Enjoyed my stay there, never had a major issue that wasn't addressed. The staff was always friendly and professional, the amenities were good, and we had friendly neighbors. They require more words for me to tell you I liked living there.

It's quit everyone is friendly need to put a gate up blocking Hyde park car break ins over all great place and Alexis is the talk of the community everyone likes dealing with her she is great the emergency call for maintenance not so good the guy told me don't i have another showing and didn't even get anyone out here left water in the tub

Living in the community I have had no issues. Would advise to watch out for those that own pets due to the pets feces being left outside in front of walkways and breeze ways instead of being picked up by the owner or the using the areas designated for your pets to use the bathroom with the bags that are provided for picking up their feces.

Ashton Creek is a friendly apartment community in Chester. The setting is lovely and convenient for all services and interstate access. Parking is ample. The office staff is understanding and responsive.

Staff turnover, communication, maintenance doesnt complete maintenance does not pick up trash on grounds when snow does not put salt down. Pest control comes to one person house in the building instead of everyone..

Nice quiet place to live. I enjoy the upgrades and improvements that are being made to the complex on a consistent basis. Management is great and communication is consistent. Community events are well organized and thought out.

I lived at Ashton Creek for 1.5 years. I was forced to cancel my lease early due to the nasty conditions of my apartment. Since moving in, there was a huge issue with roaches. When I brought this up to management, all she said was "I used to have roaches. They aren't that bad". Ummmm....what?!? They did have people out there to spray, but that didn't help the infestation. They finally bombed my apartment which helped for a little but, but the bugs came right back. I finally had enough and broke my lease. Not only did this apartment come with a roach infestation, but also a never ending supply of dog Feces and cigarettes butts. The neighborhood kids also like to sneak around causeing issues like vandalizing and stealing property. They also like to sneak behind the apartments to smoke marijuana. I do NOT recommend this apartment. Do not waste your money.

I have several appliances getting ready to die, but they currently work. I have some ceiling stucco and a few of the doors that are warping due to showers and rain. My HVAC is very old and caused one of the latest issues with water damage. I like the apartment very much, but it would be much nicer if some of the paint were renewed (I've been here 3 years and it's a low grade paint that gets dirty very easy and is difficult to clean). The exterior doors need better insulation to cut my energy costs. Other than that, its a very quiet safe, courteous community.

I made comments on community bulletin board but I guess who ever manages it didnt like what I had to say !! Cant accept the truth I guess . Trash compactor is always jammed and recycling bind had trash around it for almost a month before it was cleaned up. Property management let a awesome maintenance supervisor leave , worked him to death and thats not right . Cant wait to be able to leave this apartment complex.

Its all about the money here. One lady in the office had a bad attitude. You pay all this money to live with roaches. Need to do lower prices and get better washers and dryers. They also need new stoves

I love the apartments in Ashton creek. they are very clean and upkeep is amazing. the dog park is my favorite part because I am able to just let my dog play with others or even by herself. Overall the apartment complex is beautiful.

I am in unit 4040 and the first week of moving in my ceiling fell through. It took them 5 days to fix the huge hole in the ceiling. The apartment also flooded during a storm once and the carpet wasnt changed. They just put a bunch a fans and dried up the water. It has a moldy smell in the apartment as I write this review. I dont recommend this unit to anyone if advice you choose another unit or apartment complex

My family absolutely loves Ashton Creek. We spend most of our time on the patio and at the dog park. We are so happy they started doing weekly Food Trucks! The office staff is always friendly and looking to help in any way they can. We are so happy we moved here!

I havent had any issues with my community. The only complaint I would have is lighting in the parking lot and around the building at night. For safety reasons as a female this would be appreciated if we could have that because its very dark around the corner at night

Ashton supports local businesses and arranges for food trucks to visit the community.

My husband and I are in the process of moving into an Ashton Creek apartment and completed our move-in inspection. The apartment is in poor condition and it looks nothing like the model in terms of quality. My first impression is PRG Real Estate Management does not invest their earnings to improve living standards/conditions. It’s 2021 and the washer/dryer appears to be from the 70s/80s. The model and model photo washer/dryer wasn’t old, which in my opinion is misleading. We are ok with the white kitchen appliances but making the change to stainless steel should be a priority. The refrigerator could be bigger and the stove upgraded to flat top. The sink is not two sided which I knew about when leasing but it’s like, why? The closets haven’t been updated with the new standard white wire shelving. There’s trash on the floor in the master bedroom. The patio is filthy with rotted railings. The front door apt number has rusted nails sticking out. Multiple cracks in the ugly popcorn ceiling. There’s no microwave and no linen closet. The toilets were dirty and there’s dust in the corner of the ceilings. It smells bad like cigarette smoke. These apartments are extremely overpriced. It’s disappointing and I’m glad we’re only leasing here until our new home is built. Already counting down the days. Please invest in making this a better place for your tenants. The return on that investment will be huge.

I love my community, I feel like they really care and try to make this home for us and our families. Its pretty quiet and safe here in comparison to a lot of other neighborhoods. My kids love to go to the playground and go for walks, and the commute to stores and work is so close!

The housing is nice and most of the staff is courteous however I have had some complaints with the exterior of the bulidings and upkeep. there are dogparks but people do not pick up after their pets so it is covered in fesces and while it is nice to have pet pick up areas located around the property the bags are always empty. i prefer to take my dog down the road to a nearby dog park due to the clenliness. There are also lots of lights located to keep the parkinglot well lit at night however most of the lights are out so it is very dark and sketchy after the sun goes down.
