I wouldnt recommend this place to no one! Someone broke into my apartment and the office staff didnt care one bit. I ask them to move me to another apartment and they said they will call me back and never did

Not a bad area. I do believe the apartments near the front get more attention as they are more visible. The ones in the back dont get as detailed attention all the time. Parking is also a problem. Never enough parking spaces for each resident.

Nothing pleasant to comment, terribly dissappointed with the rate due to amenity use being limited during covid. The YMCA reduced my membership due to gym not being avail, as well as several subdivisions HOA being adjusted. This property was just inconsiderate, regardless of the situation. The pool was just opened which is understandable but the rate remained the same.

Affordable and relatively safe neighborhood. Few incidents of people breaking into cars at night. Apartments have bug problems, but leasing office brings in an exterminator frequently to deal with the issue. Unfortunately, its just a band aid on a problem. Apartments have some leaking problems with AC condensation leaking into the apartment. Some of the 1st floor apartments have some serious flooding problems also. Maintenance team is extremely friendly, but have a limited budget that prevents them from fully servicing apartments. Big problem is the trash/debris everywhere and overall upkeep. Few street lights dont work. Garbage in the road. Nails in my car tire 3 times now. Just a few small things that could be easily resolved with a larger staff. As a whole, the apartments are fine especially given the competition, but I hope to see the overall quality go up over time or I will be moving.

Do not move here. The buildings are old and the maintenance service and customer service is subpar. If youre looking for a nice apartment, I suggest that you keep shopping around. Make this your last resort.

I have been living here 5 or 6 years......... The staff is very friendly and helpful always...... Maintenance responds quickly to my calls and fixes any problems I may have in a timely manner..........

I would highly recommend Ashton Creek Apartments to anyone moving in the area. The area is kept clean and the neighbors are friendly. The property is well managed and kept clean. If you have a maintenance issue it is addressed.

The apartment complex is large enough to not feel overcrowded but not too big to where you cant get help when needed. Wonderful amenities, works well for our family, and easily accessible to nearby cities and shops.

The apartment is ok for the price. The units are outdated and not the best quality and the neighbors are loud no fault of the complex. Hard to judge the community and their policies due to altered experiences due to COVID 19

Overall is a nice apartment to live in it does get a little noisy at times . Staff is always professional and always makes sure any issues are mended . Maintenance goes above and beyond to help with what ever residents need

I have only been a resident for a short time and the staff has tried to resolve all the issues I have had so far in my apartment. Unfortunately for me I wasn't aware of the pest issue and that makes living here really uncomfortable for me. I would like to move to another unit without the issues.

Very professional! I enjoy living here!!! Neighbors are friendly. While the patio needs some work ( water seeps in but it does not go into the house) but other than that the apartment is great! Maintenance is quick and they are very professional and always checking in on residents when outside.

Clean, quick, and professional when moving in, Ashton Creek has been a great experience for the short time that I've lived here. Moved in on May 1st and had small maintenance requests that have been resolved as well!

I've had no issues with renting here at Ashton Creek. It's quiet, the people are kind and the staff professional. I love that I can have a pet, the parking is ample and I feel safe living as a single person.

I am overpaying. The complex is gross and unsafe. I would never raise a family here. There are constantly new office staff. The floors in the apartments are so flimsy and the washer and dryer are old and rusty. The windows are outdated and thats one of the main reason my electric bill is so high.

This is an excellent community to move to. Very quiet. Its very spacious. Maintenance is right on time woth service request. Landscaping is done very often and you cant forget about trash pick up. Overall it has been a great experience even with minor issues. This is a great place to live!

Ive been here for 3 months now and find the community to be nice. Grounds are kept very clean and maintenance is top notch. Very quiet with minimal noise from neighbors. I feel safe coming home at night. Solid apartment with a nice floor plan with privacy for my teenage daughter. Reasonable rates. Workable kitchen with a decent sized pantry. My only complaint is no ice maker in the freezer, but not a deal breaker. Overall very happy.

We love it here, very quite and clean, the staff is very helpful, maintenance is always on call when needed, grounds are perfectly taken care of, no problems with neighbors , they are all very friendly

Everyone is the office is usually helpful besides heather, she tends to pass things off to the next person instead of trying to fix the problem! I like that its peaceful but they definitely should upgrade the playground for our little ones!

Hopefully the maintenance team will understand their job description and responsibilities and carry them out in a timely manner. After submitting a work order twice, they turn up the second time and say they will get the parts and return the following day and to date, they have not turned up.

Heather Simon publicly embarrassed me. Since she became property manager she has been on a weird power trip. She use tactics like public humiliation pn residences and make them feel a shame. She also tends to be a bully. The Apartments themselves were fine. I liked my neighbors and it quiet when you are not in the back apartments. Children can be nasty to other residents. The walls seems thick enough to hide sounds. I just put a one star because Heather Simon, herself ruins my first apartment experience. I wish I was a bit more assertive with myself with her instead of being passive and submissive.

The move in process was very quick for a nice afforable apartment I enjoy a lot of the amenities but I feel their should be trash cans located throughout complex or a cleaning service. Also designated parking spots people from the building over fill up our lot and I can never park in front of my house.

Apartment is ok but the parking is ridiculous especially if your cars isnt in your name and Mrs. Burnett is the best shes very helpful. Also the sewer and water isnt included in the rent and i think it should be the apartments are already expensive plus individual bills

Wonderful place to live,quiet,clean,the office personnel and maintenance people are great I am very happy living here no issues or complaints.I feel at home here, my grown children like the apartment and feel that I am safe here,thank you to everyone who works here you are all wonderful!!!

Old and dirty has bedbugs, not enough parking they don't fix anything washer machines are old and they don't replace them or fix them the carpets are old when you move in and there are going to charge you to replace the carpet apartments leek water during heavy storms somebody the teenagers still packages from your doorstep the pool always closed and you pay for guest passes They add things to your lease whenever they want without your consent they treat you like it's a hotel and not your home when you move out they lie and find to keep your money and charge you to get new things in the apartment. It's trash Dont move here
