Clean, great location (work, play, shopping, DC sites/activities, and close to the Court House Metro Stop), beautiful view of the city from the resident's lounge, great fitness ameneties, overall a nice place to live. Only main downside is very limited parking.

This is a great community for the twenty something year old. The Meridian has so many amenities available, there is always something to do, whether its going to the pool, sitting on the sun deck, playing racket ball or using the putting green. And they are always prompt with maintenance care which is a huge plus!

Well.. Move in was somewhat rough because we didn't have great communication between us and the staff here, but that was partially our fault. Met my roommates on Craigslist and we moved in at separate times. Overall I really like the place so far though.

This is a great, convenient location. The apartment was very clean upon move in, and there are great amenities with the pool and gym. The leasing staff could use to be more helpful, aware, and responsive. Overall this is a great property to live at.

Community staff is never on the same page. The building constantly says one thing and does another. There are little systems in place to make such a large community function effectively and VERY few staff know what's going on and how to handle requests. The building charges an arm and a leg for everything and has rules they don't tell you when you move in. Such as the pool rules and amenity rules...ie: they told me I could rent out the aerobics room and that was a lie. You're not allowed to have guests at the pool, which they never told us. The apartments are nice and the maintenance is quick and gets the job done. However building managment needs a serious reevaluation.

Exciting community, vibrant living environment, great location close to transportation, entertainment, night-life and shopping facilities. Management of the buiding is definitely above par; maintenance and other support staff are very professional and most competent.

Very nice community with one of the best pools in the area. Location is centralized to all activities in the area allowing walking to most. Units are not upgraded but the trade off is the value you get for amenities and monthly rent. Highly recommend!

It is good! I am happy with the management. They are very prompt with any repair requests that I have had or may have. The views are nice. The building is kept in good shape and the people are very nice to me. I like the club room, the pool, and other aspects of the building.

This is a great location. Located near restaurants and bars. We've lived here for almost a year, and we have a few complaints about the staff. It's a hit or miss on how helpful they will be. We have asked for a snow shovel to shovel a car out of the snow and they said they couldn't let us borrow it. Your car can be towed from the enclosed garage and the office will not let you know until you ask. The towing company charges $25 a day plus $100 one time fee. Most of the people that live here are young professionals. Expect lots of noise and parties.

The leasing department was friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating to my hectic work schedule and transition from moving from the Philadelphia area to downtown Arlington. I would recommend the Meridian at Courthouse to anyone who is looking for a great community nested in the heart of downtown Arlington, at a reasonable price.

Very nice place to live, nice neighbors, and everyone alot of people are around my age (24). There are lots of restaurants and bars that are walking distance. DC is right across the bridge, making it easy t park your car for the weekend and not have to worry about drinking and driving. All in all a nice community with very good amenities.

Great location. Great view from my apt. Mgt not partic nice. Used to be great. Gone from personal to corporate. I have nothing else to add so it's pretty silly demanding 200 characters. Silly silly silly!

Great location and amenities, with a variety of apartment configurations to choose from. The new front office staff is great. Extreemely easy access to Court House / Clarendon restaurants, bars, etc., 5 minute walk to Court House metro. A great value for the area

Everything is great except for the office staff. They make living in the building a nightmare and I will not be living here again. I have been here 3 years and each year I deal with them, they get progressively worse. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Every experience I've had with the Meridian, whether it be maintenance, packages, friendliness, etc. has been exceptional. The staff clearly goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their tenants. Everything is always clean and tidy, we love the coffee in the lobby...the attention to detail let's us know we'll always be well taken care of.

SO far so good. I just moved in the month of December. As far as maintenance, the staff has been efficient and friendly. Leasing office has been very helpful, at least 2 of them. Don't like the idea of making my guests pay for parking. I believe that any resident that pays for a parking spot, should be allowed 1 free guest pass.

A great location in a quiet, safe neighborhood full of dining and entertainment options, close to metro. The building has nice amenities such as large outdoor pool and well equipped fitness center. A young resident population, so there can be a little noise, but this is rare. Rents are high probably because of the location.

My wife and I have had a great experience in this community. It's nice to see planned events take place the involve the whole apartment complex. Every issue we've had has been dealt with promptly and professionally. All our questions have been treated in the same manner.

Has everything we need- gym, pool, common rooms, roof deck are very nice. Residents are overall very young and sometimes immature, but the building staff make a strong effort to keep things nice. Staff is responsive and friendly.

I have enjoyed living here -- great location, good amenities and a fantastic view. The building is definitely young, and sometimes that can be a pain for the grownups among us (I'm 40). But overall, it's a good building.

Really nice but you can hear everything through the walls. Community is nice though and the neighborhood is really safe. Easy to get into dc by metro and a taxi is like only $10 to Dupont which is great.

Ms. Lucy at the leasing office is very nice, friendly and responsive, but I'm dissatisfied with the appliances. This is supposed to be one of the nicer apartments in the area and I think we should have dishwashers that clean the dishes.
