Move-in process was easy. Leasing office staff is very professional and attentive. Maintenance staff is courteous and handles request promptly. Front office staff is very nice. Because of its central location with lots of foot traffic and its demographic, I wouldn't say the building is quiet, but so far, I have not experience any significant noise problems. Community is well kept and offers good amenities. There are lots of pups in the building, which I love, but if sharing an elevator with a dog bothers you, this is not the place for you.

The community is very clean & secure. There is always someone available at the front desk. I haven't had any problems receiving packages. The noise level is minimal and all of the residents & staff are extremely pleasant. The best pet about this community is that although pets are allowed, the staff keeps the grounds clean at all times. There's no odor of pets anywhere.

I saw some slightly negative reviews about the management and how they will try to charge you for everything they can. That has not been my experience at all! Management has been incredibly nice and has done everything they can to be fair and understanding.

The apartment is in a great location and has a great package service. It is, however, way too expensive for the amenities that it offers. The kitchen is so small and does not have adequate storage space for kitchen essentials and there is no place for a pantry. There is a serious humidity problem in the apartment and even with dehumidifiers and fans going 24/7, there is a constant build up of condensation on the windows, walls and toilets. The sunrooms in all the apartments do not retain heat or cool air well due to a lack of insulation so it is more expensive to heat or cool these rooms. There has been construction going on and off for the last year and half with no end in sight as the date continues to get pushed back. I'm on the tenth floor and it is loud enough to wake me up. I am looking forward to moving out when my lease is up.

The building is great. I love having the pool and gym and the club room is a great place to get some work done. The views are unbeatable, especially in the club room. The community is nice, even during the pandemic!

Everyone has been very respectful and lovely to be around. There are lots of dogs which is a bonus for us. The apartments are clean and very spacious. The only issue we have run into is limited storage space but that could also be because we chose a smaller model. I highly recommend this community.

It's a good building, but it is not well insulated for either heat nor sound. You can hear your neighbors clearly through the walls, and the windows leak heat badly (and are always covered in condensation in the wintertime, because of how cold they are). Even with the heat on high, areas near windows are cold in the winter.

Never live at the Meridian. The actual apartment is well-designed and pretty, gets good natural light. All of my interactions with the staff have been cordial and usually helpful. But the walls are extremely thin — I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking at all hours, and I can hear every conversation from the room next door. And, even worse, there has been outdoor construction to renovate the terrace for about seven months now. Every morning starting at 7 or 8am, the crew starts using drills or buzzsaws, and the noise is near-constant all day. The building has continued delaying a finish date and meanwhile is charging full rent despite the huge inconvenience for those working from home.

So far everything has been great! We only moved in about two weeks ago and all the of neighbors and leasing staff have been amazing. We had some issues with maintenance but i believe this is in the past and that moving forward we'll be very happy living here.

I love my apartment unit. It is in great shape and has lots of aspects I love including the sun room, closet space, lots of kitchen space, etc. The staff at the Meridian is awful. The employees working the front desk act as if you are the worst part of their day even though all you need is a package or if you have one simple request. The leasing office employees have proven to be inadequate at their job and also act as if they don't want to help you

I absolutely love living at Courthouse Meridian. The location is great, staff is friendly, and the building is always kept up. Construction is currently happening to also revamp out courtyard, which we are all very excited about! I've lived here for about a year, and already re-signed my lease!

Despite the pandemic, I think the Meridian does a great job of still fostering community through monthly web activities and gift pick-ups. Other things I've really enjoyed while living here are the pet-friendly policies, downstairs gym and basketball court, and easy, convenient package pickups.

Fast to fix things, very nice interiors, dirty hallways, courtyard under construction for over a year. Both good and bad. Very little in the way of security, but some of the front desk staff are truly awesome and watch out for the tenants they know.

The apartment is very nice and updated. We've lived here for almost 2 years and enjoy the apartment itself. Management is just okay, we've had a few communication issues and there's a lot of courtyard construction hindering us from using it.

It's just okay. Appliances are mediocre, management is mediocre, and they try to nickel-and-dime you for every single thing. There is ZERO insulation, so you can hear every single thing every neighbor is doing at all times. And we are going on month 7 of extremely disrupting construction in the courtyard that goes on all day every day from 8am to 5pm. and they're still behind schedule and probably won't be finished for another 3-6 months. Rent is overpriced.

Overall positive. Minor mishaps have occurred like dog feces being left in the hallway over the summer, occasional rudeness from the receptionist and frequent mishaps on the leasing office's end. Other than that, the building is beautiful. I wish the courtyard would have been finished or explained better however.

We have had a lovely experience here at the Meridian Courthouse, the staff is kind and always ready to help with anything. We have a dog and it is a very friendly community for dogs, however there is not a relief area for dogs on the common areas. The sports amenities are useful and in good shape. The only disappointment we had was the terrace, that is supposed to have a fireplace but it doesn't work. The walls are thin, so sometimes we can hear the neighbors' TV. But it doesn't happen often. The location is perfect for public transportation. The biggest downside for us is the NEST thermostat that doesn't measure the temperature properly, that has been annoying. We have checked and it is an issue of the NEST thermostat design, so there's not much one can do about it. Compared to previous apartments in DC the utilities are more expensive.
