The Meridian is in a great location. It is very close to lots of trails that lead into DC or along the Potomac, and it is close to the metro and lots of restaurants in Arlington. We have not had any maintenance issues that have not been fixed in a short amount of time. The apartment amenities are good, and it is very common for many residents to grill out and use the courtyard. The only downside is the occasional loud neighbor throwing a pregame on the weekend.

I recently moved into Meridian Courthouse and love my new apartment. Due to the enclosed balcony you get a lot of room for your money. I rented on the 1st floor so have extra high ceilings that makes the place feel even bigger. Extremely satisfied with the decision so far.

Overall I have been satisfied with my living experience. The facilities are extremely well kept and in generally most of the staff can be helpful when you need them. I really enjoy the newly renovated apartment units. I wish maintenance would follow up more on incidents not fixed.

Overall a great place to live. Friendly staff and clean facilities. The apartments are beautifully updated and well maintained! Great location as well! They have a beautiful clubhouse and guest room suites if you have out of town guests. There is also an on site convenience store for any of your last minute needs!

Great building - spacious apartments, helpful staff. Best thing are gas grills on the plaza, provides for BBQ year round. Club rooms with pool table. Perfect location, close to Clarendon/Court House and Rosslyn with tons of bars and restaurants.

So far we have been very pleased with the community. While we have had some issues with noise in the morning, it has generally been fine. Additionally, we are very happy with the renovation and the unit. The overhead lighting within the apartment is lacking, however.

I am a big fan of the Meridian and it's management company. I have rented from another unit and enjoyed the experience so much when I was looking to move back to the city I went straight back to them at a different location. Was very pleased I did so.

Overall this apartment great; however, the sunroom in my studio has no vent. It is not very cost effective. The AC blows very high so that area gets extremely cold and the sunroom stays pretty warm. It could make you sick. Other than that everything is good.

Leasing agents were a little confusing- did not communicate with each and were delayed in answering. some things were missing missing (drain plug for shower) or didn't work (light in the fridge). Other than that everything has been great!

We've only been here a week, but it is clean and the location is great! We enjoy that we can have three people in the apartment which makes rent much more affordable. The utilities are wonderful (washer and dryer!) and we've certainly enjoyed our time thus far.

Leasing office can be slow and unhelpful. But apartment building and amenities are what makes up come back. However the increase in rent rate yearly is too steep. It's way over market rate. Sometimes go between wanting to recommend and not.

I have resided at Meridian Courthouse since I moved into the area 4 years ago. Overall my experience has been positive (polite staff, timely follow-up, etc.) and I have never had any major issues with my apartment. Recently I have begun to consider moving as I have noticed several newer apartment buildings that are offering significant incentives to lease. The Meridian at Courthouse is still a fine facility, but it is a bit older and some of the rooms (my room included) have yet to be updated.

I have currently lived at the Meridian at Courthouse for approximately 4 years. I absolutely love the location, office staff, and speediness of maintenance requests. The building amenities and size of the apartments are what help this building remain competitive in the ever growing rental market. I would definitely recommend this building to a friend after my experience living here.

Lisa helped us find an apartment, apply, and sign a lease within a very short period. This is a very nice place to live, especially for young professionals. The prices are pretty good for the area and the apartment building is very conveniently located.

A nice place. Has a nice pool, grills, and gym. Expensive because of the good location. I chose it because they gave me a decent rent vs the other places I looked at and it is possible to swim laps in the pool. Some of the fees for additional keys and pool passes are not really proportionate ~100$. On the other hand, the gas grills are free to use as much as you like. The concierges are excellent.

Overall good experience - we have just started the lease about a week ago. The apartment was just renovated, so all the appliances, paint and carpets were new. Convenient walking distance to the metro. Pool and gym are clean and well maintained.

Only moved in a week ago, other than the washing machine not working, the experience has been great. The pool looks amazing (haven't gotten to try it yet), having a gym on site is very nice, the convenience store in-building has been a life-saver, and it is so close to the metro that my commute is no longer a problem.

The space and apartment layout is amazing. The rent is incredibly reasonable and the neighborhood is ideal. The appliances are great. The staff could care less about residents and are generally unhelpful. It took me 2 weeks to get a working key fob because i was being told different things and I put in a maintenance request for an outlet cover and they came to fix it and didn't even do it...and left a note that they were all fine....

So far it's been great. The community is nice and the newly renovated feature def helps. The support staff in Phase 2 apartment have been hit or miss. There are some very helpful, nice people and there are some who generally just do not care. Could definitely use some improvement in that department.

Prime location to outstanding amenities in our area. A safe, gorgeous building with a professional staff and an exemplary maintenance department. We've lived here for two years and have loved every minute. There's a great social committee that arrange fun activities every month that encourages everyone to get to know one another. This is THE place to live in Arlington.

Overall, my living experience at the Merdian Courthouse has been very positive. It offers very modern apartments at reasonable prices, and many wonderful amenities (gym, pool, racketball and basketball courts). It is very conveniently located in walking distance from the metro as well as many stores, restaurants and bars. Maintenance staff is very responsive to issues. Unfortunately, the unavailability of longer term leases and the continuous increase of rents is a major disadvantage if you are thinking of living here longer term. Also keep in mind that on average, tenants are ver young, so you can expect occasional noise disturbances late at night from inconsiderate neighbors.
