a very nice place to live. We are fortunate enough to live in one of the recently renovated units and they are great especially for the price. It can get very loud in the hallways and the walls are very thin but overall a great place.

Leasing the apartment was easy. They're all set up to guide you through the process quickly and without hassle. The apartment itself is newly renovated and great looking. The building has everything I wanted, and the location is great. I was concerned about the "glass enclosed sunrooms," but they're fine and it gives the apartments good/useful layouts.

The renovated apartments are beautiful. The units are clean and spacious, and I love the floor-to-ceiling windows. The building is quiet as well. There is a gym in both buildings, which is nice. I do wish the two buildings connected. Building II is not as conveniently located from the metro and there's no call box at the side entrances.

Great views, but if you enjoy a hot shower (or even warm), look elsewhere. The hot water is woefully inadequate. The units are also very poorly climate controlled (especially in the "sun room"). Finally, the walls are paper thin... great if you enjoy listening in on your neighbors' pillow talk.

Overall, Meridian at Courthouse is a great community. Great location, pretty good facilities, no traffic noise, minimal neighbor noise. My only issue is the presence of some mold in the building. I am allergic and it has caused serious health issues.

I find the staff to be beyond incompetent. The leasing office is full of irresponsible children, the maintenance staff have trouble fixing something on the first go around, and management never seems to be in the picture. Complaints don't seem to carry weight and response times are nonexistent. I would never recommend this community to anyone.

Generally good experience with the apartment community. Apartments are spacious and the sunrooms are nice, but can get very cold in the winter. Never had any noise complaints and found the building to be generally quiet, especially during the week. Appliances/features are out of date and renovations should have begun much sooner, as current rent prices are too high for the interior quality compared to what you can find in the District, which is a more convenient location than Virginia. Good community if renovated units continue to open up (without significant rent increases) and if you want to live in Arlington.

I love my apartment. Meridian Courthouse is a nice building with newly renovated units and good amenities in a great location. However, staff and maintenance can tend to be non-responsive to emails and phone calls, often taking several days or over a week to respond.
