My experience at SaddleRidge has been positive. That is why I have stayed so long. Apartment living is not always easy, but here I have had few issues and they have always been resolved by management. The space is good here, the grounds are very attractive, and the proximity to shopping and other amenities is terrific.

Great Property Manager!

Richard Cruz, the property manager, was wonderful! Even though my son and I didn’t have an appointment, he happily showed us two apartments that were move-in ready. He was warm, welcoming and answered all of our questions about the property. Richard gives Saddle Ridge Apartments a real sense of community, and he seems to really care for the residents and their needs. I think my son will be happy living here. I know he’s excited!

The community is ok but often we are surrounded by people who do not know about apartment living and stomp around all hours. People smoke weed around the buildings so people who are visiting all a lot of questions about it.

This community is really good. Nice people and good ambient. In almost 8 months of living here noting disturbed and don't look anyone problem or difficulty. The office working almost perfect and the people make a good job .

Great place to live and great management.

Great place to live and great management. Richard was very helpful and very professional. Very easy to all major restaurants and very close to IAD Airport. Very clean and very well kept property. Highly recommend.

First of all thank you for the new hose at the car wash, it is really helpful. The saddle ridge apartment is getting ready to enjoy the summer and the management team is working really hard in taking all necessary steps and fulfilling residents requirements. Awesome work management team.

Awesome friendly staff! Pet friendly and dog park! Free gym and friendly neighbors! 9/10 totally recommend! They are willing to work with you regardless of financial situation! Parking can be bit of a headache but can reserve spots!

Hi I have been living in saddle ridge apartments for over 10+ years. The things I was looking for at the time of my apartment search is nice neighborhood and schools .Both of the criteria have been fulfilled. The staff member and maintenance teams are very nice. All your maintenance request are take care very quickly. Overall I like this the apartment and the Ashburn community.

Saddle Ridge is a wonderful community in Ashburn. I love the location, amenities, and especially the dog park! The property manager Richard was extremely nice and helpful while answering all of my questions during our visit. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

Saddle Ridge has been one of the more pleasant experiences I’ve had while exploring communities in Loudoun County. Richard was awesome. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the community and surrounding area. I instantly I felt as if I had known him for years as we were able to connect on a more personal level. It's ok. Nobody cleans up their dog waste, which is very frustrating, and there seems to be no repercussions for this which allows the behavior to continue. I cant walk in the grass without concern of stepping in poop

Saddle ridge setting on the whole is good. But when it comes to "how worth it is ?" I would not advice it for * you cannot sleep peacefully for a walk on the third floor cab be heard in the first floor and worse if they have pets for no apartments rules will help you stop them run in the night. * Rules and regulations on your lease agreement should help better living in the community but do not expect anyone to follow. *Your review might earn you a gift card but not better life and feasible rent. At the same time the ambient and the location is welcoming and the management + maintenance staff would respond promptly and help you the maximum.

I have lived here coming up to 2years and I loved it. The community is very well keeped. Yes theirs a lot of dogs here but the community is built for it they have a dog part for a reason. And I live right next to it and never had an issue with dog poop and stuff like that. Residence always clean up. I don’t have a dog myself but actually thinking about it lol. Overall I love it and and that’s why I resigned my lease for another year. Just keep in mind no matter what complex you love in it’s not always going to be perfect or for ur standards it’s an apartment for a reason. But that’s just my Owen opinion. I love saddle ridge??

The last review left here is seriously the most accurate and honest one. This place is a step above section 8 housing. People live however they want to. Neighbors will leave their disgusting trash outsides HOURS before pick up only asking for roaches and bugs to appear. The place is so unkept, it's sad. And the fact that they try to sell you luxury living is upsetting. Your appliances are easily 20 years old and will have mold. Your toilets are older than your grandparents and those also never work. You will hear the dogs walking upstairs, your walks and coffee table will shake when people are walking down the stairs and if your neighbor smokes marijuana - then your entire apartment will also smell like that. Do not believe all these 5 star reviews on Google and FB. I got deceived that way. Stop spending money on ice cream socials or nonsense like that. Use that time and money on fixing the dangerous steps and maintaining the landscaping and perhaps moving your dumpster to the back of the building. Truly the worse place to live. It was the longest 2 months of my life.

Best advice I can give, don't move here. It's dirty with trash, black mold, and much more. Maintenance can't service plumbing issues. Cockroaches. Apartments have zero noise reduction and you my as well be living in the same apartment with your neighbors since you hear everything.

For the most part things have been ok. I do wish more focus was on maintaining the grounds and buildings and less on the ice cream socials. Concerns have not been addressed, items remain unattended to for weeks.

Living here has been a mixed bag. Pros: nice ppl in the office, easy parking, decent location. Cons: thin walls (you hear everything), tap water can smell like rotten eggs, there have been water leaks, and scents from other apartments have made some days unpleasant.

So far so good!! I would definitely recommend Saddle Ridge Apartments. Clean, quiet an peaceful. There are a few street/outside lights that are out, so it can be a bit dark at night; but otherwise, it's a nice safe community.

I have lived at Saddle Ridge Apartments for over 17 years. The staff is wonderful. The maintenance team is very helpful and the leasing team is friendly. The community is close to everything. It is a great place to live.

Pretty good so far. Quiet, lots of parking, and they were pretty quick on taking care of a maintenance issue I had. Not a huge fan of the monthly pet fee or "valet" trash, but over all it's solid place.

All residents seemed very nice, grounds are beautiful and staff was pleasant. The guy Richard Cruz in the sales office was very pleasant. The pool and gym; can't wait to use them. It is pet friendly too!
