DO NOT RENT!!!

I’ve been living here for the past 3 years & Yuli & Richard were very nice to me & my family. Once they left out of the office…saddle ridge went downhill with Valeria coming into office. She is very unprofessional, Rude, & immature to even be classified as a person representing for management. Leo the suppose to be maintenance guy doesn’t do a good job at fixing anything, it’s been almost a year since he’s changed our air thick dust all in my ventilation system (water heater). The wood is very old & the windows have black mold in the window seal, the water heater is leaking water. It seems like they painted over things that was suppose to be repaired/replaced. My dishwasher was leaking water for months before anybody came to replace it. Ever since Valeria came to saddle ridge…things have been very disgusting. I would not recommend anyone move here or even waste your time coming to look at old, dusty, broken apartments.

I'd recommend Saddle Ridge to someone wanting to rent in Ashburn. The staff is always helpful, professional, and courteous. The grounds are kept well. It's close to many dining, entertainment, fitness, and shopping options.

    No lo recomendar?a. Estuve en otro apartamento en esta misma comunidad. Y no escuchan ni atienden mis reclamos a tiempo. Ahora estoy en otro apartamento en la misma comunidad. Con la oportunidad de que ser?a todo distinto al ser otro apartamento pero mi experiencia es la misma o peor. Desde el d?a 1 que estoy aqu?. Le dije al encargado de las cosas que ten?an que arreglar varias cosas. como la luz de la sala. Las persianas de los dormitorios. Las puertas del repostero que no tiene. Las manijas de las duchas en mal estado. Pero no escuchan. Pero sin embargo el apartamento nuevo de abajo hizo el reclamo de la filtraci?n de agua. Que tambi?n me afectaba a mi. Sin embargo. Mis reclamos no fueron atendidos. Pero si subieron a mi apartamento para solucionar el problema de filtraci?n de agua del apartamento de abajo. Las chapas de las puertas son viejas. Y obsoletas. No tienen llave y est?n en mal estado. Sin embargo seguir?n pasando los meses y yo seguir? esperando. Sin embargo hay que ser muy puntuales en el pago de la renta de lo contrario te env?an a corte. Como una vez que lo hicieron y injustamente tuve que ir y luego el abogado frente a m? se disculp?. Yo pago puntual mi renta. Solo somos 2 personas. No hacemos ni fiestas. Ni ruido no tomamos alcohol. No fumamos. Pero si sentimos el olor constantemente a marihuana. Y esto afecta a mi hija. Yo en lo particular . No recomendaria este condominio a nadie.

    I have lived here since 2019. This used to be a great place to live. I will be moving when my lease is up because this place has gone down hill. I hate living here now and would advise anyone to find another complex to move to. The staff is terrible, nothing ever gets fixed, you get no notice of anything, they charge for the most unbelievable things like we are owners or something, I feel like I live in the ------ but pay what it costs to live in a nice town house. Beware!!!

      The property when I moved in was in pretty good shape; over the years it has taken a beating and had multiple new managers. It is clean and quiet most days, I've never had issues in the almost 20 years there.

        To start, this fedback that's requiered should not be 200 character long. The neighborhood it's nice it requieres more maintenance for the stairways and HVAC equipment. Personal are very polite and helpful.

            Awesome staff! The people here are super friendly. The staff is heartwarming and all issues are fixed on time. Their pool is amazing! Super clean, and the lifeguard is so friendly and caring. 10/10 recommend.

              Most of the request takes multiples at attractions to get resolved, for an example the thermostat was not connecting to the Wi-Fi and now with the replaced thermostat, they air conditioning has stopped working, there is always a new surprise

                My experience at saddle ridge apartments in Ashburn VA has gone downhill. Three weeks without a dryer even though a maintenance ticket was submitted and going into the leasing office multiple times. I even came home for two hours from my job so that they can repair a stain in the roof and no one came by. They claim that it's a bird's nest and that it was removed. That's not the case. I informed them that the dryer still isn't working. I haven't heard anything more. So now on Sundays I have to find a laundromat to dry my clothes. So much for washer dryer in the unit. Very disappointed about this situation.

                    We enjoy the complex and the location. Unfortunately the people tend to ruin the experience. Neighbors smoking cigarettes and Marijuana daily so you can't keep your sliding down open to enjoy the weather. Neighbors slamming their front doors when they come in and out causing our apartment and items to shake. Neighbors who work on their cars in their garage area like it's a mechanic shop; drilling,revving the engine, etc. If people had more common sense and respect for others, this place would be amazing.

                      A few months in, and we love the place. No big complaints to speak of, and the few small things we brought to their attention were corrected within 24-48 hours. Office and maintenance staff we've interacted with have been great. Quiet neighborhood too, with none of the car tampering, loitering etc I read about in other neighborhoods.

                          Overall it's a great location, but the age and quality of the apartments is not worth the price. Over the past 4 years, I've seen more people crowding in apartments, including one unit with 3 pit bulls. The maintenance is wonderful and very responsive, and front office staff is helpful. I like the pizza days and events. I willn not be renewing my lease for these reasons.

                                Use to be good and known the property is going down. The apartment is loud you hear everything your neighbors do. Trash pickup is a hit and miss. The quality of the apartments is not worth the price you pay for.

                                  Property manager Richard and assistant manager yuleima did amazing with helping. Some delays happened but Richard was able to get me the apt on time. Assistant manager yuleima made sure that my belongings that were sent to another apt was delivered safely to my new home. The community is clean and quiet. The managers went above and beyond!

                                    The staff is nice the apartment not so great deck had chipped wood. The kitchen was very dirty in caninets with good stains ? sad to try and clean it. Had roaches first week that I moved in had them spray and still an issue. I have lived in Ashburn in past and never was an issue with roaches?
