Nice place to live. Staff is wonderful to work with and friendly. Quiet, almost too quiet, but love it. Friendly and nice neighbors. Just need more structure fixing, but see it is in the works. Staff is good on improving the community and making it a great place to live.

I live in an older apartment old appliances that I’ve had to call maintenance to fix on different occasions. Cabinets are peeling and barely hanging on. I notated it on my move in inspection sheet. The community is nice but just wished they would’ve done more to make the appliances manageable since I’ve moved in 2 years ago.

A few members of the maintenance team is amazing, however request after request, our hvac is still messing up. There was even a time we had maintenance come in week after week and refilled our freon, which shows something is wrong. One person we even told and showed how our indoor hvac unit was leaking. He refilled our freon, said that was the problem, and didn't even check or do anything about the leaking even though they knew it's been leaking before as the unit under us had to get their ceiling replaced because of the leaking.

The community is excellent. I have a little issue with barking dogs close by my section but overall that’s the only issue. Consider renting and having a decent place to live this is a good fit! No gimmicks or anything just cool, calm, collected!

My experience here, has been okay, there are a lot of things i feel the properties staff should take into consideration. Mostly how residents are treated, with their being incidents where fair housing was not provided.

Very calm area with professional staff. Friendly neighborhood. It’s a little bit expensive but you will get a good service. I requested a service for my AC and they just came after 2 hours and fixed it right away.

I feel comfortable and safe in this environment. There has been a lot of changes during my time here. I really enjoy my current neighbors. The office staff is very helpful when I have questions and I have had a lot of contact with Lorraine. Eddy M. completed this work order and was pleasant and professional.

I love Ashton Creek Apt Homes . It’s a beautiful complex and it feels safe living here . The Appts have great living features to help make life a lot easier . Washer and dryer . Beautiful patio to relax and enjoy . And a fireplace to keep warm in the winter. How exciting is that .

I've been here going on 12 years. PRG was my 4th management team and they have done much to improve things here. Before half the time nobody was in the office when you need them but now someone is almost always in. The new windows and sliding glass doors are great! The landscaping is very nice and the improvement is 100% there. They have invested a lot there. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable, courteous and takes care if things as fast as possible. Samantha and the office ladies are always kind and helpful and willing to listen.

I think my experience at Ashton Creek is a good place to call home. I think that grounds people need to start taking care by trimming bushes away from the AC units before they have to replace them and cost yall a lot of money.

average to above average for apartments I've lived in. This is my first time having neighbors living above me, and they have a child who runs back and forth at As I wanted to live in a first floor apartment, I can't complain about noise up above our heads. I am just not accustomed to it, as my previous experience has been in townhouses and my own home.

So far so good. No issue with noise. Maintenance has been completed in timely manner when requested. Like that keep grounds looking nice. Parking has been better than expected to not have assigned spaces.

It’s been pretty peaceful. I haven’t had many issues except with one neighbor but after submitting a noise complaint, I haven’t had any issues with them. Staff and maintenance are very helpful and quick to respond.

Maintenance
3 times maintenance has come to fix my leaky toilet. Now I’ve contacted them a fourth time the toilet has a running sound can we get a real plumber. I don’t think they know what they are doing. Also I had a package delivered via FedEx Dec 2 at 1:33 and when I got home at 5:30 it was not there. Says it was delivered at front door. I feel like someone stole it. There should be security cameras everywhere. This is not acceptable

Very quiet neighborhood, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and have great communication skills. Convenient location and feels safe. Pet friendly, clean and cute apartments. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher a huge plus!

I really like living in Ashton Creek, and recommend it to others as frequently as possible. Every apartment community has issues, but I believe that the management here genuinely wants to address them and make living here as pleasant as possible.

Good time no problems except for visitors parking filled by non residents leaving car there for months, Some with expired tags. A motorcycle in guest spot taking whole spot, Commercial vehicles left for months without movement a resident cannot have guests there is no parking for them

I have been a residence since February 2022. The community is generally quite and peaceful. The surrounding communities are the same. Ashton is quaint, kind of an old style community, with some updated amenities. stores are only about 5 min. Away. Downtown Richmond about 20-30 minutes. Away.

Routine maintenance
We have lived here for almost 3 years and overall we are quite satisfied but over the last six months we’ve had no routine insect sprays put down we have had a ongoing bug problem for a long time the office is aware of it since apartment next-door flooded and nothings been done and we pay a lot of money to have bugs

Ashton Creek has turned out to be an excellent move more me compared to where I live previously. The staff is extremely professional and eager to help whenever possible. It has been very peaceful and quiet and the neighbors are friendly

You really don't want me to share. I stay here because it's all I can afford. It has gone down alot. The playground gets no attention. Environment for kids to play??? Trash dumpster always full, unsightly and smells HORRIBLE. The weed smell has been overwhelming way before legalized. Fights between children outside. Busses overcrowded. Schools HORRENDOUS. CARVER IS THE WORST!! Bird not much better. And the pool after 5 when office closes, is out if control. Residents that may or may not live there! Alcohol, weed, babies in dirty diapers in pool, yelling, cursing, trash....And many times closed because pool too dirty!!

I haven't lived at Ashton Creek for long but, so far, my experience has been pleasant. All of my maintenance requests have been answered in a timely manner. The staff/maintenance personnel are extremely friendly. The location of Ashton Creek is perfect for my commute to work and close to Richmond. The layout is very spacious within the apartment and I can easily fit everything that I need. Overall, it is a safe and enjoyable community to be a part of.
