The neighbors have very friendly and my best pal has other dogs he can make friends with. Being in a smaller community and hearing the property manager talk and know her tenants is a comforting feeling.

Office workers are friendly and helpful. Maintenance people are quick and efficient. No problems with neighbors. A very nice community to be living in. Only problem I've ever seen are from the tenants, some of them drive to fast through parking lot on curves.

I've lived here for almost a year now. The apartment staff are the nicest, easiest, friendliest people I've ever dealt with. ( Take what I say with a grain a salt of course. ) They are always willing to work with you and help make your time renting here hassle free. The maintenance team always comes the next day or sometimes at the end of the day depending. They fix everything quickly and pretty good! The only time I could see a disconnect happening is if you're expecting this place to either be an actual home of your own and not a rented property, or you forget that the staff are other human beings. I'm not terribly involved with the community, but it's mostly families. It's pretty serene and quiet here, aside from the occasional, harmless high schooler blaring his music. :)

I've lived at this complex twice within the past 8 years, first for 3 years and the second time for 2 years. I will say that the current management, Nicole and Taryn, are great. If you have any issues they will do their absolute best to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Christian also deserves high praise, especially after having to come to our home at midnight on a stormy night due to a dishwasher that leaked. Overall my experience living there was okay. I can complain about the neighbors but that truly has nothing to do with the property management. Also, forget living right next to the stairs. Neighbors will STOMP their way up the stairs and you will hear/feel every single step that neighbors take through the fairly thin walls. We also discovered that, while cleaning the bathroom, there was MOLD that was painted over the tiling grout which was their method of getting the bathroom ready for the next tenant (being me). If you're on the ground level, be weary of any bugs that manage to somehow get in the tiny window cracks. We had an infestation of ants and centipedes all throughout the year and figured it'd be easier to handle it ourselves with some Raid than to bother asking management only to be told no; in my experience back in 2009 I was told that any pest control I'd be responsible for, so spray can was the easiest approach. Parking is a major issue, making it a complete inconvenience to go out anywhere past 8PM on any given day because upon your return, expect to park about 2 buildings away. Most apartments require parking permits and I feel like perhaps this property should, too. Apartments tend to be overcrowded with multiple drivers and multiple spaces being taken up. Aesthetically, the property is in dire need of an upgrade. Stairs should probably be upgraded to concrete steps instead of wood planks, and the siding could use some replacement as well. As with many other properties that allow pets, dog poop is a MAJOR issue and makes it difficult to want to just sit out on the grass on a nice day cause low and behold: there's probably a ton of poop on the grassy areas. However you will see landscaping crews on almost a weekly basis. Trash is an issue as there's only one compactor for the entire complex and half the time the compactor is always out of order which results on an unsightly dumpster having to sit out right in front of the complext, welcoming new possible tenants. All in all, you couldn't pay me to live here again but I will say that it is a decent first experience for someone living on their own for the first time.

I just moved in on Sunday. From what I can tell, the best features of this place are: location (unbeatable access to stores and Rte 7 without tons of can actually get in and out of Ashburn!), QUIET (concrete walls with good carpet and padding), safe without needing gates and access passes to one unseemly hanging around, and the leasing staff are kind and personable. Drawbacks: no microwave in unit, parking not as good as I would like (but still way better than other comparable apartment complexes), dumpster not close enough to my unit, and the bathtub/shower is poorly painted and chipping which was obviously done to save money.

The community is average and property is average with small trash compactor. I notice dog poop around the property ground and don't owe a pet. It is a small community with a handful of apartment that older and need renovate inside and out. With

Great community. Very responsive leasing staff. Maintenance is done quickly. Nice grassy landscape leading to man-made lake and water fountain providing a very scenic backdrop to the community and an area to take walks as well as bike paths.

This is a very reasonable place to live. The staff that works here is outstanding. Probably the best people I've ever dealt with in a renting situation. They're totally professional, courteous, helpful. The downside? The company has a policy of constantly raising the prices each time you renew. This isn't surprising, considering that it's Northern Virginia, and the cost of living here is insane. But by raising your rent in your apartment, even if you renew, makes living there a temporary thing. After a couple of years in any of their places, it is crazy to stay, since you'll be paying several hundreds more per year for the same apartment that you got a couple of years ago. So the company wants and needs you to move in and out quickly. It's a short-term strategy that gets them good fees but discourages loyalty.

This community has been easy to handle - both when searching for a place to live and then when moving in. After living here for a year, I opted to transfer into a larger unit and that process was also painfree. They are very dog friendly as well.

The Apartment Management and staff are all very professional and very courteous. This is by-far one of the best places i ever decided to live. I like that there is a fenced in area for dogs to play and a lot of open grassy areas. The Manager is very attentive and quite professional.

Floors are not the best. If you want to hear your upstairs neighbors walking around all night plus moving furniture at midnight. They really need to fix the subflooring under the carpets. Master bedroom near front door, you can hear everyone going up and down the stairs all night. Maybe wood stairs are not the best. Master bedroom 10-15 colder during the winter them rest of apartment. When you need something fixed they come pretty fast. But the work they do is a joke. Snow Storm? Don't plan on leaving for a few days. Have not had a full nights sleep in 4 months with neighbors upstairs getting up at 4am and walking around like Godzilla for 45 minutes before they go to work. Told management 3 times and they just send a letter. Maybe they need new flooring, padding , and carpets.
