Professional, nice and polite team at the main office and and also the maintenance staff. In the other hand, the place is very well cared and very nice environment.

This community is great. The location is ideal, the schools are top-notch, the neighborhood is clean, and the staff gets things done quickly and is very friendly. I wouldn't choose a different location to raise my children which is why I have been here for 5 years.

Hello I just moved into SaddleRidge. Nicole the leasing agent has awesome customer service skill and is very pleasant. There were a few hick-up in the beginning but she is doing all she can to get matter taken care of. She is great 2 work with..!

This community feels extremely safe, is isolated from road noise, has more than enough amenities and fairly adequate parking. The apartment had some sloppy paint issues upon move in, but the maintenance staff seems eager to correct issues.

The rental process was seamless and can be totally completed online, including signing the lease. The apartments are older, but a good value for the area. There is plenty of parking and the complex is nice and quiet. I like how close it is to everything you need!

So far it has been great. I still need to visit the neighborhood and get familiar. Yesterday I saw Police arresting some one in the complex, I hope things are safe here and there is no problem. However, so far I am happy with the community and hopefully will enjoy my living here.

I have always received a quick response to any issue I have had. Issues that I did not even bring to the attention of the management have been taken care of in a timely manner. I have absolutely no complaints, This is by far the best apartment complex staff I have ever had. Hands down! The only suggestion I would make would be for there to be more doggy garbages for waste. I have noticed numerous neighbors not pick up after their dog, and I feel that if there were more waste bins this could help to eliminate the problem.

I just moved in and absolutely love my new apartment!! The entire staff has been great! After moving in I discovered that my dryer wasn't getting hot enough. I placed a work order and they were there within 24 hours. The maintenance worker, was very professional. He fixed the problem on site and cleaned up after he was finished. This place is awesome!

Just moved in yesterday from Florida, didn't look at he apartments in person only online. With that being said, it's pretty nice only going off the few pictures they have available online. I would recommend more pictures online and more accurate pictures.

So far, so great!!!! We've really enjoyed the community thus far. Neighbors seem really friendly and respectful. The grounds are well maintained, maintenance crew is amazing and responds fast, and lastly the front office people are great!!!

It is a nice affordable place to live. Do wish the pool was a little bigger because it can get crowded where you have to watch were your going. And really wish there was more to the park and in a different area of the complex. Overall great area to live and schools!

I moved into saddle ridge at the end of February. I have been extremely happy with everything so far. The maintainer staff is very polite and thorough and the office staff are always very helpful and polite. The only issues I have had was my dryer, which was replaced within 48 hours of my complaint. My deck was in very poor shape and maintenance to repair the deck were done without having to ring it to the attention of the office staff

The best managed, maintained and cleanest complex in the NOVA area in my opinion. Very family safe. Drivers do slow down for residents. No loud music or parties at night. Next to HOA office. Great sidewalk paths for cycling and for access to Pavillion and stores.

Saddle Ridge has been a great value and very family friendly. The staff has always been helpful and very quick to respond to any problems that occurred in our 6 months we have lived here. It is located in a very convenient location, close schools and shopping.

Save for a few hiccups, living here could not be more pleasant. I love that it's close by to a lot of shops and my commute to Reston is easy enough. Office and maintenance staff are pleasant and efficient. The area is quiet and perfect for families and young adults like myself. For my first apartment since graduating college, I could not have chosen a better spot.

The apartment is cozy, the neighbor below in 101, not so much. After 1 week, the neighbor came up to apartment last eve, and complained about noise after 9pm. woke his child. Noise was dishwasher. They confronted my son, and said it was running.

I have lived in 5 apartment communities throughout the metro DC area in the past 10 years, and this is by far the best. All of the staff are very friendly and extremely responsive. The buildings are well-constructed, as I never hear noise from apartments next to me or above me. The double-paned windows definitely help with the electric bills. There is plenty of parking, and the location is very convenient. I highly recommend this community!

LOVE living here. My apartment is ideally located and pretty quiet. Rent is reasonable considering the area. Apartment is large enough for my needs. Ideally located in regards to shopping, restaurants. LOVE the pond. Plenty of parking. Stairs get old though. But I like living on third floor.

Nice community with proximity to good schools, shopping and entertainment areas. Also, the community looks clean with nice landscaping. Plenty of parking space and the community looks safe and secured too. Lots of play areas for young kids.

I would definitely recommend Saddle Ridge Apartments to all my friend and family. I loved my stay here at Saddle Ridge. The neighbors for the most part are quite, respectful and friendly. The apartment itself is nice and comfortable, no major issues with appliances. The management office staff are amazing, very nice and helpful. Nicole Vaka is great! Any issue or complaint I had she was on it immediately. The issues were fixed immediately always same day. The maintenance staff is amazing as well very respectful and friendly when they entered my apartment. I will truly miss living in Saddle Ridge. I definitely would live here again.

The maintenance crew is always nice, quick and professional. The newer African American lady at the front office has a sense of superiority and has been rude multiple times. We want Mary Ann back! Overall all living here has been a good experience

This is an update from my previous review. I received a call back from the office and they stated that they have scheduled the entire building to be fumigated. I am hoping this takes care of the problem once and for all and feel much better than I did before about the situation.

the location is unbeatable, the staff is very friendly , neighbors are friendly too, the buildings are a bit old but everything is still in a good shape, the rent is somewhat high , but for the area is still considered very reasonable, very safe neighberhood.
