The first 4 years her were great. Unfortunately its been downhill since then. Management is unresponsive and the property upkeep has gotten worse. If you expect a management group that cares about the community this is not the place for you. I moved to a bigger apartment on the property that has been plagued with issues and the only response I get is "its apartment living". The maintenance crew does an great job at responding but if you expect any response from management don't hold your breath. Three years ago I would have highly recommended this property. Now it seems that I have a part time job keeping up with the issues I have and weather they will be addressed or not. The latest example was waking up to another leak in the laundry room from the ceiling. All my property in there wet including comforters. Did what I could to contain the leak and called management. 6/10/2021 9:30am. Maintenance is there at 10:00am which was amazing. They verified the water heater upstairs was leaking and said they would be right back to address the ceiling and mess. I have not seen a person since. Rather then work from home like I was supposed too I spent the entire morning emptying water buckets and cleaning up the mess. It is now 6pm and I have not seen a person yet. Wet carpet, ceiling bulging with water and parts of the ceiling in the laundry room fell out. Thank you Saddle Ridge for making sure the problem was resolved.

Gabby and Sylvia were extremely helpful with answering all of our questions prior to us signing our lease, and always responded quickly to our emails. Although we have not been in our new apartment very long we had a few small maintenance issues when we moved in. However, maintenance came exactly when they said they would and fixed all of our concerns the same day. I enjoy the monthly newsletters and community activities as well! Overall great experience so far :)

Saddle ridge is conveniently located next to great schools, shopping centers, and many more. My family has had a positive experience here, and we are very thankful to have found a safe and friendly neighborhood.

The staff is very friendly and responsive to your needs and repairs. Since the new management took over a year ago, alot have improved. My only issue is that I wish the residents didn't have to incur the expenses to make necessary improvements to the complex. Also, the new management ding you for an accessive amount for normal wear and tear done to the apartment. Good thing is, It's convenient to numerous shopping centers and plenty of options to choose from to eat out.

Saddle Ridge has nice and affordable apartments. The staff is extremely helpful and I really enjoy the monthly events they organize. Maintenance also does a nice job and they resolve issues quickly. The Peleton bikes are a nice bonus.

I have been a resident at Saddle Ridge for five years and I am happy here. There is plenty of space, the property is well-kept, and maintenance and management are responsive to resident needs. There is ample parking and rentable garages are a plus This community is located in a very good spot, within walking distance to several shopping centers and many restaurants. It's also close to the 7. There are green spaces - trees, flowers, ponds - in the area too, which make walking a pleasant experience.

Nice apartment and the staff is excellent. Maintenance is Superb. The only problem I'm having is the neighbors above me. They walk and move around like a stampede of elephants. I keep on smelling Cigarettes smoke that's burning my eyes and Irritating my nose. They play loud music. I just moved here and the neighbors above me are making me have second thoughts to use the 30 day move-in guarantee.

Very nice community to live in, the office staff and the matinees team do a great job. Lovely walking paths around the area and access to a lot of stores in the area. Also, there is an amazon hub which is fantastic when living in an apartment.

Saddle Ridge Apartments is a wonderful place to to call home! I was a former resident in 95' and it was a joy to come back! The staff goes out and beyond to address your needs and they do with such professionalism. The grounds are spectacular with trees, shrubs, and a lake! Even a dog park! Just a beautiful and peaceful setting! The community is conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants, and assortment of entertainment. It really is a great place to be!

A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the location. I live in Saddle Ridge Apartments since I first came to US 2 years ago, and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood. Ornela Corbaxhi

Saddle Ridge is a great small family oriented community located right in the heart of Ashburn. The price to quality ratio was exactly what our family was looking for. I have lived in many apartments, and I really do enjoy this location. It has a shopping center directly across the street with grocery stores fast food, gas and more. I LOVE the amenities like a lake to walk around and brand new large gym. The maintenance team is very professional and fast acting. They make you feel comfortable being in your home(so hard to find these days).I would definitely recommend Saddle Ridge to a friend or family member!

I've been living at Saddle Ridge with my family for nearly two years. The leasing office and maintenance crew are quick to help if you need anything, which I appreciate! The neighborhood is very quiet, not too busy, and surrounded by great places to shop and eat. Parking is plentiful-which can't be said of a lot of places around here-and everything is kept clean and orderly.

One hundred percent happy and satisfied!?? Definitely a nice apartments complex well maintained and interesting amenities but what really set it apart from the rest it's the high quality service and care that their staff provides! The ladies at the leasing office are always kind, professional and make sure all my resident needs are addressed in a timely manner, actually sometimes even faster than that!?? And when it comes to their maintenance service and staff, they are professionals, respectful, kind and pro-active! ?? Sounds a little bit too good to be true right? Well.. It's not, I'm impressed myself and I'm loving it! keep it up Saddle Ridge! ??

The leasing office staff are so so so nice! The areas are very clean, we are happy to live in a place like this one! Plus it's super close from stores and it's very peaceful to walk around the lakes and trails around here.

Great place to live! I rented here a few years ago and liked it ok, but the recent upgrades have made a big difference (for the better). The gym even has 2 Peloton bikes! My family and I love it here and we plan to stay for a while.

It's very good community who are looking to stay near to Loudoun county parkway and everything is around 3-5 miles radius distance. Grocery stores, restaurants, top golf and Route 7 are very near to the community where we stay.

It's a good apartment to live. Good view from outside your balcony. Clean house. Good people around you. Everything is very close restaurants, supermarkets, and other stuff. Community response for service request is super fast.

no complaints so far. my hot water wasn't working and you fixed it that following Monday. The apartment is bigger looking now that my stuff is in the room then i realized. like that the apartments have activities for the residents and there children

Peaceful area to live. Good parking lot. Pet friendly area. Livable area. Nearby shopping area. Have swimming pool and gym with several exercise equipment. Mailbox in the hallway is a plus. Good lighting in the hallway at night.
