We love living at the Meridian in Courthouse. The apartment has plenty of space for the two of us and is very dog-friendly, and the Courthouse neighborhood is so convenient to DC and there are so many great restaurants and bars walkable. The recently renovated courtyard is amazing, we love to grill and enjoy a nice dinner outside!

I just moved in yesterday but it seems nice so far. There are a lot of amenities including fitness center, pool, and large courtyard with firepits, a TV, and a bocce ball lane. Secure building with a 24 hour front desk.

I love this community so much. The staff here are amazing. The amenities are amazing. It is a clean complex and they people who are here are very nice as well. The people who work here are very respectful and truly like their jobs.

Love the community the building provides. Lots of benefits like happy hours and on the go breakfasts. The staff is very helpful and always quick to respond to a problem/request. Moving in was easy and efficient.

The apartment is very clean and looks nice. The outdoor spaces, hallways, garage, fitness center, etc? are kept-up and I can tell the apartment strives for a strong appearance. I also appreciate the apartments desire to have community events. It made moving to a new city easier.

Overall a great community. It's a great place to live. Front desk staff is great, maintenance requests are done within 1 business day, a nice courtyard, and pool. Common areas are always clean and prepared. And you can't beat the location. Restaurants, parks, business, and metro stations all within easy walks.

Very happy. Leasing has been friendly and welcoming from the start. They do a good job at following up and making sure you're comfortable. Building is very well kept and managed. You've got all the amenities you need plus more.

Amazing so far! All of the apartment personnel have been very friends and accommodating, noise is what you would expect from an apartment complex this size but nothing unexpected. There are tons of resident events and spaces to enjoy outside of your apartment!

Wonderful community, nice neighbors, and plenty of resident events. The amenities are awesome and location is close to restaurants and bars. The size of apartment is decent as well. They've updated the courtyard and everyone loves using it.

I have only lived here for a month, but the experience has already been far better than my last apartment experience. They offer so many great amenities and building events and I have appreciated the kindness and transparency given from the leasing office and facilities management.

We love it! There are great amenities, the staff is always so friendly, and the events in the community always make us feel like we're valued residents - specifically with resident appreciation week and any of the monthly perks. We made a great decision choosing the Meridian. The courtyard should be dog-friendly, however!

The apartments themselves are fantastic, modern appliances and open concept. Tons of community spaces available and lots of community events to connect with people at. The only issue I've had is the outdoor space is not considered dog friendly, even for mild mannered dogs to walk through when exiting or entering a building.

Just moved in and I love it so far! All of the residents are friendly and welcoming, plus the community amenities cannot be beat. The location is fabulous as well! Really looking forward to my time here.

I love it! We moved here a few months ago, and the unit is great. The amenities are very nice. We also really appreciate the community the Meridian fosters through events and activities designed for the residents.

Good apartment ? nice amenities, big rooms, good management company. Very good location with easy access to DC and other parts of Virginia. Pretty modern, good place to live! I'd recommend this place to a friend.

I have been in this community for only a few weeks but so far it has been a great experience. The apartment and the amenities are great and the staff is friendly. The leasing office was a bit difficult to deal with during the process of securing the apartment.

The move in process went very smoothly. I reserved a time slot for the loading dock and the front desk had carts available to help move my things. My keys were ready to go when I arrived. No complaints so far.

It was super easy to move in. The frieght elevator and location of the parking garages help tremendously with moving in. The staff is helpful as ns will answer a your questions when available. I am certainly satisfied !

Positive experience. Although we were here during the construction in the courtyard, they made sure no noise was made until business hours. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the new courtyard is a fantastic amenity

A great fit so far! The property has amazing amenities such as a pool, newly constructed courtyard (great for grilling, working outside, or socializing) and an all access gym. The staff was amazing in helping me organize last minute move-in plans, and everyone I met has been friendly !

You will pay for luxury and get only the appearance of it. Trust me when I say the walls are ~thin~. Dealing with their construction, which went about 9 months past the expected end date, was a nightmare experience and they refused to grant a transfer despite several openings in the building.

big fat dislike button. pet fees and policies are headass, management doesn't give a crap, zero insulation so you hear literally everything your neighbors are doing, and the units look big until you try to put furniture in it and then realize nothing fits anywhere due to weird design.
