I am new to the building, but everything has been great so far! The staff has been helpful and accommodating. The location is convenient and the unit was almost exactly as it appeared in the virtual tour!

Beautiful view from my apartment, safe community in a great location, good amenities, and nice neighbors, many with friendly dogs. I have lived here for almost three years now, and it has been a great experience.

I love the area so much. The courtyard is beautiful, serene, and quiet ? which is very special to find in the middle of the city. All of my neighbors are very nice, and the apartment staff are very helpful and kind. I love the fitness class amenities and this neighborhood ? we are only one block away from the weekly farmer's market and two blocks from the metro. It's wonderful.

Although I had a good experience living there for 2 years, after I moved out I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Two months after moving out I received a letter from a collection agency attempting to collect a debt from Meridian. A debt I was never informed about. They said they sent a letter to my last known address, which is my address at Meridian where they knew I didn't live anymore. But I strongly challenge that statement because all my mail was being forwarded to my new address. But regardless, they have my email and phone number, which they've used dozens of times over the years. And finally, the accountant I spoke with on the phone hurled insults at me, told me it's not her job to let me know of the debt, asked me who I thought I was to call her and ask questions, and then yelled byeee byeeee and hung up on me. If you want to be treated like a decent human being, do not move here.

Meridian at Courthouse is a nice and conveniently located place to live. It is close to the Metro and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. The staff are courteous and responsive.

This apartment complex is standardized so it's a very seamless and easy experience. They take care of everything, and I like all of the perks (free food, virtual Fitness classes, community events, sweetgreen outpost, Amazon hub, etc) that make it worth the more expensive price tag. Maintenance & front desk have always been nice, responsive and quick. Some annoyances include only having Xfinity as an internet provider, loud A/C unit, and less sun on the west facing side. Plenty of parking spots in the garage too.

It's a very clean and updated floor plan! It's a great price for the location and space and it was a an easy process moving in. My boyfriend and I just moved in a week ago, but we're looking forward to our stay here!

Apartment community amenities and maintenance interactions can make or break a living situation, and everyone here seems genuinely dedicated to helping to the best of their ability and keeping everyone safe. Grounds are well kept, events are numerous, and support is available. Location is excellent.

The Meridian is a beautiful, fairly priced apartment complex near a metro and close to DC. Management can be frustrating to deal with, but other than that is has been a great experience. I would recommend it for young professionals in DC.

We have really enjoyed living in the area. The surrounding area is very walkable. The apartment staff that we have interacted with (front desk, maintenance person's) have been very prompt and friendly.

Very comfortable building to live in. The amenities are convenient and great to have. I love having the gym downstairs to workout at any time of day. The unit is great as well. They respond to service requests fast.

The apartment itself is great, we live in one of the few that actually has a pantry so we love that. The amenities are nice as well and I've never had an issue with the staff. The only downside, aside from the cost, is that neighbors and residents in the court yard can be very noisy and disruptive late into the night.

The staff is incredible. The attendants at the front desk are extremely helpful and kind. The maintenance crew are professional and efficient. I would highly recommend meridian courthouse. The only issue I've ever had are noisy neighbors but that's anywhere!

Apartment staff is responsive, community is clean, renovated apartments are well designed, and location is great! Maintenance orders are also resolved swiftly, covered parking is available and units have washer and dryer.

We love our apartment and the staff has been very good and quick to respond. The one real negative is that since it's generally a younger demographic in the building, our neighbors have always been noisy.

The meridian is a pet friendly apartment complex with a relatively young community. The Clarendon area is walking distance, as well as a Whole Foods and Trader Joe's and plenty of restaurants. I mostly chose this location because I have several friends in the building and it's in a convenient location

The staff is amazing, but my review would say that this place is over priced and I don't enjoy that rent goes up every year. I thought I would get rewarded for my loyalty tenant, but soon I'll have to move because I can no longer afford living here. I'm also terrified of what I will be charged when I move out, due to some horror stories. But again leasing office/front desk/maintenance staff, are AMAZING.

I really enjoy this community but find it a bit overpriced for what it is. It is a nice community, the amenities are good, and I have had good experiences with the staff and management when I have needed them. The only reason I wouldn't stay is if the rent prices increase too much.

I am a parent and so my #1 concern is safety. I have never felt like my daughter was in an unsafe place. Good neighbors. Well-lit and a great community feeling. The social areas are fantastic and good for guests and entertainment.

This place is a hot mess. The management is woefully incompetent and their most recent genius move was to cut down all of the trees in the courtyard so that they could install a bocce court. Apart from State Department folks on long term training, who have no real choice in the matter, tenants are predominantly drunk ----- daddy's boys/girls who enjoy obnoxiously loud parties and smoking pot. Most recently, a tenant threw two dogs out his balcony window and ended up in jail for animal cruelty. Cherry on the top, there has been at least one complaint of sexual harassment from the concierge. Bottom line, if you have a choice and are not a drunk ------------ on a tinder hook-up, look elsewhere.

I enjoy living at the Meredian in Courthouse. The ammendities are great as well as the apartment staff. The apartment staff responses quickly when a request is put in. There have been upgrades to the community amenities since I've been here which I am expecting to be mind blowing once they are finished. They have also made a tremendous amount of changes since COVID-19 to continue to run normally but with modifications and I thank them for their swift adjustments.

The units are spacious, well planned, and high quality. The sun-room is a beautiful add on. We've never had a problem with noise levels, maintenance, staff, or amenities. The apartment also hosts fun activities each month to get the community together. All in all, this apartment complex hits all of our necessities and more, and we got it at a reasonable price.

I love it here at the Meridian. Lived in a previous apartment in Arlington before this which makes me appreciate this place so much more. Great community events. Apartment itself is beautiful and well maintained. A great sense of community. I have no complaints, wish I was paying a bit less but that's what it costs to live in the area in a nice, safe building.
