The apartments are awful. I am convinced the buildings are not safe. Even the minor movement of my neighbors walking around upstairs or vacuuming shakes my entire unit. Not only does that lead me to believe the building is unsafe, but obviously that's a major noise nuisance. We may as well all be living together but paying ridiculous prices for each unit. The appliances are super old and when they break they typically don't replace them and when they do they just replace them with a used old replacement from a different unit that is also semi broken. Don't waste your money here. I love the staff that works in the leasing office! I just hate these apartments.

Great place to live

This is one of the best apartments I have leased, if not the best. Customer service from staff to maintenance are above reproach. I feel safe, and happy that my son and I can reside in this community. Location is everything but courtesy takes you the extra steps and this is all I received and continue to see every time I deal with Richard or Yuli, Thank you guys and please keep up the good work because keeping us safe and satisfied is the reason I keep renewing my lease and will continue to live here. Location is everything I already said but the customer service and above reproach attitude has met my expectations.

I have had a terribly negative experience living here and am more than dissatisfied. Through separate "logistical errors" from multiple parties (and due to no fault of my own), I have wrongfully been charged several hundred dollars on top of what I should be paying. The management staff are unresponsive to communication and if they do respond several weeks later, they will give a non-answer.

Management needs to get it together.

The parking situation in our apartment complex is horrendous. We all know how hard it is to find a parking spot here, especially when there is a guy who is using our lot as his personal car dealership. He brings in cars with no tags and sells them out of here, while Saddle ridge management turns a blind eye. We are sick and tired of having no parking because of him. We see his cars lined up in the back, taking up space that belongs to us. We should not have to park on the street and risk getting tickets or towed. It is just wrong. And that is not the only problem we have here. Our apartment doors are all rusted and need new painting. Our cars are getting broken into and stolen too. This place has gone downhill and we deserve better. For the amount of money we pay we expect to live in a decent and safe environment. We need corporate to come down here and take a look around and get this place cleaned up and back in shape like it used to be. We need action, not excuses. We need change, not more of the same.

Four years ago, when I moved in, the complex was great and the staff was very attentive and helpful. Things have gone downhill since then, not sure if the office crew is overwhelmed, but there has been a decline in quality of service and appearance of the neighborhood.

I like the location and space of my apartment but it is way overpriced for the quality and the apartment complex does not do a very good job of maintaining the apartments. It's pretty run down and yet they claim they are "upscale" apartments.

Lovely neighborhood! We came from no so far from Ashburn, but it was a big change for me and my family! So calm, clean and so much to do! The office staff are amazing! I love the parks and shopping center that surround the area! I'm glad we are here! Hopefully we are going to be stay here for a while!

The community is good, management is responsive except that you can come across few carrying guns and behaving very rude when happen to walk near them inside the community. Maintenance team has good people who are considerate and fixes issues soon but I don't know why can it take months some time to get Dishwasher/Coolers fixed.

Friendly staff, quiet neighborhood; negatives is the walls have a bunch of coats of paint to make it look new the bathtubs are to shallow for an adult to take a bath, the gaps in the siding of the building between the stairs and wall show the building was not made well.

The community is ok to live except that you can encounter people carrying guns outside and behaving rude. Recently we have a feeling that it has become a non-kid friendly apartment where you see people reacting to even a child's cry by banging the floor and not letting you use your patio by hitting/slamming the walls, playing loud music! Btw, the maintenance people are really helpful even though at times it takes time to fix an repair issue!

saddle ridge is a very great place to live and raise children. Recently I have had encounter with one tenant in Building 20060 where he was so rude to me on two occassions that I have never experienced such a person's behavior since 14 years living at saddle ridge apartment. This person always carries two guns on both sides of his waist. He look so mean and unfriendly and try to scare the hell out of people he meets in the neighborhood. He has even been rude to the lady in our leasing office and also a couple of tenants in his building. The presence of such a person in the neighborhood makes it unsafe to live here so I suggest the management of saddle ridge apartment should do something about it.

I first like living here at Saddle Ridge, but now it seems like Management doesn't care about people breaking the rules over here. Near building 20042 too much going on. A homeless man over here that doesn't even live here is constantly sitting in his lexus car day and night with the lights on and littering in the parking spots as well really making other residents uncomfortable he always making a scene fighting with some women last week as well Management had to come and stop it. Someone keeps bringing cars thats have no tags on them taking up the parking spots I mean what is really going on? The gym, the pool and maintenance are good though. Management needs to step it up its right to other residents that are following the rules. Richard and lady in office are very nice but they need to start doing some inspections.

Good to live if you work nearby, surrounded by all shops. It's expensive for one person and needs to by affordable for everyone. The price is way to high. The management is always in a bad mood and the management company are -------s. Maintenance doesn't know what they are doing. Only has on guy to do the work. Everyone is lazy.

This is what I have to say: breezeway dirty. Stairs not swept. Trash area needs more cleaning. Generally speaking more staff are needed to keep the building clean. Power wash exterior windows is needed. Pool hours suggestion 8am to 8pm.

Good location with grocery stores and things nearby. Easy access to Hwy 7. Quiet for an apartment complex. Windows leave a lot to be desired. Sliding glass doors are TERRIBLE. Whole complex needs a good power washing, and general clean up and repair of exterior. Dog park would be nice, but residents don't clean up after their pets - in or out of the dog park.

This is a great community with lots of things to do and the amenities are great. There are lots of stores and gyms in walking distance. Also tons of restaurants. The leasing office is great about addressing issues that come up. I've never needed to wait more than two days for a maintenance ticket and anything urgent is handled within an hour. We're able to walk to multiple grocery stores and coffee shops, and there are so many friendly puppies around when you go outside

Clean community with nice walking paths. Mostly well lit at night. Maintenance is usually attentive. Management personnel has changed two-three times in the 2+ years I've lived here. Occasionally - the trash is unacceptable- just piled for days and days.
