All of the residents and staff are very friendly. The apartment is very clean with up to date appliances. Colored walls and hardwood floors were a positive as well. The pool is nice. Gym is a little small for the amount of people that are using it but machines are up to date.

We are new to DC and young professionals starting our first jobs out of college. The apartments here are beautiful and we fit right in with the demographic. That said, it does sort of feel like moving back in to college. Almost dormitory like feel. But it is very nice.

We have had a great experience at Meridian. We love the community and amenities and we are continually impressed by the staff. We just signed a lease for another year. We see no reason to live somewhere else and really feel like we're lucky to have such a nice apartment.

I moved in a few days ago. I have enjoyed the community thus far. It is quiet on the weekdays but on the weekends it is a bit more noisy. I am renting a studio and it is very spacious. The amenities are nice.

We arrived for our scheduled move in date and the leasing office did not have keys available and told us to come back the following morning. We moved from out of state & had nowhere for the movers to unload our stuff. Total disaster!

I've only just moved in and don't have an opinion yet. But the apartment is beautiful and brand new. I have a gorgeous view of D.C. from My entire apartment and balcony. I love the neighborhood so far. I can walk to anything I need, especially the metro.

The staff was really quick and efficient in getting us all set up and providing the keys to our apartment. Once we were in, we were given a welcome bag with snacks, as well as useful tools that could be used during the move-in process, such as picture hanging tools and a screwdriver. Our leasing agent did a very thorough sweep of the apartment prior to our arrival and we did not find anything that she had missed in her inspection. The concierge desk was extremely helpful in helping us with all of the packages that we were having delivered during the entire week of our move-in.

Enjoy living here. Staff isn't always the most helpful, but asking a few times usually works. Clean place with nice amenities. Thin walls but I don't usually hear my neighbors. Great neighborhood! Glad we live here.

Beautiful, great location! Move-in time slots are difficult to work around, but once you are in...I like it a lot. Younger crowd, I have seen complaints about the noise level, but I have not really had any issues with noise level.

My move in to the Meridian couldn't have been any easier ? the staff are helpful and pleasant to work with, and the apartment was in perfect shape when I moved in. The neighborhood skews toward a younger crowd and has plenty of shops and things to do.

The Pros. Apartment is very nice and sells itself. We love the location, just a couple blocks from the courthouse metro and tons of restaurants, social bars and stores. The amenities are fantastic and mostly everyone here are young professionals, just like us. Now, for the cons. The staff person we spoke to that showed us the apartments was not the greatest. She was nice one minute and then showed attitude another. She also told us things that were not true just so we would not walk away. Also, our first night in the apartment the AC was not working! I am not a genius but you would think they would check to make sure it would be working, especially in the heat of the summer. So, our first night in the apartment was sleeping in 80 degrees because their emergency maintenance, which considers AC problems an emergency worthy call, did not come out due to it not being 80 degrees or warmer outside at that time. It was not a good start. On a more positive note, Victor the maintenance guy, came out the next day and was very polite and got our AC up and running with a couple hours. Recommendations for Meridian: Just because your apartment sells itself doesn't mean you can allow your staff to be lazy, lie about things just so you will stay, and lack in communication. (There was only one person we had a problem with, whom which I will not disclose their name.) And, obviously, do a better job of checking to make sure things are working properly before renting out the apartment.

Good community not great. Very good for young professionals 1-3 years out of college. The lighting in the court yard could be a little warmer and it would be nice if people didn't use blue tooth speakers at the pool or near the grills.

Haven't had any issues here. Staff has been great, especially maintenance. Work orders are typically resolved the day of, or the next day. Rent is high, but the building is in pretty great condition. Haven't had any noise issues or complaints.

Just moved in and it's great. Easy move in, reasonable price, beautiful place! Excited to live here. The services are incredible and the location is a major selling point. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

The apartment is great and has all the amenities that I want. Whenever we have maintenance or an issue the staff is always helpful and efficient in fixing the problem. The building is in a convenient location and an easy walk to the metro and shopping.

When it came time to decide whether or not to re-sign our lease for the next 12 months, they offered a 12 month lease renewal for a 12% increase in rent without having done anything to improve our apartment or living situation.

The Meridian is an inviting, safe, clean facility with a mix of young adult to young family residents. I find it to be a relatively accommodating apartment complex, relatively conveniently located, and a great first place to live after college.

Really enjoy the apartment. The meridian is nice because it is so close everything and really feels safe being right next to the police station. I would recommend the Meridian to anyone looking for a spacious 1 bedroom in the area.

Meridian at Courthouse has been great for young professionals working in the DC metro area. Great amenities, good location and updated apartments. I plan on renewing my lease and continuing to call this community home.

The halls have a lot of echoes and as a result residents can be very loud and disruptive if they just let their doors slam shut. Closing doors quietly would help a lit. I also wish residents would not have conversations in the hallway.

Great apartments with perfect location, near everything in both Arlington and DC. Fresh, bright renovations and amazing office and maintenance staff. The gym and some of the common areas could use an update but the rent is lower than many of the nearby apartment buildings. I'd recommend this to friends and family.

I love the Meridian at Courthouse Commons! After living there for almost 4 years now, I have never had a bad experience. The front desk staff are so friendly, the maintenance staff are always there to help, and all of my neighbors are warm and welcoming.The community is truly great and I am glad it feels like such a nice place to live, that I can truly call home.

I have had a positive experience in this community. While it's not the most outwardly social, everyone is nice. The building has great amenities and the staff is helpful when needed. Location is also great.

The staff at Meridian was extremely helpful and patient with me and my roommate during the entire process. We had lots of questions and concerns and Stormie in the leasing office had an answer for everything.
