Super easy move in process with a loading dock, parking, and a back elevator. Clean apartment and all the appliances were working. Building and lobby looks really nice and I've already gotten compliments from everyone who has visited me.

This community is so clean and safe. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with incredible views. The staff is so helpful with move in and any other need you may have. They keep the hallways clean and all the main areas. They are taking incredible precautions with covid!

Moving in was relatively easy and the place was in great shape when we checked in. No complaints so far. The staff was not incredibly responsive which caused some frustration for us, but ultimately we were able to get the lease signed and ready about a week before we had to move in.

Affordable building for young professionals. Good apartments at a good price, but poor management. Claims to be dog friendly, but the designated dog areas are not well designed and staff are constantly bickering at residents regarding dogs in the common areas. Leasing office treats residents unprofessionally and are often seen walking around without masks on. Management also poorly responds to maintenance requests. Maintenance arrive team is awesome though once your request has been processed.

When looking for an apartment that has enough room for my four year old daughter and I, I came up with several options. The Meridian was my final choice due to how friendly the staff was to me when they were showing me around giving me advice on the spaces available as well as taking me to all the rooms that were up to my requests. The community spaces, hallways, and entrances are incredibly clean which is a big deal for me because of the neat freak I am.

The property is well managed and the employees are extremely polite. I enjoy the convenience of the amazon hub lockers. During the pandemic, the property has taken all of the proper precautions to help ensure the safety of its residents.

The apartment is a good value for its money compared to similar units within area. Service has been helpful and has been prompt in responding to requests. Would recommend for young professionals within the DC area.

It's a wonderful place to live, dog friendly, people are nice, close to lots of restaurants, movies, bars, and many more. I would suggest this community to anyone. The views of DC and Arlington are amazing.

Location of these apartments is great! Very walkable to both Courthouse and Clarendon. The extended construction of the courtyard is a bit frustrating but should be nice once it's finished. The other common spaces are super nice

The Meridian Court House is a nice building that is constantly seeing renovation improvements. The staff is helpful and friendly. The building has community events and great amenities. It is also conveniently located for travel into DC.

The experience have been pretty much rewarding. I really appreciate the hard and fast work of the leasing office, front office, maintenance and all the initiatives on maintaining a social life for the residents even with the restrictions to be compiled with.

I was able to come for a tour of this apartment complex within 30 minutes of calling. I was also able to tour 3 separate studios as well as the fitness center, resident lounge, and other amenities. I didn't feel rushed at all, and Hector was super thorough. The move-in process was easy and quick. Hector let me know about any discounts they had going on at the time, and he also answered every one of my questions. I've only been here a few days, so I can't speak for the living experience, but the application and move-in process was a breeze!

I would not recommend. The leasing staff is a nightmare and rude. Management is clueless. The building is super noisy and you can hear everything. They claim to be dog friendly but try to restrict dogs in common areas (courtyard, rooftop, etc). The building has flooded multiple times since I lived here (about 2 years). The parking garage is poorly designed and it can be hard to find a spot late at night. The appliances are low quality. The recycling room is always overcrowded. They took out the bbqs for renovations but no renovations have occurred in months. Courtyard renovations are never ending. The only positive is the friendly neighbors.

I really enjoy living in my building! The front desk staff are really nice and helpful. I also love how, every month, there are fun activities for us to do such as mask or pumpkin decorating. This month, there are even grab and go Charcuterie kits for us to enjoy!

I have lived here for 5 years and I love it. The staff is very friendly and there's a great mix of people of all ages who live here. It never seems crowded in the hallways or any of the common areas and the grounds are kept very nice and clean.

Really professional staff that helped me a lot when moving and solving all the paperwork for the move. The apartment is beautiful, and cleaned. Whenever there was issue with some maintenance it was solved promptly.

We just moved in to our new home at Meridian. The leasing office staff were wonderful and it was a pretty smooth transition. The sunroom in the apartment was a particularly strong selling point for me. I've converted it into an office. I love the view and am enjoying my stay!

Due to the nature of my work of my work, we have moved close to 30 times in the last 20 years. This is absolutely the worst community I've ever lived in. The entire staff (office and concierge) is painfully inept. The incompetence would be laughable if it weren't so maddening. If you're looking for an adult dormitory managed by a staff with the same level of professionalism you would find at a Taco Bell drive-through, this is your place.

The experience in Meridian is overall very satisfying. Spacious rooms and nice kitchen space, the convenience built-in electronics offer, good amenities in the buildings and nice happy hours, and nice staffs in the front, maintanence, and the cleaning parts.

I've only been here for a few months, but I've really enjoyed it! Maintenance requests get handled extremely quickly, the front desk people are very nice, and the complex has a bunch of free events and services for residents! For example, recently they delivered breakfast with mimosas to a certain number of residents that signed up, and this week they're handing out craft kits in the lobby. I appreciate that they're finding creative ways to continue holding events for residents amidst the pandemic. Overall, I'm really happy with loving here so far!

I moved to the meridian courthouse in 2018, moved apartments in 2019. It's been good, but overpriced for what I am getting. I live in a studio directly over a door - people going in and out all the time. I am paying much more than other people on floors above me or about the same price. They are getting a much better deal.

So far my experience here is very good. The apartment was clean and move in went smoothly. The building has nice amenities and is a good mix of young professionals primarily who live here. Also very convenient location.

It has been great thus far, they've fixed maintenance issues same day, and have been great providing community and safety.The elevators are very fast, the workout facility is nice, including the racquetball court.

It's been decent. Unfortunately, not enough amenities to justify the cost and small space, but I do like the location. I do love the community events and look forward to them every month! Overall, the leasing office is helpful and responsive as well.

Our experience has been generally positive. The amenities and spaces are nice in our apartment and in and around the other building facilities. I very much enjoy interacting with our building's front desk concierge staff, as they are very nice, welcoming, and courteous. My only complaint is with the courtyard renovation. We had a perfect view into the courtyard, which was a highlight of our apartment. Since the renovations started, it is awful to look into, and due to the lack of work that has not happened this summer, the courtyard is a complete disaster with weeds growing as tall as 6 feet. I don't understand why this project has taken so long to complete, especially since work began in February.
