Very clean apartment when moved in. Maintenance requests are done in appropriate time period. Polite staff. Neighbors are fairly noisy and sometimes difficult to find outdoor space at pool and grills. More chairs and grills need to be added to accommodate amount of residents.

They have great community events. And apartment deal looked great for the rent value. However if you are a light sleeper and sensitive to noise, I do not recommend because even though I am on floor 8, the walls are like made out of paper, I can hear everything from the room next doors and outside.

A great value in a great location! New appliances and granite countertops make the units feel brand new. Maintenance staff is very receptive to maintenance requests ? always complete within 2 business days.

Overall, it's been a good experience. The front desk staff is friendly and maintenance is prompt and leasing office is communicative. Spacious apartments. Rent is still expensive for what it is, though. It's not one of the newer apartments in the area yet it's priced as such. The hot water doesn't last for very long and the pest issue is a big problem too. I've had issues with mice and cockroaches. However, they bring exterminators in and I haven't had an issue since they've done so.

Management is very attentive. Amenities are plentiful. Work orders get completed quickly. Front desk personnel are always very friendly and helpful. Great location. Only downside is the walls are a little thin and noise can travel easily.

There are monthly events that are held throughout each month that are great. There are many people that attend these events that you can meet within the community. Everyone walking in the halls says hi and is friendly to each other.

Before I moved into the Meridian, I was wary that the complex would be loud and "fratty." The only experiences I've ever had like that have been in the Summer by the pool, and even then the atmosphere is far more fun and friendly than loud and obnoxious. Pros: I have found the front desk to be super friendly and helpful, the community to be clean and my apartment to not have had any issues (minus an early flood from an upstairs neighbor that maintenance helped save the day and deal with at midnight on a Sunday!) I feel safe, warm, and happy in my home. The convenience store is awesome and the location is great for my commute, walking to work! Cons: The neighborhood is sleepy (for me that was fine, but can see how that would be less ideal for others) and my rent increase was a little steep. Still, I was able to sign short term leases, which was ideal for my stance in life.

Very nice community friendly staff and very good environment. Easy to access using public transportation and very good amenities. Feels like home and community. Very good value for price even though parking should be including in the price of the rent

I've had a great experience so far in this community and would like to continue my stay in this community. I work and travel a lot for work. It's quite relaxing and refreshing to come back home and everything seem like nothing has changed in a positive way.

I've lived in the Meridian at Courthouse for over a year now and I absolutely love it. There are literally no complaints to be made because the maintenance is great, front desk service is responsive and the community is very respectful and nice.

Love everything about living here! Beautiful newly renovated apartment, stainless steel kitchen appliances, clean and welcoming common areas. Any maintenance requests are promptly handled and we've never had any issues with water, trash, packages, etc. Definitely recommend living here!

Great amenities. Great people. Great maintenance and front office. Nice front desk people. The apartments is very nice and renovated inside. Appliances all work. Laundry is good. Heating and air works great with the nest.

Great quality apartments, fantastic location, and great management with transparency about covid issues. The community is clean and well managed, the apartments are renovated and updated regularly. I feel very safe and at home here, and my cats love the views!

Maintenance staff consistently enters my apartment without reasonable notice. Some front desk staff have been rude to be about parking, especially when the hurricane hit Southern VA and my friend was seeking refuge.

Beautiful building with comfortable and spacious units. I live in a one bedroom apartment with a sun room, and we get lots of natural light. The building is very young, with residents mostly in their 20s and 30s. The building puts on a few (3-4) events per month which are fun. Love living here; resigned my lease after one year and the rent only went up $80, which is better than other apartments in the area which up the lease significantly after a year. Walls are thick and I rarely hear neighbors, have never had a noise complaint or had to file one. Highly recommend.

The Meridian Courthouse is the premier apartment complex in the Arlington-DC area. We're in walking distance to Clarendon, Rosslyn and Georgetown. The community is bustling, yet quiet at night. There is an elementary school, grocery store and plenty of restaurants nearby for our convenience

Love the community and people that live here. Great management and very nice features, both interior and exterior. The price snare for the units are fair to market competition. So close to shopping, food, and more!

I haven't have a month yet in the community, but so far, it has been great, every time I talk to the building staff they are very helpful. For instance, I said to Kyle in the leasing office that I was concern about the fan in my apartment's bathroom and he just made a maintenance request for me right away. He just asked me if it was ok for me if a maintenance staff go into the apt and check it. They not just went to check it, but they replace it and I wasn't even expecting that.

The Meridian at Courthouse offers great amenities such as a barbecue area, swimming pool and gym. It is in a great location - I'm able to walk to my office down in Rosslyn in less than 15 minutes. The surrounding community offers a variety of restaurants and bars.

Very nice facilities. Really enjoy living at this apartment complex. Staff is very friendly and only took several days after move in to learn my and my roommates names. Pet friendly and clean would recommend to friends.

So far so good! Everyone is incredibly welcoming and kind. Everything I could ever want or need is within walking distance of the complex. The apartment itself is wonderful, it is nice, the flooring is lovely and everything works!

Love the layout, new features, hard wood floors. Just moved in, and so far it has been a great experience. Great location, very convenient to both Clarendon and Rosslyn. Both the pool and rooftop deck are great features.

The Meridian is great. Everything is kept up very nicely and the leasing staff is extremely helpful. Other residents are respectful and it isn't too loud in the halls. The location is also great since it is just a 5-10 minute walk to Rosslyn.
