I like living here, and I enjoy the facilities, especially the plaza and pool. The staff were helpful and courteous, and the common areas were kept clean and broken stuff were repaired in a timely fashion. It is a well maintained community.

Arrived and have had a great time. Stand up community with lots of young people. Always cabs outside of the building when theyre needed on the weekends and maintance issues are dealth with quickly and good.

Generally positive, with some negatives: Seemingly constant turnover of staff in leasing office. Very sad that management did not fight to retain a well-liked, long-standing concierge. Concerned that there may be a growing "dorm-like" environment in the building, along with more safety/security concerns. An annual rent increase is to be expected but last year's was a higher percentage than any other year -- which encourages me to explore other properties.

The building is upkept well. Messes are cleaned in an appropriate amount of time. I would like more building events. I do have some security concerns after the incidents with a man entering apartments.

Love the Meridian! It has made a wonderful post college home! Lots to do in area and a nice apartment! The staff is friendly and the building is safe and well kept. It become my first home for my fiance and I.

Very good. except with the garbage disposal. Everything is well organized and have always had great experience with staff. All amenities well maintained. Athletic center Pool and racquet ball courts are also great!

The residents are younger around 1-8 years out of college. I like living in the building, maintenance people are good, leasing office is lazy, common areas have insane amounts of restrictions on them so there's no point in using them.

The apartment was clean and well maintained when we moved in, and maintenance requests are responded to pretty quickly. We can't hear our neighbors, which is nice. The extra space in the sunroom is very nice. The leasing office is sometimes disorganized and often can't figure out how much we owe them or why.

I absolutely love living at the Meridian and have no plans to move. The community is quiet, well maintained, and provides a consistently pleasant atmosphere to live in. I recommend the Meridian to any friend looking to move in to the area.

Living in this community has been a pleasure. The concierge service is great and really convenient. Everyone who lives here is very kind and we are right next to the metro. What else can you ask for!?

I have only lived at...
I have only lived at the Meridian for a few days, but I really enjoy the neighborhood and the apartment complex. Our apartment was in great shape when we moved in and the staff was incredibly helpful. I'm anxious to meet some of our neighbors.

Satisfactory for the...
Satisfactory for the convenience that it provides and the slightly larger-than average floorplans. However, kitchens are dated, and noise level on weekends is often like a college dorm (lots of younger residents and apartment doors are thin) - fortunately my neighbors have not been the source of the noise.

Pros: Our closet it huge....
Pros: Our closet it huge. Having packaged delivered to our door is very convenient. We love the amenities. Our view of DC is pretty awesome. We love the location and the metro access and all the restaurants that are within walking distance. Cons: Our carpet is a little loose. The units are a little outdated and overpriced. 9 o'clock is way to early for the rooftop to close; we at dinner at 9 most nights and therefore don't get a chance to enjoy the rooftop. You can hear what people are saying in their units when you're in the hallway; It makes me uncomfortable to know that people walking past my unit can hear me singing to myself or having a private conversation. Someone double booked the freight elevator when we were moving in which seems like a pretty ridiculous problem.

The maintenance staff is always quick to fix anything in the apartment and are very helpful! I like the location of the building, but for the amount of money I am paying, they really need to update the kitchen appliances and hot water heater in my apartment!

I like the location and...
I like the location and the cost - but it's kind of a frat house. I really don't like that they kick you off of the roof at 9:00 p.m. - it's not even dark then in the summer.
